@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@RonniSalt @Telstra For about 10 tears I’ve had consistent good customer service from iiNet, even after they were taken over by TPG. If they are busy they call me back instead of leaving me on hold. I just wish they hadn’t moved their mobile service from Optus to vodaphone’s pissweak coverage.

@Derek_Porter86 @Optus No. Went to bed and woke up when my watch asked if I wanted to hotspot to my phone instead of being on wifi. We haven’t touched anything until I power cycled this morning once the internet was down.

@Derek_Porter86 @NinAnnunaki @Optus I checked the NBN modem, have 4 solid lights, logged into router, you are right, not connecting to get an IP address... hope Optus sort this out quickly, their website is down too

@Optus hi we have had no internet via nbn here in newcastle for 12 hours and your optus website is also not working so cant contact you via that. Working from home and year 12 student need internet access pretty urgently, so need to know what’s happening. thanks
