    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @miriamcosic Yeah we went with Optus. They're fine. Telstra's the other; more expensive, but better speeds allegedly, and hopefully better service. Basically, Optus and Telstra (and Vodafone) have the most towers, hardware, etc. And sell that on to other retailers.

    @Optus hey Optus, have we got a problem??? Is your phone network down…. I haven’t been able to make calls for like 2 days now? After 2020/2021 like I don’t need this.. 🙃

    @Optus I understand it is a necessary reality but maintenance can span for a week while you offer no alternative service while the one being paid for is rendered useless is not really okay.

    @Optus Yes, the network status map says there's a fault. I'm suggesting that someone fixes it

    @Optus doing maintenance to your network while not offering an interim option for nearly a week while wfh is such a large thing in current times is pretty unacceptable, appreciate the sub $20 bill waiver ill get for possibly not being able to work for a week though, outstanding👍🏻

    @steelite @Optus Yeah I have same issues even their tec support are not much help and only suggest lame stuff like restart it.
