    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @pengyy_ Bro I use Optus as well but when I use wifi to play cod it’s rlly bad (80-100ms like every game) compared to when I use data which I get around 30-40ms

    @OMGTheMess I must be getting too old for all of this. Never known such intrusion and interference in our lives. Shame some of these companies can't get back to being customer service instututions. I spend way too much time doing everything myself. Now we have the Optus debacle. No care!

    @optus and the hack. Two invalid codes for the Equifax offer (paid it myself in the end). In their iOS app, the chat feature doesn't work with my @disconnectme VPN active. Obviously scraping/tracking more of my personal data to lose... Hours wasted. #optusfail

    @mjrowland68 @David_Speers @InsidersABC And yet the ENTIRE media have been yammering about “ broken promises” “possible changes to stage 3 tax cuts” for 2 weeks. JUST STOP 🛑 Do you realise you are all have been tricked into repeating LNP talking points? To detract from the very LNP embroiled Optus data disaster?

    @Optus So to recap, they sent me an SMS on the day they fixed ONE of the issues, telling me it had been fixed 8 days ago (it hadn’t) and that the case is now closed because I didn’t respond in time. Remember however, the actual issue is about nunber sharing which… is still broken.
