@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

I hear everyone complain about Optus Sport prices just switch to Optus as your network. Telstra, Optus same thing tbh so just switch and save $100s of dollars

The @OptusSport app has become a joke. Paid service and they cut literally into the middle of play with ad breaks. Watched last 20 minutes of #ARSCRY and it had a 90sec ad break at 73rd min, 30sec break at 79th min and 90sec break at 83rd min. Painful. #Optus #PremierLeague

@OptusSport So, let me get this straight, you are now charging me for Optus Sport, for Fitness features I don't want or use, AND when watching full replays I get 2 minute ads at random intervals during play? This is outrageously terrible from you guys!

Trying to move my phone service from Optus to Telstra. Should be easy except Optus keeps trying to find reasons not to allow the port out. After more than 20 mins messaging them I’m still waiting for the to actually do what I want. Just let me go already. #OverIt
