First class customer service from @Optus today. Spoke to an actual person almost immediately and she sorted out a problem (entirely of my own making) in no time at all. Very impressed.

@Optus 5 days no NBN service and always get a reply from a bot that I will be directed to an expert but the “expert” apparently doesn’t know the answer.

So it’s now 3 months since I started my ‘relocation’ with @Optus who keep pointing to @NBN_Australia and vice-versa. We are broadband ready but not recognised. Surely @kbrspace we can do better to help a loyal customer move to a new home. Asking for help and assistance #Moving

Tried to join @Optus for mobile and NBN after they offered some “amazing service” and chasing them now for the switch from my previous provider. Taking 4ever and spoke to 4 different sales reps. Still waiting and I’m already tired of their “amazing” service.Any better to offers?

@Jane_L_Kennedy @Telstra And of course he believed it, afterall, the people at telstra told him the NBN called. 6 hours they kept him on the phone and ended up costing my dad $19,000. Absolutely ridiculous and when he called telstra, they didn't give a ****. Switched to optus. Safer /3

@optus Hi. The Optus app Chat isn’t working, presumably you are being inundated with questions. My question is, I don’t use Optus email, can’t remember the login never mind the password. How will I know if my details have been stolen. When will you let me know?

@Nick56412479 We had contact and support from so many Optus staff who made sure we stayed connected through everything which was crucial at the time. I always said I’d never leave them which puts me in a difficult position

@Optus hey, former customer here. I’ve received 3 texts and emails re the fetch box you wish I return. Yet, I was made aware by Apple, not informed by you via email-text that my data has been stolen. Dream the f on if you think I’m paying for the fetch box or returning it.

@redruby17 @Jeremy_Kirk It’s a terrible position in which to be and it could be anyone else tomorrow. But this was an entirely avoidable situation had Govt & Optus chosen wiser courses of action. Now they seek to sheet home the effects to customers & revictimise them. And that’s not on. #OptusDataBreach

@abcnews Yeh, sure. Where is the evidence to verify the data has been deleted? Data was stolen, can you truly trust a hacker/thief at their word? @Optus still have questions to answer, such as WHOSE DATA HAS BEEN STOLEN. WHAT SUPPORT ARE THEY PROVIDING I have had ZERO contact from optus

FB & Optus both get hacked at the same time. Karl Stefanovic..suggested that our info needed a ‘safer more centralised’ storage point, allowing info to be pulled,in the event of future cyber attacks.Sounds like a centralised Dig ID platform.’Create the problem, give the answer’..
