  @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

  @AshConnell Well Telstra and Optus both had system network failures, and they cant even take responsibility for it

  @JordanTHFCFFC Freo is in trouble anyway. They need Brisbane in the 1/4 game so they can beat them at Optus. If they play anywhere else Brisbanes big game players will win it so they need to hope someone can knock the lions off

  @Optus @itsallTag So I don’t get I got 5G on my phone when the test came through even though that there is currently an outouge on my closest network tower and I am only receiving 1 bar of 4G because of the outage of that area tower so it doesn’t make sense to me towers also need to be fixed irl

  The same ppl who are praising the Gold Coast Suns for getting Scott Pendlebury were praising them for getting Christian Petracca. Two years ago Touk Miller, Noah Anderson & Matt Rowell led them to a finals win over Fremantle at Optus Cohesion fail 101 x 2?

  @Zaica71 Hi there, as mentioned by my colleague, this is a built-in safety feature within the phone. Based on the notification, it seems that the change is not permanent and will unblock all numbers for a 2-hour period to ensure that you are reachable by emergency services.   @MichaelRuyg yep, when they built the NBN fixed wireless tower, that carries optus and vodafone as well, it had a backup generator. then the tower got "upgraded" with 6 months of regular outages and then next power outage we discovered the backup generator and the ability to call 000 was gone

  @blu_boys @Optus We had to call the call centre to clarify the new plans. It was an appallingly bad experience. Now.... the 5 of us are considering what we do.
