    Ok so @Optus kills off @virginmobile and make all customers switch to #Optus. The process has been a total stuffup. Hours spent on chat and then they cancel #Virgin service before Optus works. Oh and then it takes yet another chat. Makes @Telstra look amazing #pissedoff

    @Telstra It may be officially time to jump boat to OPTUS, not ideal situation but after the last 3 months of my Internet randomly going down for days at time with no explanation the frustration is a 10/10.

    @Optus I have to say your customer experience is non existent by phone. It is pretty much impossible to speak to human being or find a number to get through to. I call sales to try and got left on hold for 10 mins. I hung up #NotHappyJan

    @Optus have the worst onboarding customer experience. Email says order on way, online system says still processing. Online rep tells me order is being delivered... today, while I'm at work & can't sign for it. Rep blamed @startrack for mistake when clearly a system issue.

    @Optus Our mobile broadband service is still down. More than 24 hours now.... says connected to Optus 4G but cannot browse any websites - local or overseas. Have power recycled - no improvements. Rang your call centre - on hold for 80 mins before giving up.

    @Telstra @Telstra’s ‘service’ is non existent. No one has been able to call 000, let alone go online to access thus ‘asssistance package’. @Telstra hasn’t acknowledged the extent of the disaster and it’s role in it. 1st time I could get any comms news was today (using an Optus hotspot).

    @Telstra @Telstra, these are add on services which are irrelevant if you don’t have ANY service. By the way thanks for your prompt delivery of a full bill that I could access only through my Optus hotspot. So many people here are disgusted with @Telstra.

    Still no change, although don't expect much overnight. No NBN, but still have Optus mobile. I can't get onto Facebook to check out the community groups, so until we head into the village, I don't know what's happening. IF we can. The road was looking pretty bad.

    @Optus We all know that your request for people complaining to DM you is to avoid other people finding out how hopeless you have become. Try fixing problems instead of pissing of customers and sweeping faults under the carpet.
