    @Optus Your system is ridiculous. I’ve had multiple goes at setting up voicemail and it never works for more than 5 minutes. Sick of your useless service and we’ll be looking elsewhere I think. No online support via the app as it’s not working either.

    @jenpryor1 I was exactly the same, it's on the My Optus app, plan details,cost to cancel.

    @Optus Such poor quality I have now sent both boxes back & using an Android TV box, much better quality

    @Optus I just like to say how upset I am been with optus 5 bloody years. The put my nbn plan up by 10 dollars a month no email or text or phone call very poor customer service I have had a gut fall of this crap I will look for a new provider

    eSIMS are a huge pain in the *** it seems. So @Optus signing up for an eSIM doesn't actually work. I contacted support, they couldn't help, I went to the store, they couldn't help. They told me I would need to cancel the order and use a physical sim.

    Today I tried to setup my new S22 by transferring my Telstra eSim, didn't work at all. Their support were quite unhelpful. After multiple issues with them over the years I just gave up and moved to optus. That didn't work either. Their support was slightly less terrible

    I figured I'd just try the @Telstra app again, this time it worked. At this point I've had enough and just decided to give up trying to switch. Now @Optus decide to actually try and help and make it sound like I have to continue the transfer process at this point.

    Third attempt with @optus and the kept asking to deactivate my voicemail. Sigh. Terrible service.
