Rang your call centre - on hold for 80 mins before giving up.

What you could do is not sell people in West End/Toowong postcodes your data products when you KNOW your infrastructure in the area is at capacity with speeds below 2MBps. Optus modem replaced, NTD replaced, F-connectors replaced but tech not permitted check the connection on the street. Farcical!
