@RavenZech2 @Optus I got a txt yesterday never took banking or licence details but email,phone no. Address, dobirth. I know they have sent emails to some maybe it depends on how much information they took

@NewtonMark Did government require Optus to retain that ID check documentation / details ? Nothing needs to be retained once the customer ID is verified, and “check” implies no retention.

@dogboy64 It brings me back to the Optus hack - they had connected test environments to **** data - and unmasked **** data at that … that’s shoddy work and very poor architecture. Medibank’s is curious that NO ONE twigged at that huge data file being copied or extracted

@Optus oh no you dont, i want everyone to see that you will not do anything about this whatsoever, which is criminal. its an entire week of talking to your service staff and getting nothing but the EXACT SAME RESPONSE, letter for letter, that you cant not rob from me

@Telstra Also I JUST bought this telstra woolworths eSim yesterday morning because my optus simcard had no service and I thought yours would be better and i NEED internet for my work/homeschooling, yet it seems I just wasted $50 doing so.
