  @optus_help I’m not entering my personal details to one more Optus representative. This needs to be escalated to the Ombudsman. No one can respond or communicate with me about this issue. And there has been absolutely no effort to restore services.

  @chdyctt I cancelled a contract with Optus 10 years ago due to their relocated contact centre. Was awful, but Telstra ended being cheaper believe it or not. In saying that, communications need to be explained easy & not written by AI and signed off.

  Does it make you sick to your stomach when you are an Optus customer for a long time, How long you have been a customer for and how they have mistreated their customers by WAYYYY Overcharging for their pre paid internet services. We get the shittiest deals even though WE PAY IN ADVANCE just to have out DETAILS LEAKED TO THE DARKWEB.I Got no apology and it works out we pau more money and PAY UP FRONT, no invoices but OPTUS prepaid Customers just ***** in the *** with a ***** comparable to the Governments they keep ******* us with!!!

  @Optus The issue we have is that OPRUS has a history of being hacked and not doing the right thing by its customers so why would I trust you with storing my credit card information and deducting whatever you want? Optus SHOULD MAINTAIN THE OPTION TO ALLOW ITS CUSTOMERS TO POST PAY…
