    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @Optus After my last interaction with a sales hungry “support staff” member I would rather use 2 cans and a piece of string for a communication device than touch Optus again. Won’t give you guys another cent ever again.

    Instead of saying well that could be arranged he was more focused on the upswell. Hey @optus you might train your staff to only concentrate on the sale but how about listening to the customer, dealing with what they are asking and then maybe try and upsell.

    @Optus why is my NBN lagging like a dog going to the vet? Streaming one TV show (no other household usage) is far too much for you? Switch over to 4G just for advertising? This is poor service that has gone on for weeks now. Had enough.
