    @_Michelangelo__ @Optus My god service is woeful. Five calls to the automated voice system trying any different option, all ended with them hanging up. Then i tried the app and messaging. They got back to me four hours later at 2am. What shite service. Am going to switch. Do not go optus!!!!

    @erstkate You can also get on to Telstra sales and tell them youre moving to Optus. Dealing with Sales can be better than Customer (cough) Service

    @Optus - CASE ID 100307922 - 1/2 - MY MUM’s OPTUS LANDLINE & NBN connection have been UNAVAILABLE since WED 3 MARCH. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE HAS ALSO BEEN NEXT TO NO MOBILE COVERAGE in KAMBAH WEST, ACT, 2902 since APR. 2008!!! My MUM has MAJOR HEALTH ISSUES & LIVES ON HER OWN

    @MelanieTait I am with Amaysim $30 and that comes with 55GB of data. It's on the optus network. Belong is on the Telstra network and pretty competitive I think Aldi is also on the Telstra network as well

    @MelanieTait Never changes. $80 through Optus. Mucho data ,and includes phone.

    @JennyEjlak @MelanieTait Yes us too. Aldi $35pm no lock in contact with good data allowance which rolls unused data over. We made the switch last year from Optus which was always $90-$100pm. Telstra network a bonus.
