@SydneySwitch I can't change that, Optus are in charge of their infrastructure arrangements, not me! The test just tells me Optus are using a Telstra server in the provision of their service to me.

@Optus + 2/3 @optus just chose to send the “stock” to another customer and make me wait longer after the rekeying of the order. Basically they cancelled the original order and simply re-issued a new order with a new delivery address. #OptOUT

+ Hello @Optus, I’ve now returned to Oz and the iPhone still hasn’t arrived. Additionally I was promised that within 5 days someone would contact me regarding my complaint. This hasn’t happened either. Clearly the incompetence previously stated just continues. #OptOUT

still no internet - how long do I have to wait for @Optus to sort it’s operation out. After feeling pushed to switch to nbn within a few months rather than the allowed 18 months, a stuff up with connection dates and now no internet. Rubbish effort Optus. Truly awful

I have somehow got into a loop with @Optus support agent. I would just like to connect my iPad to my phones account for shared data which is a service they offer. They tell me to go to eSIM option and connect an eSIM. I do that and it tells me I have not ordered one yet.

@Optus After two and a half hours we finally got it sorted. Someone might want to go check if your support centre is over worked. Support agent was rushing answers that were incorrect while then leaving me in dead silence for large amounts of time.

If you are with Optus trying to work out why your cellular connection to your watch keeps dropping out, it's Optus. Seven months with Vodafone and it's not disconnected once. Don't send it for repair, don't waste hours on the phone trouble shooting. Leave.
