@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@SamsungMobile what's the go with not supplying an adaptor or even a charging cable with the new S22 ??? Phone worth over $1300 you would think a charger or at least a cable would be supplied, to top it off @Optus with the worst customer service ever experienced when enquiring!

@LesStonehouse @Optus Best of luck mate. Their support is amongst the worst I've ever experienced. They will flat out lie to you to get you off the phone/chat. Told me recently there were no issues in the area but Tech admitted the exchange had literally been hit by lighting and fried routers.

@Optus you guys just hang up on people after being on hold for an hour? Internet has been down all morning and it's easier to get a call with the prime minister than to get through to you guys.
