  @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

  The Government monopoly, NBN Co sells substandard Internet to Telstra, Optus and TPG. The Government organisation, the ACCC then sues the Telco's for selling a substandard Internet service that was sold to them by the Government. Hypocrisy!

  @7NewsAustralia Optus call centre is out of Australia, most the time it could take up to 6 hours on the phone to get help, they did fix the line back over a year ago, but it's getting slow again, and we paying much more then we should for the speed we get! maybe I can make a claim!

  @arnottchris @stuartrobertmp @AlboMP Even homeless while trying to househunt with everything online, applications, enquiries, browsing, on telstra prepaid mobile Internet because optus hspda had terrible signal was only $100 per 100GB I still only spent half that.

  @Optus I’ve spent over an hour now on your chat trying to work out why our NBN is constantly dropping out/running deathly slow. So far they have confirmed my address, I have been told to run a speed test and describe interval dropouts. Going in circles. Over an hour!Ridiculous

  @aekmuldoon 2/2We can now also offer better data prices and more flexibility with mid month plan changes. not 100% ideal for all as some areas are better covered with optus or telstra but we made a "better off overall" choice and hopefully the network expands to cover you better soon! -Meg

  @polymerreaction Sorry to hear that getting a reasonable internet service is still a struggle. there. I lived in Australia for 2 years, and I remember the joys of the few months during which I had fast internet at home. Getting an Optus dongle was the best investment I made then.
