    @canberraseal @Telstra @Optus But if the customer actively follows up faults, poor service, missing modems etc - silence... or an automated ‘take a number’ response. Same applies when given a 4hr window to be at home for a tech (who are usually very nice BTW). But have an overdue bill... whoa!

    @xOneOfTheFew @Optus Hey, not yet. They have messaged me saying there are numerous devices that are having problems and are looking into it. Hopefully they make a tweet informing people not to sign up if they hope for 1080p streams, and offer compensation for those that already have.

    @Optus Can you stop this? You’re clearly underprovisioning the streams for Liverpool games. I never see this on Stan’s Champions League coverage for example.

    Anyone keeping up with the Optus Sport instagram page? 11/15 of the last Optus sport posts have either been Liverpool related or featured a Liverpool player in the post. Wtf.

    @JonDT96 Or you can have Optus Sport for free if you know anybody who is with Optus for their home/internet/mobile plan. Paramount plus platform will hopefully get better, Optus was also **** when it first started. The rewind feature should be standard. 8.99 is cheap though.

    @Biggestred47 Melbourne aren't really that good though. They're okay, but they were overrated coming into this season. The planets aligned for them last year, and their best performances were in Perth at Optus Stadium. There is a large gap between the best players in their team, and the worst.

    @neilgregan Optus does not show it for free, it is a paid service, it’s just that when they have too many people watching, the authentication server shits the bed and they have to let everyone watch. It happens every time there is huge demand. World Cup is the same

    @Optus Sarah, customers should not have to DM you for a list of supported devices. This should be publicly visible with any media that goes out stating the 1080p support is restricted. Secondly, testing via another internet connection is not a solution, you must understand this.
