    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @OdinsToenail @kcarruthers Isn't that infuriating?! If it has been misused you may never even find out about it OR may find out once something illegal has surfaced - then you have the joy of proving it wasn't you AND getting a new license - and Optus will skip away scott free

    Optus were careless with millions of Australians' data and they send their "warm regards". I hope you get fined into the sun for this blatent breach of privacy due to poor dev ops.

    @CommBank Why not inform @Optus @kbrspace that this might be a good thing to do, especially in light of the recent data breach for a significant number of Customer’s personal details

    I left #Optus late last year after they couldn’t give me decent service. Now I receive an email informing me that due to the #OptusHack my personal information has been compromised. Wtf? How long do they keep it? Rubbish company
