This likely means requests were being made one after the other instead of one big go, meaning Optus only noticed after 2.8 million requests to a testing network were made Sounds real competent to me.

@SWF_946 @Optus Dare say they’ll likely only contact impacted customers but a customer wide email just simply acknowledging the situation goes a long way. Rcvd nothing yet, not even a notification when opening up their app.
