@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@AVFC_Bailey i think if you have the internet of optus your an eligible optus customer but if you have vodafone for example instead of optus for internet but have optus to watch premier league you need to pay extra I think

@ElliottRichard1 10+ year customer spend $400 per month on phones, internet etc. Charge me for Optus Sport and I’m moving everything.

@OptusSport So if Optus sport is included in my phone contract and and it goes for another 2 years, by the sounds of it I’d still have to pay for it. Effectively it makes the fixed contract void and you guys need to get in touch via writing and offer cancellation of service.

@EFTM @trevorlong @OptusSport As an Optus customer $7 isn’t too bad I suppose. Not sure I’d pay $24 though just for EPL mainly!! They’ve done a great job with their coverage tbf. Wonder if u could cancel subscription during the off season? 🤔
