@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@Wrongly_Excused @Optus gives me the shits , upped price and data last year , got unlimited nbn i never use the phone for data just calls and sms got a computer here in the mancave why would you use you phone

Beware Latest scam. Received text allegedly from Optus requesting I update billing info with a link I knew it was a scam. Rang Optus so they could warn other customers. The Customer Service person didn't take it seriously So I am trying to let people know.

@Optus I received an email increasing my plan cost but it also stated "Bring your partner or family onto your account and you can save 25% on additional plan costs. ,," it omits the fact it cant be a pre-existing Optus number onto your account. Very misleading marketing, pls fix!

@ivaforgotton Optus is just the retailer. They sell the NBN connection to you. NBN infrastructure is the problem.

@GladysB So how do you explain my end of contract costs going up when every marketing theory favours retention over acquisition of customers and Optus’ costs to serve me are going down ….. unless it is to fund expensive acquisition in pursuit of market share ?
