    @Optus Ive check that link dosnt give any information on what is going on and everyone ive tried to contact im unable to get through to the service is a joke at the moment only contact ive received is the automated message i want to talk to someone about the problem so i can get answers

    @1Swinging_Voter anzac day was a problem for McGowan because he Oked full capacity at Optus for the footy but not at Anzac Day celebrations- the #lockdown couldn't have come at a better time- and he has thrown the hospitality/travel industries under the bus

    @Telstra Your customer service is appalling. Not ONE of your so called representatives has helped me at all. Do any staff in-store even call back? Of course not. What a joke. I'll be leaving when my contract’s up & moving to Optus. And I'm supposedly a ‘gold’ customer. LOL.

    @Optus hey. Any chance of an update on the service disruption in 3078. Website says it's been under investigation for over 12 hours. Wondering if anything can be said such as an eta of when we get our service back. Thanks

    So @Optus have put international sms charges on my bill but #optus can’t identify any details; only that ‘I made them’ (which I didn’t, my records are clearly better than theirs) They offered a refund but that’s not the point. Billing errors need investigation @acccgovau #NoOptus
