Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

@DoctorKarl Well,we all wanted choices, and now we have them! We have a chap staying on our somewhat remote property at present, no signal. We only have Telstra as our option, and he's Optus. They won't share towers! Good joke, eh?!

@Optus My Fetch Mighty box has not been functioning correctly since 21 May 2021. I have been trying to speak to someone to get support or to replace it. The only contact I can make is the "Expert Chat Assistant" who keeps putting me onto another expert robot. HELP PLEASE!!!!!

@DoctorKarl I was with Optus for a long time and the performance during peak times was woeful. Switched to Aussie Broadband and it has been fantastic, their speeds are as advertised and their customer service is by far the best of any telecom I have used. (I am a customer not an employee)

Just changed my phone provider from vodafone to optus and they gave me gift cards and an iPhone, what a treat!

@GeoffreyHuntley how do you find the reliability of each carrier? I've seen a number of dropouts on the Optus 5G service (mostly running at 4G)
