    @Optus After a few more phone calls someone finally helped and are apparently sending a technician to help. Though the fact that I was constantly hung up on or asked to get a new plan and spend more money and not helped before hand was still very frustrating as a customer.

    @OptusStadium Hi. when U2 played at Optus we couldn’t even make out what tune they were playing so bad were the stadium acoustics. We along with thousands of others left early. Spin fwd to Guns and Roses and same. When will you fix the acoustics?

    @Optus Update: No technician ever showed up. I got a call from customer support saying one was never booked so they got me to change my internet plan instead to get a new modem sent out. Hopefully something actually happens this time, it's getting quite stressful as i need it for work!

    @AlboMP Too late for those impacted by @Optus who refuse to help those impacted or reimburse for new ID. They should be fined substantially for this as they won’t learn otherwise
