@Optus if your team, really care about a customer, they would ring back if phone was cut off be technical issues, obviously not.. @Telstra @Vodafone will be a better choice.

So St Vincent’s phone lines all seem to be down and you can’t contact them? That seems very problematic? I rang them this morning, reception was on break so I rang them half an hour later and suddenly I’ve got Optus telling me the phone line is disconnected???

@misullivan @Optus Apparently you also can no longer pay with direct debit for new plans...unless that account has a card attached to it. Now have to transfer funds from my Bill Account to a Credit Card I never use just to be able to get a new phone plan.

I somehow - SOMEHOW - decided to stay with Optus after the data leak. Probably because they somehow, miraculously, have the better signal for this regional town I live in. Yet it’s been 2 days with no phone reception and… no update as to why this is or when it will be fixed.

@HYP3RSTRIKE At the very least, PayTo SHOULD help fix a lot of these issues but ultimately Optus are not quick to adopt new technology and practices to the point where it's rough for me to say, Telstra and every other carrier is more worthy of your money now which is wild to say.
