  @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

  Hey paul...Labor promised they'd get to the bottom of the optus outage.. Any idea why they walked away from the problem and allowed it to happen again.

  @strangebaaza @RjeyTech Well, I beg to differ. My previous fold 4, S22 ultra, fold 6, the current fold 7 and s26 ultra all had or have green line screen issues while my iPhone 12 pro, iPhone 14 pro max and 16 pro max still going strong, no issues whatsoever. All cost pretty much the same but Samsung quality is subpar, and service is shite. I still ordered the fold 8 as currently it is available for $0 via Optus Harvey Norman Australia. Bet you, it will also likely have this screen issue. No matter what Samsung does, somehow manages to create overpriced paperweights.

  @iisancs @Optus every two months? mine stops every Two hours, WTF @Optus im tired of this ****, one week will be ok, then next, every two hours it just stops working for for 10 minutes then start again, and its the neighbours having the same issue it s not just me, Dort ya **** out.

  Here in Australia we’ve got the semi-annual hand wringing over cellular carriers and emergency calls - is it time to ditch SS7 for VoIP/SIP and switch from single operator SIM from Telstra/Optus to multi-operator SIM like SimBase or ThingsMobile?

  @Bigly20 @Caitlen2310 The Guardian asks why hasn't the government acted on regulations since the Optus outage last year? I ask what did the Coalition do about regulations after the Telstra outages in 2016 & 2018? What private discussions and/or guarantees did they obtain from Telstra after those events? In 2018 Triple Zero calls dropped out across 5 states for 10 hours. If it were so simple why didn't the Coalition insist on Telstra installing back up systems? Maybe we need a Royal Commission (joke).

  @PGJohnson77 @Adrian_Arciuli @FIFAWorldCup Adelaide Oval and Optus are fine because AO is narrow and Optus has raised seats. Agree that the MCG is a very poor viewing experience.
