@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@Glenn_Wiseman @kayosports Same issue for me Glenn. Turned tv off at wall. Removed and reinstalled app. Logged off and on again. Can’t find how to clear the cache. Does Optus Sports have cricket? Would consider a move to them if so.

@kellazzaro @Raf_Epstein Was bad on the Bellarine too. A whole day without power. You realise how much we depend on it and our phones (Optus barely working, no data and couldn’t even make phone calls without it chopping up. )

@Optus Already checked that, you're claiming the weather has damaged a tower, but the weather issue was 36 hrs ago and we had internet after it had eased. I've DM"d you

@Optus The tests have already been done. My patience is the only thing being tested now. I am not the only person with this issue, I'm just the only person that I know of with enough time on their hands to take a stance and exercise the rights of your customers.

@Optus I've contacted the optus twitter handle several times over the past month regarding the entire network dropping out at peak times. They reassured me twice that they "have no plans to upgrade the network in the next 6 months".
