    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @a_choros **** Telstra, marry Vodafone, kill Optus... Truth be told I’d prefer to kill Telstra while screaming **** you and have an ongoing FWB with Vodafone and just leave Optus alone

    @Optus hello, I received spam email this week claiming to be Optus & confirming that I had increased my laptop data usage with Optus. I never increased my data usage. Can you now confirm with me that my laptop/mobile plan hasn’t been changed? Thanks.

    @Hillysfarms @Telstra I reckon telstra coverage in metro areas is third after optus and Vodafone, its terrible here in Newcastle

    As an @optus customer I haven’t received any correspondence regarding the data breach and have no idea if my data has been compromised.

    @perthovalman @kevinperry @TheWorldGame @SBS @ALeague @premierleague @Craig_Foster @LucyZelic A cash-strapped FTA network does its best but has no hope of competing with Foxtel (itself scaling back football coverage in the face of its own financial woes) and Optus. I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    I’ve phoned @Optus customer service 3 days in a row and you’ve YET to rectify this issue, despite advising you have. This is incredibly poor form, deplorable in fact 😡

    @dfinvitro I’m not the only one. Glad I seen all these post this arvo. Optus was going to send out a tech (and probably charge afterwards) to investigate the issue as I assumed my nbn was the issue. Ours Works with our modem on 4g back up but Same as you when my nbn is connected into the tv

    @Transperth so it takes 15 minutes to go from Optus stadium to Perth. Get if train to watch midland line take off. Asked attendant why it didn’t wait 2 minutes to be told “ you should be quicker “ disgraceful service

    Rd 13 Fweo v GC on an absolutely beautiful Saturday arvo at Optus Stadium Crowd: 27,318 Rd 17 WCE v Norf on a wet & windy Monday night at Optus Crowd: 30,515 (after two awful losses) Proud of you guys for turning up & supporting your team. Shame about the result

    @Optus 5G and LTE home internet is down in Acacia Gardens NSW. Was fine till 2.30pm, no reception at all?

    @dfinvitro Was doing my head in. Wasted so much time the last 2 days changing cables, talking to Optus thinking it was a nbn issue. Cheers anyway. Saved me a possible charge for wasting a nbn techs time
