There has been an @optus outage in 3109 for the last THREE DAYS and the only status being reported is "under investigation". Pull your finger out. Maybe also have enough staff on hand during long weekends to at least find out what is actually wrong.

I had my mobile with Telstra but had reception issues at my house as it's an old tower the network uses. They wanted to install an antenna at my cost. I changed to Optus and no problems

@Optus Run a business that has online booking and can't see Jack shit. Security camera can't view on mobile app due to shit internet connection in Reservoir Melbourne. OPTUS has cost me hundreds of dollars today. They will still bill me end of month. I will b taking this further.

@whistl3r @lavosaurus Only guessing here but the venue for the WC is only 20k capacity but Optus stadium is just down the Rd. Probably a bigger factor is the travel. If teams only have 3-4days break then the trip to Perth is gonna be an issue for a finals game.

@Optus Hi. That is normal for Caulfield South. Sometimes I can't even do a speedtest. My colleagues with Optus have the same issue. A few blocks in either direction and it's fine. But this is the centre of Caulfield South.

After ONE month of dealing with @Optus Experts trying to fix an error they committed, I have spent antother hour plus on the chat to finalise the problem. The problem is still there. I have met another 4 Experts from the Optus team that have not been able to deal with the issue.
