    I've now had 3 days without service & possibly looking at another 3-5 business days. As a business customer who relies on their phone number for business, this is catastrophic @Optus

  • CJ23588 Caedan James (@CJ23588) reported

    @Optus @michaelpearson2 I'm experiencing the same issue

  • elee_bella Ella Lee (@elee_bella) reported

    @Cyclify Yup, and unfortunately I’m probably going to be forced to give my business to the dreaded Telstra, because Optus confirmed that my reception is poor in this apartment, and that I haven’t got the option to get ADSL or NBN, because it’s already maxed out in my building. Huh?👀🤨😑

  • elee_bella Ella Lee (@elee_bella) reported

    @Cyclify The only reason Telstra give a **** is that they cover more area and use this to justify gauging their customers. When you’re in an area with reasonable reception, Optus provides much better value for money. They will also offer you more for less if you tell them you’ve leaving.
