I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

They know that it’s broken, susceptible to water logging and damage, but they don’t have any way of knowing exactly where these areas are.

I call telstra today with the details & the person tells me it's not their issue. Goes off to talk to someone & call gets cut off! Fuming!

Harry Anderson (@hrryndrsn) reported@Optus Finally after 20min the "business specialist" picked up a landline phone from 1991 and dialed the Philippines assuring me "these guys are the only ones who can cancel your service". Wow @Optus it's shockingly bad, you've lost a customer for life.
