  Here is the kicker. I was there b/c my father has Parkinson and border line Dementia which Abu knew at 383 George St. Abu tried to get the attention of the manager who was with a customer along with another Optus colleague and he brushed Abu away without even acknowledging Abu. Being also brushed off angrily by the guy at World Trade Square (witnessed by another angry customer) and had not opened the store at required time only shows Optus has a serious cultural problem which I’m sure Ben Fordam at 2GB will find interesting tomorrow when I email him.

  @Jakie_1993 Yeah, someone a few years back thought I was crazy moving mobile from optus. Said not really, as have optus internet in residence. I said if mobile goes down and internet down at same time, no chance to communicate. So always check if mobile piggybacks optus network

  @ThomasDougherty @oscarcsims In the past Optus tried it and failed so bad they had to hand it back to SBS which I think has also made streamers nervous the soccer fantasy in Aus likes the SBS team

  Two & a half hours on several chats with @Optus staff & still no resolve. This is fkn bullshit customer service when your staff “Frankie” has changed us to the wrong plan (for upgrade of modem).

  @optus_help against my better judgement got an optus sim pribs should of saved my money and went elsewhere as the website has been down for hours and wont let me activate it guess i will go buy a vodaphone one in money so i can use my phone.

  @TheJoeySwoll No way this **** **** has made its way to you guys? This is some desperate **** in Perth who stages these things with her dad. She spams the same video at Optus Stadium thinking old people are looking at her but it’s just her dad. Don’t give it attention

  @FranMooMoo I use Optus 5G on my phone with 500gb of data and that feeds my computers indoors, TV etc and it is super fast, up to 350mbs. only problem is they have stuff all 5G towers and most are still 4G only, they just wont upgrade them, I'm in a good area with a good signal.

  @Starlink And while Optus and Vodafone service this area - proving how much Telstra really sucks - they both lose signal only several kilometers further out of the CBD, meaning that they also suck. These are the only three networks here. All other carriers buy access from these three.
