@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@Optus Optus said 250 customers are affected so far with no ETA to fix. I then get an email stating there is no issue on the network and was advised to contact Apple, they say there is no issue with my phone.

@Optus you were working on a fault in Balgowlah hts yesterday - said it was fixed but internet has been dropping in & out all day - trying to watch the rugby & internet keeps dropping out - any suggestions as service normally ordinary but you are excelling yourselves tonight

@Optus I upgraded from an iPhone 7 to a new iPhone 13 pro hoping I’d get 5G. I can’t even get full bars on 4G. It’s 1 to 2 bars 4G max. I live in Penrith NSW 2750, the 3rd largest CBD in the state & the reception is garbage. Get it together. #nothappyjan

@Optus 2074 down, rebooted everything, NBN box has full lights but Optus Modem says no dice. Same symptoms as the big outage the other week.

@MelissaSweetDr @Optus I'm with Optus and was cut out during a zoom call two weeks ago. No warning of service upgrades in Melbourne. Internet will be sluggish and unreliable until the 17th. Vague offer of compensation when queried.

@Optus @sunw00shoe your network status means nothings. my area has been listed as having issues for over 3 months and it's never been fixed, constant drop outs. @acccgovau needs to investigate you guys. Optus should perma discount all it's customers cause there is issues every few months.
