    @Optus It’s like this everyday. The service in the area is terrible and has been for a long time. Many other Optus users in this area tell me the same.

    @lizsydneycomms Same for Optus, Daily Telegraph, Canterbury Bankstown Council (but the want to put our rates up), NAB they’re all the same. Customer service ZILCH.

    Time to leave @optus. Way too many prepaid mobile issues over the last couple of months. Can’t recharge. No VOLTE. Can’t use the internet while on a call as it drops to 3G. It’s 2021 come on #optus what are you doing!!

    Funny how Optus was "sorry there's nothing they could do to help" until I mentioned Australian Consumer Affairs! Suddenly they were able to give me a replacement phone to keep while they send my phone to be fixed, and credit my account $200! Crazy how that works!

    Any chance you guys at @Optus can get it together and get one of those phone towers up in Greenvale? The service here is crap. Can’t actually use my phone unless connected to wifi. Hello @Telstra
