    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    @_sara_jade_ We have been getting robocalls from "Chinese embassy" followed by a long message from a foreign language lady. This started before Optus problem. Is China trying to influence the result of the Vic state election?

    @kurlykatiek @Optus Thanks for answering. I’m genuinely curious about this, and I figure some will be exactly like you and stay. As an ex-customer of theirs, I am livid that they allowed this to happen, and I will never give them another cent as long as I live.

    @SharnelleVella I’m a previous customer, no longer have an account, email or landline with Optus. Therefore can’t use the App to message Optus. I still may have had my data hacked & they may have tried emailing the old address. Seems my only option is to call - imagining horrendous wait times.

    Anyone else having fun with the Optus hack here in Australia? Being in the industry myself I am baffled at the poor response from this organization. Trying to get a straight answer as to the extent of data stolen is beyond ridiculous! 🤬🤬
