Similar to what we went thru here in Sth-East, Qld few weeks ago. The climate has gone bonkers. Still having trouble with NBN. Talking to Optus now. Keeps going down. Awful for those brave SES workers: “It was nothing like I've ever seen, to be honest," Ms Rice said.

So the order that @Optus repeatedly told me they couldn’t cancel during business hours so I could go to a shop that was open to get an in stock phone after they lied to me, has now been cancelled without my permission and with no evidence, according to the person in messenger.
