@NeevaStephen @Optus Will PM you. This is another issue, Optus have made no attempt to contact customers about the latest issue. They should be providing advice on how people now take action to protect themselves instead all we hear is information via the press. They are a disgrace!

@Optus needs to compensate! Their recent failures: - allowing hackers 2 steal Customer details - not communicating with Customers - having a crap network, which doesn't work properly but charging more 4 it - not maintaining systems & blaming Customers when something goes wrong
