What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

@themorningroost @samhewat @skysportnz We have same issue with here, with Foxtel being expensive and having everything but the EPL. You have to be on Optus to watch that live.

@BigKev67 @ianrobo1 @gisby_marc Adelaide day tests used to attract 30-35K for Ashes. Now, 50K is too big, despite D/N. Optus will never have 60k, unless Barmy Army fills up 30K. Gabba is good for 20K. But the capacity is 42K.

@VodafoneAU Hmm. I’ll probably cancel and go with another provider as @Optus already has a significant network across the city and you clearly have sold a product that isn’t ready. I’d like a reduction in by initial bill or to terminate my contract with you and move to another provider

@Optus @optus, the problem is I live in a 130 year old miners cottage that was built with whatever they could find at the time and the walls are tin lined so lets just say it is not friendly to radio signals. Newer Mobile technology allows us to use a local wifi transmitter

Day 10 and still no @Optus phone service, I was informed today that they will order a new physical SIM so a new eSIM can be activated. Let’s go back to day 1 when the physical SIM stopped working and have since received 2 new eSIM’s which neither worked! #circles #dizzy 🤬

Nice of @Optus to quietly discontinue the Optus One plans, and apparently disband the priority support at the same time. Now I get pushed to online chat, only to be told that online can’t do anything about my request and I need to call. You’ve just removed the reason I joined.
