  @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

  @VinceRugari Been an @Optus customer for 20+ years. My current contract is up & I've been flirting with the idea of changing to Telstra after Optus failed to bid for the A-League, plus their crap phone reception. The new @OptusSport streaming charges has made my decision easier. Bye Optus!

  @OptusSport So if Optus sport is included in my phone contract and and it goes for another 2 years, by the sounds of it I’d still have to pay for it. Effectively it makes the fixed contract void and you guys need to get in touch via writing and offer cancellation of service.

  @OptusSport I joined Optus last month due to the free EPL package. Seems ridiculous that you’re getting customers to now pay for the exact same service.. I’d understand if you won the champions league contract back. Another greedy increase when inflation is already hurting people.

  @OptusSport I already pay over $100 a month with my phone and plan deal. Not only are you already extremely expensive your service and cell coverage is woeful on the Mornington peninsula. This will be my last plan with Optus. Absolute joke that you would increase prices at this time. 😒

  Am I the only one who seriously doesn't give a crap about Optus changing their prices? If you want to watch the Prem, there's always a way to do it without paying ridiculous amounts of money.
