    @Optus There's a big old blackspot in Bundoora, between University Hill and the ring road. It's been there months, and it's not my phone (although your support _helpfully_ insisted it was). Can it be fixed please?

    Once again having mobile issues. Last week and all day today. Same for a colleague in mornington whereas I'm north of the city. Not very happy @Optus checking for outages now but seems to be days of outages since last week which is a huge pain

    @Optus what the hell is going on with the internet outage in Brighton??? 4 Days!!! It would be ok if I could get mobile reception to hot spot but unfortunately I’m with Optus so that’s no good either because your coverage at my house is garbage. 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    So apparently Optus are not the bad guys in my story! My kids have not been connecting to wifi so have only been using phone data, meanwhile nearly 600GB is sitting there virtually untouched. Sorry Optus, I am a tripper but I will keep y’all in check still.

    @Optus @jdkingsford is the account holder. Incidentally, he also has issues there - which (plus my multiple devices) should be a pretty huge hint that it's not my device. Is it the account holder who needs to talk to you?

    The ******* nerve of @Optus sending me an offer for unlimited data on 5G knowing full well neither that service or the ******* NBN are available in my area, this after they sent me a bill for wifi totalling $921.34 for one ****** up month. Don’t make out now ya rip off *****.

    @BelongAU @nathan1ittle Yeah it wasn’t available 😢. But I opened up a service ticket after activation. So hoping the ticket can fix it. It’s for my partners service as he moved from Optus to Belong. Also, signup was so quick! Number is already ported, which I didn’t think happened on sundays 👍

    @BorisOsery @gomoau Optus is so bad that in the past week it nearly caused 3 misunderstandings/ fights and at least one accusation of “making it up” re Optus not actually having any real internet. Bastards said they’d fix the next at least 10 years ++ I left in 07 it’s great. 🔋 and actual Signal

    Well done @optus. My current plan is $63 a month and gets me 160gb and unlimited international roaming plus 2gb data. The new plans are $59 for 100gb PLUS $5 a month for roaming with no data. I’ll either stay on my old plan or jump ship elsewhere because the value is bad.

    Livetweeting my attempts to get Optus to answer their ******* phones & fix my account issues. So far today - called 133937. Asked for complaints. Got put through to prepaid. Was transferred to a hold line, which stayed silent for 9 minutes. Consultant then said "hello" & hung up.

    @Jeremy_Kirk @dfat I got a fast track passport days after the Optus breach and it was back within 24 hours. 4.5 hours travel to melb and back twice was the slow part. One of the few times expectation met reality.
