@Optus 1hr 57 mins. You guys never even booked an NBN appointment and your reps didn't have a clue what to do. Basic part of NBN activation. Ten minute call took two hours. Why? Incompetence.

Just spent 30+ minutes on a support with @Optus to get my email address taken off someone else's mobile account (so I stop getting their account info in my email), to be told I should probably just get a new emal address. NEAT.
