Matt Watson 🇺🇦 (@MattWatson1) reported from Launceston, TasmaniaSo @Optus still hasn’t solved my @OptusSport subscription problem. That’s despite providing their online chat with a plethora of detail. They really do suck. They just keep beginning the case anew and asking me to explain the problem

Matt Watson 🇺🇦 (@MattWatson1) reported from Launceston, TasmaniaHey @Optus How about you don’t close a case and assign it ‘Resolved’ status when nothing has changed! Just awful. This has been going on for a week. A week! #optusfail #crapservice

Fat Blob (@DarthNucleus69) reported@JordanTHFCFFC Freo is in trouble anyway. They need Brisbane in the 1/4 game so they can beat them at Optus. If they play anywhere else Brisbanes big game players will win it so they need to hope someone can knock the lions off
-
Geoff (@GeoffPAus) reportedWhy does @Optus now require a direct debit to be setup if you want to change your internet plan? I have had post paid plans with Optus for years and never an issue but now have been told it is the only way😡
-
Kelly (@Kelly26552573) reported@Candour100 @blu_boys @Optus Yeah my husband had to switch to the Telstra network because of remote work. Boost was his choice.
-
Rob (@hkrob) reported@johnreader @Optus @optus_help An AI bot would be better than most Optus support I've dealt with tbh!
-
The West Coast Beagle (@WCEBeagle) reported@AJG_87 @MiguelS92940618 This is where I’m at. Looking at yesterday alone we had the personnel on park to beat Richmond. Can blame poor kicking but it was the same against Port & North at Optus. We have gone backwards post bye If we have the personnel then for me it’s the coaching staff that are failing

MorgoSmisho (@morgosmisho) reported@Optus ordered a phone upgrade and eSIM. Got the email saying the order number would arrive next. But nothing. Told the order wasn’t processed ‘yet’. Had this before. They say order again and you end up with 2 accounts. When you cancel one, it incurs fees and a debt agency. Scam.

Satoshi Goy (@satoshigoy) reported@Optus Thanks, but that doesn’t address what actually happened. I was in the emergency broadcast area with a compatible device. There was no Optus coverage, but there was coverage from another network. Despite that, I never received the AusAlert. If emergency alerts can’t be delivered when your carrier is unavailable, even though another network is in range, that’s a significant issue. In an emergency, people shouldn’t miss life-saving warnings because of which carrier they’re with. Can you clarify whether AusAlerts are expected to be delivered in this scenario, or is this a limitation of the current system?

allyann (@me_allyann) reported@hardenuppete @originenergy They should be forced to pay for credit tracking for each customer that has had their account hacked for 12 months like Optus had to with Equifax.
-
Littleaud (@littleaud1) reported@LeeshieV @Optus No problem with Optus on my phone.
