  • philbrownoz Philip Brown (@philbrownoz) reported

    @adambspencer @Optus @Telstra Nah, FTTB in Freshie through TPG and hitting 108Mbps consistently - never an issue really.

  • skulzy87 Mike Scolz (@skulzy87) reported

    Again continued @Optus reception issues in 2284. Been intermittent call and text reception and no data reception. That's twice in the last 2 months I have had zero or next to minimimal reception. Always breaching their end of the contract

  • GO19844 GO1984 (@GO19844) reported

    @adambspencer @Optus @Telstra Terrible in northern beaches - agreed.

  • trentthoms Trent Thomson (@trentthoms) reported

    @Telstra @optus escalated one of my issues to the most senior team. 24-48 hours to assign a case manager and then 10 business days to resolve. This is after waiting nearly 5 days already. @optus would keep creating new case numbers rather than escalating the priority of existing ones.

  • CoolCotton11650 Matra (@CoolCotton11650) reported

    @Optus Having multiple unexplained home internet dropouts with no resolution anywhere, called up the support and even they couldn't do ****. Been having crap internet for the past 4 days and doesn't seem as like there's gonna be a fix. Absolutely shite!

  • db23238 H. (@db23238) reported

    Aaah looks like the optus 5g network is down in my area, ie the "sos only" message...

  • paulevanssydney Paul Evans (@paulevanssydney) reported

    @adambspencer @Optus @Telstra 100%. Has been terrible for 3 weeks

  • BenNicho Ben Nicho (@BenNicho) reported

    @derekvanbraam @Optus We've had no mobile since Sunday in 2283. Still nothing on outage page.

  • Natski82 ✨ Miss Natski ✨ (@Natski82) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @Jane_L_Kennedy @Telstra And of course he believed it, afterall, the people at telstra told him the NBN called. 6 hours they kept him on the phone and ended up costing my dad $19,000. Absolutely ridiculous and when he called telstra, they didn't give a ****. Switched to optus. Safer /3

  • trentthoms Trent Thomson (@trentthoms) reported

    @Telstra I regret switching to @optus to save a few bucks. I had endless trouble. I had separate cases open to activate my SIM, my watch, voicemail and VoLTE. All of the stuff that should just work. Their support was a nightmare and incompetent. They wanted to upsell me constantly.
