    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @Tezamondo nah voda is heaps good now. they used to be kinda bad but they invested heavily in their network. I'd say better than optus. not as good as telstra in rural but not bad even

    @Optus But it seems not. Hence, I am writing here and I will be sending a copy of this to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) before posting it on all possible social media platforms till this issue gets resolved.

    @Optus I have been contemplating writing a formal complaint to the OPTUS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS team till date thinking that the gazillion customer service team members that I spoke to and that I texted via the Optus app would ACTUALLY be able to help settle and find this issue.

    @Optus Thanks for the reply jack. That’s a massive inconvenience 😔 nearly 2 weeks without service. Hopefully those 2 weeks won’t be on my bill

    experiencing slow internet & frequent drop outs on @NBN_Australia connection with @Optus. Optus rep tells me “that's an unknown Network issue with the NBN FTTC connection in NSW affecting all the customers connected”. Neither optus or nbn have outage on their network status page

    @ALeague_Villa Seeing as tho, @danielricciardo is sponsored by Optus, and that Foxtel will so lose the rights to simulcast the sky sports UK coverage of Formula One, wouldn't be surprised to see Optus turn it down

    @TlMRAN Ye we were going to go with Telstra bit their customer service and setup time was terrible so we went with Optus 5G instead
