I need something for my awful 3G/4G cell tower issue where I am mostly getting SOS level signals… I’m right in the middle of an area where three towers don’t overlap. Have to use wifi calling. When the modem goes down every few days (Optus NBN) I go into a comms hole

@phbarratt You must have had terrible Optus cable. I get close to 100 Mbps. I’m in no hurry to switch to NBN delivered via Telstra’s cable.

@NBN_Australia ❌❌ Big crosses 4 u. No internet for 5 weeks; no solution for 5 weeks. A lot of blame & being thrown backwards & 4wards between Optus & you. Family dependent on me having a l/line as on emergency alarm. ❌❌

@Optus I have been trying to use your live chat function through the app all night. I explained the situation twice and both times the “agent” left without resolving anything. My partner has also tried twice to no avail. Terrible customer experience. 🤯

@Telstra That I (and every other Telstra customer at the game) experiences congestion is self evident. My question was why the so-called “premium” network seems to have the worst experience of this. Other networks (@Optus and even @VodafoneAU) are more useable at these events.

There has been an @optus outage in 3109 for the last THREE DAYS and the only status being reported is "under investigation". Pull your finger out. Maybe also have enough staff on hand during long weekends to at least find out what is actually wrong.

Telco does planned maint, doesn't give prior warning, cso says they want to give me credit to make up for lost access via phone, tries to upsell me an $85 no lock in contract plan at 12:54am. I might be disabled @optus but I ain't stupid. Update: they recharged me $20 free.

@Mike_Tuckerman @TheRoarSports I think they need to model themselves on Optus. The lack of game build up prior to the match is poor. A 5 min preview & then the game starting, doesn't get you in the mood to watch a game. All the other tech issues can be worked out, it's the coverage that needs work.

@Optus is just the worst NBN provider. It has taken 5 days and almost 2 hours on hold to cancel my service with them. You really get to see the true side of a service provider when you leave them. Optus is crap.
