  @zanekyal Hey, Nicole. It appears that the screenshot shown captures a partially completed Speed Test for your connection to the Optus Mobile Network, as opposed to the same Wi-Fi connection as your TV. We would recommend connecting your phone to the same Wi-Fi connection and completing this again.   Seifert to Sixers would be a fun one & yes, way better than Babar. I thought Allen would be a Scorcher his entire career, but well he's said to move to Stars. I just remember @IndianMourinho saying Optus is probably the worst venue for a batter, so atleast that way he's saved.

  @jnj_pro Hey, J. Customers who log in using email & password also need to perform Multi-factor authentication (MFA). We recommend enabling biometrics in the My Optus App for a faster and secure login, where no extra codes are required. From the 1st of Jan 2026, no conversation history will be stored/available in the My Optus app or My Account online. We understand that this change is a pain point for you, and we've flagged this as feedback for the relevant teams to review. - Dillon

  @Optus @itsallTag So I don’t get I got 5G on my phone when the test came through even though that there is currently an outouge on my closest network tower and I am only receiving 1 bar of 4G because of the outage of that area tower so it doesn’t make sense to me towers also need to be fixed irl

  @Optus The advise didn't help. Can @Optus explain why already logged in users still need to do identify verification form as well as verification code. What security concerns the process actually addresses? Compared with putting unnecessary burden and waste time for users.

  @NizaarKinsella Aslong as its short and wet And not dry and bouncy I feel sorry for the Milan teams in perth, usually optus stadiums grass is A grade, but last few seasons its been horrible for our local sport AFL

  @Optus Is it possible to have more visibility to how @Optus 'improve' its user experience, as a 10+ year user, I'm feeling the quality of your service and apps is downgrading overtime, and there is no sign of going up.

  @cookyourgarden @valuetainment They dont have lowband spectrum in Australia (nor in the US) without doing a deal with existing providers (Telstra & Optus) so dont get your hopes up. The spectrum they do have is mid band and would require phone manufacturers to support it, also needs a clear path to the sky to work.
