    @canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

    @SwoopLuke @Optus Ours was so bad in our house that we had to have a boost box to have enough reception to make/receive calls. We ended up changing companies.

    Dear @ParamountPlusAU At 12.53pm a tradesmans radio innocently gave away the Socceroos efforts this morning, thereby breaking my media Blackout while waiting for P+ to upload the replay. IMO the app in its current state is not useful for football fans. Please be like #Optus

    @sackers1 @JamesSaretta We just moved the family away from ALDI mobiles family plan. Service had degraded significantly towards end of last year. Went to Optus’s family plan which is a bit more $$$ but 5G and more data. It gave me the idea to go for a 5G plan at home as we’re about to have cable cut
