    @Optus PLEASE HELP ME. I have had four hours in the phone today to get my internet upgraded. I have spoken with ten different people and been transferred ten times. AND THEN THEY CUT OFF MY INTERNET. I wanted an upgrade and they cut it off. Help. Please ring me 0411623980z

    @OBBY001 @Hugh_96 @Optus It may have been her way of apologizing but all I heard in the interview was that she was sorry. Which of course could mean anything. The word apology wasn’t in evidence. There’s a thought too that the breach was caused by poor processes at Optus.

    @agarner I had a call last night from someone claiming to be from Optus asking about a service they said I had applied for. I have not applied though I am an Optus customer. I wonder if this is using the stolen data or is just a run of the mill scam?

    @Jarryd_Bridges @patrickkeneally I worked for Optus for over 15 years and just recently contracted for them. They are a shambles compared to what I remember. This would never have happened under POS management and leadership.

    @superhero_ben @Optus Agree. The interview I watched, it was appalling. Still a lack of service and communication from Optus on this major issue. They duck shove it to a piece of A4.

    @strangerous10 very telling that optus protected their hardware <no network infrastructure compromised> than they did their customers property <personal info> either the hackers had the encryption key or optus stored the data unencrypted. reminiscent of the sony hack/s many years ago.

    @Optus Why were you holding onto passport and driver's license information? Never needed to use that info when calling for Optus support?

    @smh How can I be more vigilant when it is a private company that gave my identification to the world? Gladys ruined NSW, now she has ruined Optus! Whatever that woman touches turns to crap… gold standard my arse!

    @ianbfarquhar Optus have long had procedural issues. I left them after they attached someone else's ABN to my account without my knowledge then asked for it as ID..
