@canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

Thanks @Telstra for changing me to this “upfront” mobile plan. You’re now taking the money from me prior to delivering the service, instead of afterwards. Now I have no recourse if your service provides me with problems. Time to take my business to @Optus

Power outage and @optus barely seems to be working for me to hot spot my phone. What a super fun time to be working from home 🤯🤪

@Optus No I’m done messaging and wasting my time from your incompetent team. You can get someone to call me and help me fix the problem because I’m more than happy to change providers seeing your service is lagging in customer service

@Optus tried the old off/on trick, was good for about 3 minutes and now it’s broken, please send help #SOS #brokeninternet

@Optus Why didn't you answer the 5 questions I asked? I don't need you help, just answer the questions. Or would it expose the fact that Optus gives customers' numbers to "trusted partners" and I think, correct me if I'm wrong, and these partners pay Optus money in exchange for numbers.

@meatmatoy Telstra is one of the two major ISPs we have here in Australia (the other being optus). Both of them are pretty ****. I'm with a smaller ISP and things seem to be fine now though.

@valley_llama Biggest customer is also the minority shareholder — need to improve tenancy ratios to effectuate revenue increases if not building out new towers. Plenty of competition coming up with pretty much everyone selling off their towercos (Telstra, TGP, and Optus) plus existing players

Honestly @Optus the irony of asking a customer to refer to digital channels for support when my issue is access, via Optus to digital, wtf
