    @Optus Thank you. It’s a pity your chat help couldn’t check this. Or at least advise me to look at it. I was asked to reset my phone, remove my SIM card, change various settings. Each of these solutions were suggested multiple times despite advising none of them corrected the issue.

    @GaryNunn1 Aldi mobile uses the Telstra network without the Telstra price... but not sure if it supports things like multi devices or Apple Watch - I put my husband on $35 Optus plan (plus $15 to link iPad and the watch was free for the first year) with 30gb

    Good work @Optus I recommended you to my father, but after buying a SIM he’s spent hours failing to get it activated via your automated customer anti-service system which is apparently designed to thwart victims from getting to speak to a person. Never recommending you again.

    @VicBStard @NBN_Australia Makes sense. If @Optus had of kept the maintence of the cable up to standard before selling to the NBN then it wouldn't have been an issue.That being said I don't get why the NBN didn't just fix the issues.

    @Optus Serena, this is an ongoing thing. No amount of troubleshooting my end will fix it. It is the same on both wired and wireless connections. I think Optus are the ones that need to troubleshoot.

    1.5hrs+ on the phone to Optus sorting out Mums home phone + ordering the old cheese a mobile phone for when Optus **** up.. which they keep doing on Mums home phone I’m cooked 2.5hrs yesterday doing paperwork for Mum 1.5hr today… my back, hips wanna kill me

    @delmaclifton If this is mobile, I switched to Aldi mobile which uses the Telstra network. Tip from the farmer next door during and over the fence chat, as we can’t access Optus-based service in our area. Your story was my life. Haven’t looked back.
