  @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

  @aamir_ibrahim01 @JensenHuang Australia switched off its 3G network in 2024 and Jazz IR roaming stopped working in Australia. Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive standard replies, to no avail. Please liaise Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.

  @William35386289 Hi William, sorry to hear about your Apple iPhone and banking issue with your service provider - Amaysim. While Amaysim does operate on the Optus network, they are a separate provider to us. For any assistance with regard to reconnecting your service or account related enquiries you'll need to contact them directly to proceed - Kartik

  @blu_boys @Optus We had to call the call centre to clarify the new plans. It was an appallingly bad experience. Now.... the 5 of us are considering what we do.

  @QBCCIntegrity Australians are now being subjected to more and more data breaches. I have friends with Optus and Energex who are at a loss as to what to do. Bank details, card details, DOB. Banks cancel your cards in times of dispute. Direct debits are affected. Constant crimes against us all.

  @blu_boys @Optus My email provider put their cost up by 50%. I submitted a complaint to the Ombudsman and Consumer Protection. Best they could suggest is to change providers. Have they even tried changing an email address?
