    Day 5 without proper service from @Optus and @circleslifeAU in Epping NSW. Lost cause complaining at this point of time. Being fair #Optus did have usable WiFi for a few hours yesterday evening but back to sub 1mbps now. Been on SOS mode with Circles all the while. #Optusoutage

    @Optus after 40 minutes on hold, your automated phone attendant told me your technical support dept is experiencing technical problems and then ended the call...

    Companies like @Telstra, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, banks, etc etc wouldn't have to fake a apology, if they investigate and fix up the issues that their own customers reported many times over years like the usual poor #CustomerService.

    Is this just me? NBN sign up... @tpg sent the modem to the wrong address & then tried to activate the account 2 weeks before agreed - so cancelled @Optus assured us the modem would arrive Tuesday (as we're moving) - looks like 23rd now. So will cancel this too. @Telstra next??

    @Optus Optus has worst customer service of all majors. Optus doesn't give a toss about you as soon as you sign a contract. Longer you stay with them the worse they treat you. I've been with Optus since 1982. I have the right to comment. Optus DON'T CARE.

    @debbieschipp @lee_birdy @Optus Zetland’s residents are still complaining the service issue, you guys just keep tweeting the same message again and again but doing nothing! Keep bluffing that your team is working on this one!

    Who else is quite serious about the change to Optus over Telstra? Firstly there service is crap, now non existent. Luckily I personally don’t have a 16 year old at boarding school that I couldn’t contact. Pathetic
