I've long used Exetel because I have reasonable technical understanding, but lately have moved to Optus for bundle pricing deals on sport content. IMHO, retail internet is a revenue race to the bottom. #Avoid

Jimmy (@The_Panda_Kebab) reported@Optus This is a regular occurrence now and, as I have said before- I give up food or meds as I'm on Centrelink, so waiting to have the money to buy data then not being able to use it, then it expires! So even if you offered me bonus recharge to make up for your ****- would it work?

Elvin (@Elvin_Woofles) reported@crayon_the_bou Advice, make a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman, it's amazing Optus will call you, from Australia and give you a number to call you them back on to. It does cost Optus about $100 every time you lodge, but hey not your time and $
