    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @sind3lla @TelenorNorge Sounds like the Aussie version of Optus. You find out 6mths later, after you got a new modem cause yours was "out of date" that actually they had some network errors, so you never needed a new plan and a new mode. 🚫 Internet got cocky in the pandemic, the shits.

    @Optus @OptusStadium @BBL yeah, i logged feedback with the stadium. got a laughably bad template reply. but at least it was prompt. They'll have simply closed the ticket off in Freshdesk having paste/replied. No chance of anyone who can actually do anything seeing feedback.

    SHAME ON YOU @Transperth! Tried catching a bus to go to Optus Stadium for the cricket but drivers kept on turning me down as their buses are full! SORT YOUR ACT OUT YOU LOT! I’ve had to call a taxi to go to the stadium BECAUSE OF YOUR UNRELIABLE SERVICE!

    I got another message & email from Optus about the📱 debt I have. I still have the 9k plus credit card debt that I can’t pay. I’m sick of being in debt. The problem is our debts exceed our centrelink incomes.

    @Optus hi, I have internet with you, and ever since I joined you I've had Optus Sport for nearly 5 years, why is it suddenly saying I have to subscribe from $15/month? It's never had that before until now???

    Has @OptusSport changed their login subscription. Been using it for years log in no problem . Last night it asked me to pay 24 bucks a month . Being an Optus customer doesn’t enable me to have Optus sport anymore ?
