@Optus @ollierafc This happens all the time and the customer service team does not care or offer any help

In 2022, Optus (Australia's 2nd biggest telco) exposed 9.8 million customer records. Root cause: an old API endpoint from a legacy system, left unauthenticated, facing the public internet. No one knew it was still running.

In 3 weeks, Freo play StK at Optus. During that time, I hope I can forget that the Blues had a red hot sniff on the road against the Dockers while the Saints stomped on their dead carcass in front of the Blues home crowd. One year ago today, 94-33. Never forget that one.

@mikjcal @kpmuddle @Mr_Fanta_Pants Voda did a network sharing deal with Optus so they get all of Optus' rural coverage & Optus gets access to Voda's towers & fibre in areas Optus don't have a presence to install their radio gear and build out their network. Optus does very well vs Telstra in regional these days.

As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

@FOXFOOTY They never play anywhere that isn’t marvel lol… Optus once, Adelaide once and MCG once lmao

@Optus when are you going to remove the overhead cable you cut down and left on my driveway in brisbane, months ago. 4 times I've called. Do you believe in customer service?

one of the main things preventing the Dockers from turning Optus Stadium into a “fortress” is West Coast being historically bad. it’s actually unintentionally sabotaging Freo because teams gain so much confidence when they play here against the Eagles

@optus_help So much palaver to have to re-enter WiFi password etc Everything is set to WiFi but still no joy with connection for small or calls. Poor service considering optus is always doing upgrades/maintenance constantly. Get sick of no service
