@Optus Trying to reach you for the NBN service you provided to me in Esperance, Western Australia. Basically it's worse than 3G service. Also your customer support kept talking about other things than fixing the issues.

@lindijones @Optus @Telekom_hilft Thanks. That’s the last resort. It’s a real pain to switch the service on and off, with a delay using Optus. Might have to bite the bullet and turn it off for good.

I haven't whinged in a while, but ***$ me, @Optus your mobile app is terrible, the chat service while I'm trying to seek help constantly loses connection, and I'm kicked out and back in the queue. ahahahahahahahaha

Major issues sending and receiving mms between @Optus and @Telstra at the moment. Messages coming through at 3am, nearly 20hrs after being sent.
