@PSyvret Medicare has now graciously consented to cancel its proposed oversized price increase for 2020. Optus Sports has also wisely suspended payment for my monthly subscription until 1 June.

@Optus is still shit in SE Melbourne for the last 2 days i havent been ableto watch fetch. The internet is effectively down as i cant wven speed test. The customer service line is so disorgsnised and painful that registering the issue is too hard. Better not charge me full price

Following your instructions but sadly with poor @Optus mobile reception & poor @TPG_Telecom internet- it’s a very slow process and could have saved me a lot of time if the engineer had done an effective job in the first place...

A serious problem with @Optus users is the assisting agents reply late but there’s no notification pushed to the phone. It used to have notifications but not any more. I was trying to talking to your financial team for three times and all missed because they replied 12 hr... (1)

@zerogeewhiz I have great coverage in regional vic on Optus, but it sucks at my mum's in Perth. Her Telstra coverage sucks here. Maybe we should have a national network that the retailer's just lease?

@Optus First why does every other network provider actually provide quality internet that doesn’t cut out every 5 min then why am I holding 80ping with 30 percent packet loss why can’t you do anything about it? At least improve my package or improve speeds and quality this is horrible

@UnaMcIlvenna Totally agree, Una. I try to use 7plus on the phone and it has always been bad. But now with the Olympics on it's so hard to find any of the other streaming sports. As someone who watches a lot of sport on Optus and Kayo, they are waaaay off the mark IMO.
