  So @Optus still hasn’t solved my @OptusSport subscription problem. That’s despite providing their online chat with a plethora of detail. They really do suck. They just keep beginning the case anew and asking me to explain the problem

  @Michael83424242 This started under the LNP are you senile, stupid or deliberately been disingenuous? Communications outages & breaches occurred under the tenure of Paul Fletcher, who served as Minister- 2019 to 2022. The 2022 Data Breach: In Sept, Optus suffered a massive cyber-attack!

  @Optus @itsallTag So I don’t get I got 5G on my phone when the test came through even though that there is currently an outouge on my closest network tower and I am only receiving 1 bar of 4G because of the outage of that area tower so it doesn’t make sense to me towers also need to be fixed irl

  @PaulBongiorno Oh woe is me ! Just purchase a sim card supported by Optus [this is redundancy contingency] when Telstra goes off line swap out their sim & slot in the backup & vice versa. Alteratively purchase a dual sim phone which allows you to switch between service providers

  @robertveneziano @VoteLewko Incorrect ARTC handles Standard Gauge in AUS... Whist @VicTrack_Vic handles Broad gauge in VIC. But all should not rely on only one telco provider...the ICE radio are linked to Telstra! But optus has gone down too 2 years ago with the same result!
