@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

Seriously, clear ******* skies, four bars of internet, and somehow Optus still can't give me stable service. ******* hate how **** the internet is in Australia. Lived here my whole life and when I actually need it for work, I can't use it.

@Optus I’ll send a DM as this does not need to be public. I did feel the need to use this platform to help draw attention to a process that fundamentally failed a customer though. Will reply to the thread for all later once resolved to confirm the outcome/experience of the DM discussion

Tbh, how is it acceptable that 4G that supposed to work in an emergency doesn’t. The one key thing to allow your customers ability to find out information is critical. Not leaving them in the dark for 8 hours. @Optus

@OwenRask @7amahanti Yikes..Internet is so expensive here..was thinking of changing from $55 mobile with Optus but the reviews for cheaper offers are really bad.. I’m all set up on Optus and use their data at least

If you're with @Optus for your phone or internet - leave. I'm 87 mins into a call with no end in sight. Just leave. They're a terrible company.
