    @kbrspace please please make it a priority for you to sort out client experience @Optus its really a shambles. Poor #CustomerExperience never a good experience dealing with optus support. Issue after issue sending a DM does nothing either. I hope someone takes the #client serious

    @Optus I've contacted the optus twitter handle several times over the past month regarding the entire network dropping out at peak times. They reassured me twice that they "have no plans to upgrade the network in the next 6 months".
