    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    @heartstopperau Sean, last night in the BBL game at Optus Stadium the commentator called a massive six and the ball was caught a few metres in from the rope … would never happen if the commentators were there … I don’t blame them at all but they can be made to look inept

    @Optus - is your web chat service run by bots only? I was told I was being connected to an “expert” who had a name, but the responses suggested it was a bot or at least a person employing copy/paste service. #CustomerService

    @Optus I bought a 4G modem for use at a location that has coverage from your 4G network, only to find that it's artificially limited to 3G speeds. This is totally unacceptable. I want a refund so I can spend the money on a Telstra modem instead.

    @evryflavrbean @ChelseaFCW Optus Sport Australia aren't showing the re-scheduled game and the 5th stand app has thrown an error.....**** Optus and the Chelsea is **** too.

    @RoadknightThe I have the same problem with Optus. They just said it was slow and sent a new modem which changed basically nothing.
