Hey @Optus - what’s happening in Preston, 3bars 3G and I can’t make any calls “call fail” every time. Reset network settings and restarted my phone twice. Thought I’d tweet as those usually on the end of the phone are either a robot or don’t resolve the issue… #optus #outage
