@_kimannexo @Optus We tried Optus 5G home broadband, it stopped working and stayed that way for more than two weeks. Poor communication, response and service. We cancelled and moved to an alternative.

Oh dear @FOXTEL_Help, You keep telling me my new apartment in the same building can’t be serviced. All I need is an engineer to connect a wire but forced to follow your internal email process. I mean it’s 2020. No issues with @Optus switch today. Worst customer service ever!

@Optus Which was the difference between cancelling a data sim or downgrading and having no choice. I had planned to have the two mediate after that horrible experience but after such great follow up support id feel guilty tarnishing company and great workers reputation.

@pencilportrait3 @AusUnemployment Amaysim have a $10/mth deal. No contract. 1Gb data, unlimited calls and texts. They use Optus’ network. Was skeptical but I’ve had no issue in my 18mths with them ( 🤞 )
