@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

hi @optus we have been waiting for a week for the wifi to be fixed in our area - got your 'fix' email on Friday, but it has not been fixed! drops in and out constantly so can't use any video or streaming for work. Your website is down too - can you update us at 2800 NSW please?

@Optus @danielricciardo 4 YEARS it has been since Optus was made aware of my account issue. Constantly ignored, lied to, treated like a fool and kept on a diet of broken promises. Being forced to stay on plans I don't want with a broken phone and subsequently being overcharged - OPTUS living the dream.

@Optus NBN in 2117 been down since 8.30pm. Yr online chat agent last night did not respond after waiting for 1.5 hrs, I gave up. 2day call centre says all systems down, so can't help me. Really optus?!
