I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. Failed to secure the private data AND have failed to protect data IMO this was a deliberate act from cabal to force a cyber security event in the future.
