    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @Optus fix your network in Alexandria NSW. It’s honestly appalling I can’t make phone calls or I receive notifications 30-40mins after they have been delivered

    @Optus We were also told we would be getting 4G backup for this modem/service if we were unable to connect, what’s the status with that?

    @Optus In the end it boils down to misleading info given to me on the 2/11/2020, resulting in confusion. The amount on my bill is correct and I understand why now, but I was led to believe something different initially.

    @Optus Update: soon after I sent that email a lovely lady called Rebecca from Customer Resolutions called me. And although the has no new info, I now have an actual human dealing with this rather than faceless Chat operators. 🤞
