  @thedailyrabbit_ We’ve gone backwards.. Last month my home internet was down all day.. l had to ring Optus from a payphone as l couldnt get a signal at home.. 15km from Melb..! Couldn’t ring to check my mum, had to drive there.. her land line was out due to internet out also!

  @Optus TLDR: after being run around for two days and 47mins, the frustrating lack of the lack willingness to own a problem and solve it through their the lack of either ability or care from staff in the call centres. Along with being told it would be an additional seven days..1/2

  @deniseshrivell 5G modem has never worked better. I then found out they tried the same thing with my dad and he fell for their reasons. He has an old computer that doesn’t even reach the speeds the NBN plan they put him on can reach. Boo Optus Boo iiNet!
