    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @number30five optus pulled the same bullshit with your internet, they also told me my mobile plan is going up $7 or some ****. makes me so angry cause like.. i'm in a contract, i'm not allowed to cancel or leave without fees but they can just change the original agreed contracted price? lol

    I have tried twice this week to set up my friend’s @Optus plan. The staff made us wait for 2.5 hours today, only offering to help as we were leaving. The funny thing is that when I am alone, they’re helpful, but with my friend who’s in a wheelchair and non-verbal? Nup. Not all.
