Incredible that Optus is raising the price of its sports offering as its service becomes empirically worse! They are completely shameless, saying they're "thrilled" to charge you more for much less!

@NoShins81 @Optus @NBN_Australia Try Aussie broadband. They have been fantastic for me. Great customer service and no issues with anything (FTTP)! Helped me find the address as our flat was listed wrong and we were connected within minutes. If you go with them, use this referal code to get $50 credit: 7979438.

@EFTM @OptusSport I have three Optus Sport subscriptions included with Fetch, mobile and SubHub, all of which I hardly ever use. I suspect there are more than a few Optus mobile phone subscribers who won't miss Optus Sport as they don't use service.

@izzyyys Yeah not thrilled. Assume as an Optus customer I would qualify for the $7 a month one but if not, and i am expected to jump straight into another $25 a month they have well and truly missed the mark.

@byluficer @OptusSport Yeah same! I stayed with optus for the free sports. Now I’d rather pay for Telstra, get a better signal. The perk of being with optus has gone

@Optus Hi Meg - I don't have optus mobile, so a reduction of my bill would be appreciated. It took you 9 weeks to relocate me and I only had a few days before this outage. Ridiculous really.

@nikivelkoska @TonyPapa7 An Optus customer service rep just hung up on me when I asked them to tell me what the IT issue was with my relocation serivice that they some how can't work out.

@LukePlunkett I'm already planning to dump Optus and go back to really only having Kayo (NRL, AFL, F1, tennis, NBA, the cricket, darts) with Optus, Paramount scrapped and Stan Sport never bought. Golden era feels over, back to high seas.
