@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

Finally, (🤞🏻) after almost 10 months, 26 people, 4 case managers, 67 pieces of communication, & a TIO complaint, @Optus has resolved an error on their end. I’m going to write a story soon, so people know how bad this company is. Who said Australian customer service was dead?

@Telstra @victornorthhead @Optus Now if only staff reached out with answers on how to turn off voicemail? As telling me to go to the website and app doesn't help especially when the website and app is useless

Someone need to shake up the @optus and @Telstra. Poor management, inability to provide quality services. At the price Australians pay for the services. @elonmusk you can make a fortune in Australia by bringing in your own telco to compete with these two networks.
