@MickLynch_Age Hi Mick. I had precisely the same problem last night - Sony Bravia working fine for TV and Foxtel, but not 'seeing' my Optus wifi which was working perfectly on other devices. Rang the Sony 1300 this morning: simply do a hard restart by pressing on/off button on remote > 5 secs

@Jessee0923 Yeh I’d prefer Optus but doesn’t sound like they’re interested. So putting all my eggs in the Stan basket. But nobody can be as bad as Fox. Completely dropped the ball after all the lay offs and budget cuts.

@Optus That’s alright, mate. What isn’t is getting ads that last longer than a minute which I can’t skip. It ruins the viewing experience. Maybe a 15 second ad at the start is fine, a minute in the middle of the video is terrible.

@BaconSupanova Check out the smaller providers that piggy back off of the telstra network and see if you can get a better deal? I think Boost mobile is one. I've recently switched to Moose which runs on the Optus network and am saving about $50/m
