    @ju1ez @Optus Same, I’ve had constant issues with Optus and NBA League Pass. At least it has been working for the past couple of seasons.

    @Optus Your Optus app is down (says under maintenance) which means I cannot activate international roaming. It has been hours and without network I cannot call support. Chat is not working or at least no one is responding. Never had such issue while I was with @Telstra.

    @Optus @mlabbate75 Hey, plenty of issues with Optus today. Some domains are not even responding. NSW 2017 massive DNS issues.

    @CarringBush2010 @Optus Hi @CarringBush2010 , in December 2020, the ACMA registered rules that require telcos to detect, trace and block scam calls. We are now working with industry to help prevent SMS scams from reaching Australians. 1/2

    Honestly, really considering disconnecting my @optus services if this complaint isn't taken seriously. Why staff argue and make up utterly lies to you on the phone is just absolutely horrible customer service ever!!

    As an @Optus customer would I rather want access to reduced movie ticket prices as a valid add or Optus SubHub? No Brainer..... I don't need or want subhub - Value proposition failure.
