    So @Optus still hasn’t solved my @OptusSport subscription problem. That’s despite providing their online chat with a plethora of detail. They really do suck. They just keep beginning the case anew and asking me to explain the problem

    @cheryl_kernot The response from the Optus CEO was pathetic. I was impacted by this. Having received their email I had questions, but never received a reply. Never received an update and canceled the service. The guy asked me why! He was rude and cut the service as I spoke to him..

    @GregHackett1 @VicRoads I too received confirmation from VicRoads… up until now I have not been notified by @Optus that my data was not properly secured by them. I was only a customer for 3 days… where do I register for the class action?

    I haven't been an #Optus customer in almost a decade, but today I got a letter in the mail telling me they'd let someone steal my personal data. Why do you need to keep my personal details for so long, @Optus? Once I leave your service, it should all be deleted.

    @Optus You know what you can do with your treats! My mobile # and details have been used several times in fraudulent attempts. How long before an attempt is successful! Optus should be shut down! Your standards and care of your customers is sickening!

    Hey @Optus, wanting to cancel all services without charge due to the data breaches and your lack of communication re: passport replacements, Equifax subscriptions etc, and your chat is not working. How about fixing up here?

    @Optus Will do. I’ve reached out to webchat many times to follow it up and I’ve still got no reply. I don’t know what else to do other than contact the ombudsman if I can’t get help here.
