    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    What ********, I just realised that I paid full price for movie tickets the past weekend when I have accounts with both Telstra and Optus so I could’ve gotten cheaper tickets with Hoyts or Village 🙃🙃🙃

    and she doesn’t have an email address or a phone number to register one and can’t register the phone or email without the other - and then she only has one name so can’t accept it without a surname - and Optus is of no help - need to go to a store - she’s in a refuge dammit!

    @Optus Having very slow pings in the Penrith area. The outage page says nothing. I've done the off/on and factory reset and it's the same. Is there a known issue?

    @lee_birdy @Optus What’s going on is they seem in no hurry to fix dire level of service instead they send you links telling you what you already know.

    @MartynDerg @Scorptec Nightmare alright. Rejoice! I use an MVNO that utilises the Optus network, every day there is "work" on the nearest tower and my 4G is often worse than manually switching to 3G, it's a friggin joke. The only upside is they're dirt cheap and I get massive data.

    @sungsslut i was 10 or 11. it was a free flip phone optus gave my dad (who then gave it to me) because he was a “loyal customer” dhdhd

    Just used the My Message customer service at Optus... remember when a human being answered your call? Now it’s a robot who sends you in decreasing circles as it doesn’t know the answer to your question and then... no way to leave a message or get a call back... absolute sh*t

    @Optus So it’s interesting that you haven’t reached out on DM to find out more. Inadequate customer service and utter failing. The local MP has been engaged and I think the ombudsman should be brought in too. #optusfail
