    @Optus You guys suspended my service at 6pm, with no explanation why. My bills are up to date. Then you tell me I need to contact you to reactivate, but I’ve now been waiting over an hour to hear from you. Why suspend my service if your not equipped to fix it or even tell me why?

    @1stExecutive @Optus Mate they just cut my service off apparently after sending a letter to me in September advising NBN was coming in January, never got it, but no second letter/email/phone call/SMS… I’ll be working off my Telstra mobile tomorrow, family not so lucky

    @Optus Waited 1.5 hours to talk to customer service only to be told they couldn’t help and they need to connect me to customer service… lol… another more than 1 hour wait expected now, hooray

    Hello @Optus. Not only have you had zero NBN at my place of business for days on end and none in the foreseeable future, but also zero mobile data. Interestingly enough, your text message tells me if there IS an issue to go to a website. Which I can't. Because there's no data.
