  At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

  Does it make you sick to your stomach when you are an Optus customer for a long time, How long you have been a customer for and how they have mistreated their customers by WAYYYY Overcharging for their pre paid internet services. We get the shittiest deals even though WE PAY IN ADVANCE just to have out DETAILS LEAKED TO THE DARKWEB.I Got no apology and it works out we pau more money and PAY UP FRONT, no invoices but OPTUS prepaid Customers just ***** in the *** with a ***** comparable to the Governments they keep ******* us with!!!

While Amaysim does operate on the Optus network, they are a separate provider to us.   Australia switched off its 3G network in 2024, since then Jazz IR roaming stopped working in Australia. Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive a reply to adjust network settings to no avail. Please talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.

  @Optus The reason I ask is my account is now overdue by 8 days, I'm able to pay the bill in 2 days in full however when asking for help or letting optus know of concerns with overdue accounts and financial difficulties the automatic payment system set up on this account restricts the help i can ask for online

  @optus_help @amaysimAU It appears in the last few months receiving MMS was broken on devices that don't have SMSoIP (over IMS). Is this a known issue that is going to be fixed? MMS media can be sent but not received via LTE/NAS. SMS send/receive works. Only an @Optus problem.
