@laurenpowr @Optus Ugh same most frustrating user experience in my life... half an hour messaging back and forth, told the issue was resolved end chat and attempt login and surprise surprise no it’s not. Can’t wait for my contract to end.

@albericie @Optus Telstra is way worse! Took a month to get someone to help me cancel a duplicate service. The bot sent me in circles, phone line redirected me to online chat, online chat person overseas was incentivised to make me keep the service. In the end I had to stoop to tweeting at them!

@albericie @Optus These things take about an hour of multiple calls between each department, over several days before they finally find the right person to contact, who will then accidently hang up and the process starts all over again. Enjoy.
