Hey @Optus You mistakenly blocked my wife’s phone, wouldn’t talk to her about it because you only allow one account holder (me), spent two days denying the problem only to have an Apple technician tell you that you had caused the problem.

I have openly criticised @Optus on their poor customer offering but today I decided that all Telco in Australia is a joke. The consumer is at ransom. My partner wants to txt the @sunriseon7 cash cow competition but @Telstra charge $20 a month for access to send premium SMS.

@Sachk0 Oh come on, don't be so naive Sacha. Talksport is the equivalent of SEN out here, which laughs in the face of football any chance it gets & barely gives it the amount of time that the newspapers do, which is scant anyway. Even Optus Sport's Twitter spouts crap about things...(1)
