@mjrowland68 @BreakfastNews What is Optus actually doing? Are they going to reimburse everyone for the time they have had to take off work to arrange another license, go to the police to report it, contact their bank & Medicare & spending hours on the phone dealing with this crap.

@AngelComrade Expect more scam calls pretending to be from Optus. Their script now has more credibility with claiming hackers have hacked the network. People can easily be fooled now. Hang up and call Optus directly.

@TristanAR_ I've thought about this briefly and I'm not sure the federal government does has the overall capacity or IT expertise to fix Optus or even run Optus to the current standard that Optus do.

@AnnastaciaMP My email address, phone number & home address that I signed with have all changed since I was an @Optus customer but they still breached my DL. How exactly do I get that letter that @TMRQld demands to get my DL number changed?
