@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

Optus NBN outage since early this morning. No further updates from Optus since I received a text at Noon (ref 23359746). Not sure how long it’s going to take. How about more regular updates, Optus? 🤔😳

@samywamy10 @Optus Yes, VoLTE uses SIP. But again, you're talking about very small amounts of data here; tracking that down would be very hard.

Was supposed to work a bar shift for Human Nature concert at Kings Park tonight but had to cancel late to work a FMG function at Optus Stadium as part of my JobKeeper. Back at Optus tomorrow for Christmas Markets Weekend 2.

@Optus its now been over 24 hours and internet has been >1mbps. Optus technical said it was NBN network issue affecting thousands. Keep getting messages saying your service is back online (still slow). Response time on chat and twitter 20-30mins min. I ring and left on hold 40min

@Optus I'm told by Optus I cannot be compensated while issues are ongoing. How convenient!!! I don't know how many more times I need to say this: ISSUES ARE PERMANENT AND ONGOING FOR LAST 6 MONTHS+

@stephendean Hi Stephen, endless data was just launched yesterday 11/12/20 and customers need to opt for the endless data option via the Optus app itself by navigating into Service > Extra > Manage Data. Kartik
