@Optus PLEASE HELP ME. I have had four hours in the phone today to get my internet upgraded. I have spoken with ten different people and been transferred ten times. AND THEN THEY CUT OFF MY INTERNET. I wanted an upgrade and they cut it off. Help. Please ring me 0411623980z

@Optus It is normally fine, it has only been a problem this past 4-5 days I know other Optus customers having the same issue in Richmond. Other surrounding suburbs appear fine I work in Richmond so most of my day my phone is useless…if not addressed I will expect compensation

(1) How has @Optus handled the #DataBreach? 1/. #PR advised "radio silence" - less said the better 2/. Send subtle messages out via the Government 3/. Deflect customers with overt phrasing on support calls 4/. Wait until the timing is right to launch the 'positivity campaign'

Optus sure is something.. optus had the old address down in their system for my brother and sis in laws land, couldn't do their address. Asked them to change it and they didn't. So God knows where my new iPhone will turn up to.. thanks Optus 🥴🥴🥴🥴

Is it possible for a telecommunications company to have worse Customer Service than Optus ? If you don't have an Optus App, or use their website...they don't want to deal with you. letters. Emails and phone calls are NOT acceptable 😵💫 Management doesn't care !
