  @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

  @AnikaWells @Optus @acccgovau Verification emails with codes are taking 1–3 hours to reach Optusnet users’ inboxes, making them useless since most codes expire in 5–30 minutes. A search online shows plenty of people describing this issue. Result: locked out of accounts.

  @billdogan Hey Bill, it's not good to hear you're experiencing different internet speeds on your devices. When it comes to reception, Optus is constantly upgrading our network to provide better coverage. However, multiple factors can affect this, such as your hardware capabilities, software update, the building materials used in your home, and other signal blocking objects in your area. I have also checked your address from our end, and it looks like we haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area.   @PeteUK7 @virginmedia When my husband died @Optus (Australian telco) harassed me for about two years about his bill and phone. Years. Told them over and over and over that he was dead. It was awful.

Women are not held to account, both sides of house. Look to "profoundly corrupt" Bin Chicken; slides across to Optus, never prosecuted.
