    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    aussie bffs who have optus how do i check if i’m being charged for international calls and texts… like on my plan it says i don’t have international calls/texts but then i can text my international moot… pls help i hope i’m not being charged for the texts without knowing😭

    @Optus got stuck with your poor service. Service inactive from FRIDAY 6am. Followed Tech support instructions changed sim however it can’t be activated. Can’t port my number to other provider. Im stuck.

    @Optus your 5G service is really terrible. It’s been awful for about 3/4 weeks but on and off awful for months. I really need to get rid of this and look at going on your other plans or elsewhere….
