@Optus doesn't protect your data, they lock you in contracts, they don't pay for your passports in an event of #cyberattack, they abandon their customers. I would rather trust a pigeon over @Optus as my service provider of communication #OptusHack #OptusDataBreach

There has been no offer of this prior to 4 days of trying to speak to someone at Optus. Shouldn’t this be standard now #OptusHack #OptusDataBreach

I'm a past Optus customer & someone phoning me from Optus for my details to find my account I hung up. For my own protection I'm changing my licence & passport numbers. And a govt website states to get a police report but the police said they can't do it. Bloody nightmare

@StGeorgeBank Each time I have to call St George wait at least ten minutes and ask for the secure code to be turned off for 24 hours. Very unsafe particularly as I'm an Optus customer. Why not either use an authenticator or email for the secure code!
