@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@Ballyurra It's not only copper that has that issue. My Optus Home 5G has dropped down to lower-end DSL speeds repeatedly during the big wet.

She couldn't stay with you Optus due to high cost prepaid and post-paid charges and poor reception in her area. She shouldn't be punished or inconvenienced for wanting to transition to a reliable and affordable service.

@Ryan_stephens57 @perthnow He did. I am not partisan on this issue, Barnett was right. Indeed he got Perth Stadium built. (I will never call it Optus stadium, we payed for it.) The greatest stadium in the world. Lets get this free range zoo going. The best climate and geography in the world for it.

@lavosaurus Makes sense to shop around as the Alternative is to pay an extra $11/month for the same service ($4 increase + Optus Sport $7 charge). I'm in the same boat; except I'm not on a contact.
