@Optus no nbn connection in postcode 2076. Outages page states that you have no outages, yet down detector and Twitter users in this postcode have stated otherwise. Please investigate this matter as it is totally unacceptable to provide an unreliable top dollar service.

@RonniSalt @Telstra Because of poor customer service, I was also forced to contact ombudsman for Telstra and Optus. I will never, ever use them again. Would rather use a pigeon for my corresponding.
