@zootv93 @Optus This should be well inside the box. Just trying to cancel after getting the run around. Too many parts are disconnected in the system. And funny how you have extra long wait times when wanting to cancel as apprised to the faster response times when trying to connect. Horrendous

I’d spend literally hours parked in the driveway after I got home scrolling through my phone like a pos. But @Optus has gotten really bad that even memes don’t load anymore so I have to get out faster so I can connect to the wifi. One of these days I’ll be motivated to switch.

Oh @optus a new low on your customer service Tried 3 times to reach your retention office Soo I can talk about an issue im having and have been on hold for 20 mins × 3 so an hour between 3 calls .... Not a great look And was told oh try later .. Mustn't want my account...
