    @Optus Our mobile broadband service is still down. More than 24 hours now.... says connected to Optus 4G but cannot browse any websites - local or overseas. Have power recycled - no improvements. Rang your call centre - on hold for 80 mins before giving up.

    Sad to say goodbye to Virgin Mobile Australia after many years of exceptional service. Yesterday and today I have had 3 unsuccessful live chats and 1 unsuccessful call to @Optus to activate a new SIM and port my son’s mobile number. Still have no idea what’s going on.

    Ok so @Optus kills off @virginmobile and make all customers switch to #Optus. The process has been a total stuffup. Hours spent on chat and then they cancel #Virgin service before Optus works. Oh and then it takes yet another chat. Makes @Telstra look amazing #pissedoff

    @Telstra It may be officially time to jump boat to OPTUS, not ideal situation but after the last 3 months of my Internet randomly going down for days at time with no explanation the frustration is a 10/10.

    @Optus I have to say your customer experience is non existent by phone. It is pretty much impossible to speak to human being or find a number to get through to. I call sales to try and got left on hold for 10 mins. I hung up #NotHappyJan

    @SiBarberPhoto @Optus It’s not the number transfer process, it’s the amount of ID detail you needed to change, re credit score stuff. Customer service issues are another matter. People saying they are doing things over the phone and the next day they never happened. Three days running. Hence change.

    @Optus tech be like "restart your device" Me - it's system wide Them - just restart Me - but I have tested it and everyone in the area is experiencing the same issue Them - restart please Me - signal strength is xxDb and speed 0bps you have a faulty switch. Them - restart
