@ImOneWithTheKop I am not that big a soccer fan so just have Optus, Kayo covers AFL, NRL, Cricket, F1, NFL which are the sports I mostly watch. The constant stream of those things out of Fox/Kayo sucks

Honestly, @Optus basically doing nothing outside of saying they're sorry and offering zero compensation (even the simplest things) to customers they've contacted about being victims of the hack is not surprising at all. Customer service has always been pretty average.

Why would @Optus keep old customer details on file after accounts are closed? Then let you know that @Optus has been a victim of a cyberattack. As a former Optus customer this has resulted in the disclosure of your personal information. Worst Telco in Aus Bad Service No security.

For those wondering IF they were an Optus Customer in the timeframe of this hack - Optus CEO says it dates back to 2017, I can reveal that the data dates back to Thursday, May 25, 2017 - when I believe the customer data was migrated from one server to another.

Class action required for @Optus losing current and former customers personal data. Poor @Optus has been a victim of a cyberattack they tell us. The real victims are the @Optus customers who provided personal details to a terrible 💩company with crap💩service and No security.
