@kbrspace To activate an esim for my current postpaid service is a fking nightmare! Called customer service at 12:34pm filled in all security form. The agent said all done just go to check @Optus app after 15 mins to activate the esim card. It’s 13:00pm now, Optus app is showing nothing!

@Optus The worst service I have ever experienced in my life was at the Optus Kawana shopping world. Both staff members don’t have a clue as to what is happening and couldn’t care either. I have just moved my entire family account to Vodafone because they are prepared to help me.

Bit the bullet. Tried 2 different providers - Telstra the cheapest and worst coverage. Optus dearest but almost 0 dropouts. Try playing poker online you bet and win but missed whether they folded or u hit the flush! Optus buying whole year at once is cheaper than Telstra
