@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@ktdenise @AFL Unfortunately my opinion wont count as i pay $4,500 for my ticket which includes a sit down meal every game unlimited drinks, snacks at half time and after the game and VIP parking at Optus stadium. the rules & poor umpires however i agree with you!

Massive own goal by @Optus for the $6.99 @OptusSport surcharge to us “highly valued” customers. Apart from EPL the other leagues/comps really don’t interest me. Would make more sense to offer tiered access to choose only we want to watch e.g EPL & so not charge extra! Sucks!!!

@Optus @SUNNYSH32450486 Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @Multihackassist by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.
