    @sorvam1 Optus tried this on me as well. They dont earn commission on an upgrade. I threatened to cancel and go to Vodaphone. They changed their tune very quickly.

    @crgentle @moogzy @Optus Hey Chris feel your pain. Same issue the modem is very latent and the wifi router seems to have completely given up. Hope it sorted out swiftly who knows what happens when we get NBN.

    @crgentle @Optus Ok that is unfortunate but reassuring that I'm not being taken for a ride.......No cancel text for me yet..... I had no ping response this morning and my cable modem was handing back a private IP to my router instead of the usual public IP..... #patience

    Other telcos were able to break out in greenfield developments, but nobody was going back into established suburbs to put in a parallel fibre network to compete with the copper PSTN system. Even Foxtel's cable rollout stopped the instant that Optus announced they were giving up.

    Chasing why Optus still hasn’t removed $1,900 worth of fraudulent int’l calls from my account two months after they said they would. Idiot Optus support operators response “I can see that you made 165 international calls, you should buy a local sim to make calls to that country”

    Let it be known that @Optus is a ******* **** of a company. Cutting us off because we swapped providers after their shite service people found out we are going elsewhere for the NBN
