    @andrewzed3 @TurnbullMalcolm I have tried to use it after having @optus connect the business plan with a charity I volunteer for and it’s embarrassing. We will keep the ADSL as long as we can and try to find a better solution. Australian’s have been ripped off!

    Good to know it's only the customers and not Optus that's affected. #OptusHack It is a combination of your name, date of birth, email, phone number and/or address but it is important to know that Optus’ network and Optus services including mobile and home Wi-Fi aren’t affected🤬

    @VodafoneAU #Optus gave my friend a top of the line phone 5 months air time and data free for being a loyal customer of 30 years. Now that's a brand I want to be with! What have u done for me being 20 years and failed at all fronts to me!

    @Telstra BOTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! I applied to Telstra to establish a broadband at my new address before December 5! I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

    My internet was down for 2 months, it has only been back two weeks then you hit me with this shit. Like man, I have to use my missus hotspot to even play because I made the mistake of having Optus as a mobile provider as well. Highly disappointed.

    @intothewildfog Took 5 mths to get all back as each transaction was found . Shops and websites interstate II had never ever shopped from and large amounts I never spent . Bank security is ****! Now this Optus mobile phone hack that got all our personal deetsI and my daughter are 1 of the many.

    @martha_finkle @drvyom I got a generic email saying I had been affected but was addressed to “Optus customer” You can change your drivers license number (any Optus customer affected in SA can do this for free) Passport numbers change with every renewal I have no idea what I used to open the account
