    @vdhphuc Your service is not exclusively 5G, Philip. Your Optus service includes access to the Optus network, made up of 3G, 4G and 5G. When available you will get 5G but at this stage it is not available everywhere, and such a case you will connect to 4G/3G - Aron

    @Optus After a month of nightmare reception, waiting for work to be complete on Towers....The service been pretty damn good since fixing ... Getting 5G alot too... Much better than b4 work started also

    @Optus what the hell is going on with internet coverage in Dickson ACT. Our internet has been barely working for the last 24 hours, not acceptable. We are paying for a service that doesn’t exist.

    @Optus I was with Telstra and Vodaphone before. I have never got a two bars of signal at home on a 4G SIM. What would be your solution? Or I will vote by my feet!

    @Optus Even if it is over, which all pics are these days. It would just compress it to send. In this day and age it's pretty ridiculous that it's an issue really.

    @kitsonk @Optus My wife & I have Telstra broadband in Adelaide. The wifi router Telstra supplied also has mobile phone tower backup (4G?) for when nbn goes down. They also provided 4hr battery UPS to power wifi router & mobile mode link during mains outage. Ask Telstra if they can supply same 4u
