    @optus can’t call me and I can’t call them because I don’t have either a business or a personal line. Maybe this is a blessing in disguise. Do we have any options that don’t leak peoples private data to randoms in Australia? How absolutely incompetent and stupid.

I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    Optus then decided after over 90 mins of explaining myself multiple times to different people on chat, I’d need to wait for a call. That call happened, it was from the wrong department. So they had to transfer me. After 2 hours I got some help. “So what can we do today?” 🤯

    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

Had a date planned to come out and no technician ever showed up and I called to see why and they told me he decided not too.... This is a joke, I think I should go to tbg/bigpond.

    @acmadotgov This has been an issue for a while. She should get her money back as large transactions usually take 24 hours to clear. You would think making large transactions in the middle of the night overseas would be suspicious ? Optus are also pretty poor with detecting sim hacks.

    Felt a bit sorry for the Pokemon GO players at the local library today who couldn't play for a large portion of Community Day because Optus was (apparently) having another outage. I got screwed over by RNG but at least I had no real technical issues lol

    Can someone from roadside security please block these car or those truck antenna? Cos these Lexicorp people all they do us talk thru optus using another service as a boost from its data coverage.

    @Optus The service has failed me completely. The mobilesx2 will not accept calls. States service not available. Dodo is provider and message bank has been deleted now not answering at all. We are elderly and mobilrpesvrequired for medical reasons.

    @Optus @iheartguitar If you're interested in alternatives @VodafoneAU had been great especially with their 4G backup, so even if NBN goes down the connection still works. Nowadays internet isn't a luxury, it's livelihood and companies need to step up their game to match.
