  @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

When it comes to reception, Optus is constantly upgrading our network to provide better coverage. However, multiple factors can affect this, such as your hardware capabilities, software update, the building materials used in your home, and other signal blocking objects in your area. I have also checked your address from our end, and it looks like we haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area.   @Optus hey it's been 8 weeks and you haven't fixed the towers for home internet 5g I have been complaining and you guys say it's being fixed but it's taking forever I can't play video games online my connection drops in and out it's treble fix it Mornington

  @Optus NOT happy about the $% increase to my wirelss internet. It is only barely acceptable in terms of speed and reliability, the fuss about replacing a defective USB cable etc. Improve service then raise prices! NOT HAPPY!

  @MattM_78 @optus_help Will be interesting to see what they can offer. I got nothing the last time and when I was wanting to upgrade my phone was told I couldn’t have a cheaper plan as it was only for new customers. I’ve left and gone elsewhere. Just waiting to activate my new SIM so I can cancel Optus

  @FPLBeggzySC @Scobey__ @j1trey Oh yeah for sure, I would never suggest a player could take Dale's roller-coaster spot from him. Just that Jordy can sometimes go missing after a quarter or two, but more often than not he delivers. Also goes bananas at Optus, and has 9 more games there this year.

  Thank you to the NBN/Optus for restoring my internet connection at full speed. For the past 2 months it was working at woeful speeds. I was initially told it was a problem at my end 3 times but it seems the complaining from my end caused action for them to investigate and fix.
