    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @Jeanett78434655 @AlexBallhausen Emergency calls require at least *one* mobile network to have signal. Doesn't matter which one (so if you have an Optus phone, and you get a Telstra signal it will work). No networks at all, nothing to connect to.

    15 days and still waiting for @NBN_Australia internet to be restored. @Optus offering phone data but that doesn't fix the problem. How much longer Optus?

    Update. I just spent 15 minutes on hold and they hung up on me. @Optus ******* great stuff there ay mate. The least Australian, Australian service I can name.

    @shivjam @Optus For context I have a preorder bonus and they're trying to get me to create an account so that the code to redeem will automatically be sent to me. I had to break it down real slow that I can't do that because I already have an account with that email. This is just stupidity.

    @Optus hi team, I’ve got missed call service activated but voicemails aren’t being sent to my phone via sms. I get a text to dial 321 / voicemail. any ideas? thanks
