Hi @Telstra Shareholder & “gold” customer of about 20yrs here. Just want to relay how utterly appalled I am with your customer support. Luckily I am out of contract on home internet & mobile devices and will chat to @Optus & others. Telecoms Ombudsman here I come.

@Optus Hey Sarah, I have ongoing issues with hotspotting (and my home NBN connection currently down - not an Optus fault), and logged in this a.m on the app to ask for support. After a 51 minute delay, one of your team took 20+ mi s to verify that I have enough data so still waiting 🙁

@ASheridanOptus , @Optus Homebushwest area i don't have service since five days and my phone is continuously on "SOS". I have complained multiple time no status on the issue not any communication. I am just wasting my time on your chat box. very pathetic way of handling faults.

@Optus - when you return a device deemed in store to have minimal wear and tear, expected for a two year old device. Only to proceed to have a five month standoff after they withdrew $200+ as a device damage fee (after explicitly told money would not be taken). #customerservice
