    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @Optus It's interesting that since you "upgraded" the network in St Leonards/Crows Nest area, that my mobile internet speeds and connection have actually gotten worse and started dropping out more often. You do know that upgrade is meant to improve and not worsen service, right?

    @Optus So it’s interesting that you haven’t reached out on DM to find out more. Inadequate customer service and utter failing. The local MP has been engaged and I think the ombudsman should be brought in too. #optusfail

    @Optus nbn has been out all day in the parramatta area. Is there a known issue? Makes it pretty hard to work from home.
