@don_key56 @Optus My first mobile phone was with Optus. They signed me up to spam texts and charged me $6.60 to receive them. My credit was gone as soon as I topped up. Tried it again down here to find it wouldn't work down here and again they signed me up to receive spam texts and charged me

@Optus lol at those steps, especially number 6. Does logging a fault go in the WON'T FIX backlog or do they actually get actioned? No doubt it would be resolved with COULD NOT REPRODUCE anyway…

@CourtneyLee_33 @Optus I switched 10 or so years ago had 5 modems in 3months off Testra cancelled everything sent me a final bill around $800 after i wrote to Ombudsman final bill $0.00 haven't really had to many issues with Optus and always prepared to give $credit when things go wrong

@Optus its pretty poor that the remaining prepaid allowance of data given under the MyVideoSelectedApps data is wiped when you recharge- I get that it does not rollover - but if you recharge before midnight of the expiry of the plan, it is wrong that what was left is forfeited.👎

New phone, @Optus. Don’t have in stock. Tell me it will take a few days. Doesn’t arrive. StarTrack says never left depot then, can’t do anything without Optus. Optus starts query then no contact. A lot of back and forth. We get a bill for new phone. DON’T EVEN HAVE MY NEW PHONE.
