    @canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

    Attention @Optus customers. You have every right to be angry. I am quite angry as an ex customer who may have had data compromised. But remember, retail staff are not at fault for this failure. Do not take your anger out on them, they don’t deserve it. #OptusDataBreach

    @MadsMelbourne @Optus Yes I also received this and yes this is an outrageous situation. Your personal information should be removed and not held onto after you are no longer using their service. It’s just another way to sell your information behind your back and now we’re compromised due to their crap

    I like how the Optus thing has gone from "What idiots" to "Holy ****, this is the biggest, worst, data breach in history" in the space of about 12 hours
