@Optus at NGV On St Kilda Road in staff room I can't get any Optus reception to make or receive phone calls, messages or data! People also say they can't with Vodafone too. Other Optus phone people say the same. Can u pls try to fix up?

Day 2 of no working phone. I wish the Optus/Telstra apps would just show me the actual error message. Generic error messages are great if you can actually get meaningful support.
@TheRealArash1 @OptusSport Never m. $25 a month and they can’t even stream 4k. Optus are a joke.
This Optus presenter seems to have never watched football before. She's calling them 'Hibernian and The Hearts' and said Celtic and Rangers were the only two undefeated teams in SPL after two games (How did Hibs and Hearts get 4pts then?)

@jenpryor1 I was exactly the same, it's on the My Optus app, plan details,cost to cancel.
@Optus Thanks. I have spent 1h today with 3 staff and another 1.5h with another staff, and my issue still isn’t resolved!
@Justotony64 @Optus @GladysB It’s probably Gladys’ fault that the company is such a **** show now. Once upon a time it was worth using but it’s gone to absolute crap now
