@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

Recently Optus raised everyone's NBN prices and lowered speeds and now mine and every other Optus customer has had their data stolen and we are told to have a "Team Australia" approach to it. On behalf of everyone I say Get ****** Optus you ******* *****.

@virgotweet Had similar problems. At the end of the day, after much obfuscation and humbugging, I got onto to management. NBN mostly uses sub contractors who are used like Gig workers, the infrastructure is stuffed and there is little communication between Optus n NBN.

@R_Chirgwin How do we as customers protect ourselves from data breaches of corporations? When I contact Optus support I could be talking to anyone across s/e Asia who all have access to my personal data. BTW I haven't yet been contacted by Optus re the breach.
