    @albericie @Optus Good luck! Feel your pain. Left the big telcos a few years back. With a smaller isp now - much happier with the customer service

    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    @Optus have “technical errors” if you are trying to get technical help with NBN. That’s what I was told when transferred to NBN tech help desk, after another ridiculous amount of phone time.

    I received a text message purported to be from Optus today saying they were having trouble delivering my bill and could I provide my email. As the bill has already been received at the correct address, I regard this as a con & advise everyone to be aware there’s some sort of scam

    @Murdr__ I was with mate communicate for 3 years, completely Australian service with Aussie support people, only ever had to call them to disconnect/reconnect service to a new property. Only reason I switched was bc my partner works for optus so I pay **** all for internet now

    @CassCoastRegion @Optus @TelstraBcast the mobile phone reception at Kennedy, Carruchan and Ellebeck is very choppy. Nigh on impossible to use sometimes. Is it possible to fix it? Because phone is still the cheapest option compared to wifi/nbn. Thanks for your time
