    @PSyvret Medicare has now graciously consented to cancel its proposed oversized price increase for 2020. Optus Sports has also wisely suspended payment for my monthly subscription until 1 June.

    Following your instructions but sadly with poor @Optus mobile reception & poor @TPG_Telecom internet- it’s a very slow process and could have saved me a lot of time if the engineer had done an effective job in the first place...

    @Optus is still shit in SE Melbourne for the last 2 days i havent been ableto watch fetch. The internet is effectively down as i cant wven speed test. The customer service line is so disorgsnised and painful that registering the issue is too hard. Better not charge me full price

    A serious problem with @Optus users is the assisting agents reply late but there’s no notification pushed to the phone. It used to have notifications but not any more. I was trying to talking to your financial team for three times and all missed because they replied 12 hr... (1)

    @Optus That’s all fine but it doesn’t help those who are affected with doing their job. As such I have now been forced to take an annual leave day...when we ring your customer service dept and get told there’s no issues only to check on line that there is in fact an issue makes us 😠

    @Optus @RunnerSA18 So you want to charge me for the remaining of the modem for cancellation. I was told to bring it up with the billing team once the bill has been issue. Definitely be camping at your store with a modem. So much fun since I have 2 weeks off starting next week!

    Optus also does what is called white label mobile products for other brands like iiNet, Dodo, Exetel etc but this is an mobile virtual network operator scenario where they're separate companies. Haven't been told those ones are affected but some have said no.

    Optus hack last Thursday, late last night got 'urgent' email about details compromised. My brother who hasn't been a customer for 5 years also had details leaked. #Optus why hold data you no longer have a right/need to have. BTW Thanks for timely notification #OptusHack

    @VictorDominello You're getting some terrible advice if you think the card number thing is more than a mitigation - it's not a solution. We know you're trying to save Optus some costs but you're leaving millions of people exposed to fraud. Anyway I have 25 March 2023 marked in my calendar.
