    Here is the kicker. I was there b/c my father has Parkinson and border line Dementia which Abu knew at 383 George St. Abu tried to get the attention of the manager who was with a customer along with another Optus colleague and he brushed Abu away without even acknowledging Abu. Being also brushed off angrily by the guy at World Trade Square (witnessed by another angry customer) and had not opened the store at required time only shows Optus has a serious cultural problem which I’m sure Ben Fordam at 2GB will find interesting tomorrow when I email him.

    I'm currently running a backup SIM in my phone. The number has never been put online, anywhere. And yet I got two spam calls today. That ain't a bot dialing random numbers. The number was recently transferred from Optus to Dodo. My number leaked out somewhere, how?

    @eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.

    @DAM01983 @Optus Haveing the same problem they need to fix all their services I barely have phone coverage at all anywhere it just cuts down and says no service and the Internet is ridiculous dropping out all the time they find people up they can't maintain a service

    @Optus Please fix your Pay By Phone service. Three failures so far today. Rang your Enquiries number and got shunted back to Pay By Phone.

    @Teh_Jkr @Optus I spent 2 hours taking to support to get the intro deals they have to save 30 bucks, but it's still insane how expensive it is when I don't need more data, especially since I lose reception in Melbourne

    @KalliopiOlympou Hi Weerona, so that we are on the same page, are you facing issues with your Optus home internet connection or streaming the match in general? As we are not broadcasting the FIFA World cup anymore. We don't have the broadcasting rights. If your internet is working fine and it is a streaming issue then you will have to contact SBS or the broadcaster. On the other hand if your are facing issues with your Optus home internet connection, then please send us a direct message with the details to proceed. Kartik

    @theinfradev @ruicharadrius I'm not revising history. The plan was fttp everywhere, with Telstra and optus copper being bought out to move them to the NBN. The copper was never going to be used for the NBN. Look at the Telstra definitive agreements from 2011.

    @LydiaAmesha Sorry to hear you may be experiencing issues with your Optus internet. If the issue is only persistent whilst viewing the SBS stream, it would most likely be an issue on their end. However, if you are facing issues with your Optus network in general outside the SBS stream, please send us a Private Message, so we can look into the issue for you further. -Jay
