    @Optus Or maybe an email address of someone at optus in the tech department that might be interested in exploring the issue or explaining, I find the chat help is very generic and not able to go in depth with any issues, normally a complicated issue is set aside to a later date anyway

    So I rang Optus because they have completely stuffed up my account. At 7.30 Eastern they said closes at 8pm but no one answering in technical support so best you call again tomorrow he said Great service #optus

    @strongarmtan @WACA_Cricket @MarkMcGowanMP The biggest thing that sucks is all the casual staff that work at places like Optus Stadium, RAC Arena, WACA etc wont have any work until approximately March 2021 when AFL starts again.

    our NBN connection has been nothing but problematic since it was installed. keep getting drop outs during meetings and disconnections while trying to work . really bad service from @NBN_Australia @Optus Optus said they were following up but havent heard anythign for 2 wks

    @optus HUGE MASSIVE THANK YOU for being the provider that got our NBN installed in less than 2 weeks. No text messages back and forth for 6 weeks just amazing service! @Telstra you need to take a leaf out of their book 6 weeks of bullshit vs 2 weeks and NBN installed #yesoptus
