    @Optus @RunnerSA18 @Optus I've just discovered (via complaint) the notification sent to me wasn't correct; fields of data that were compromised (eg street address & phone) were left out of my list. Australians need to know even those email details may be incorrect. What will you do about this?

    @KodaJamesCurtis @Optus Their contact centre is the absolute pits even at the best of times. Rude, uninformed and understaffed. But then I guess @Optus chose to go with the budget model. I’ve given up with them - will try to get to a shop instead.

    Today I finally got somebody on chat who was willing to help, but in the end they said that it could only be fixed if I visited an Optus store. Of course my reply (which I had already stated) was I live overseas. The reply was to do it when I next visit Australia #OptusDataBreach

    @NewtonMark @Optus Hi Mark, up until March 2022 the webpage featured information relating to the rules for verifying identity of purchasers, which vary depending on the method of payment and number of mobile services activated in the customer’s name. 1/2

    @Optus why is it so difficult for me to cancel my internet service? Have been trying since 4 pm yesterday to arrange the cancellation via the Chat in the App, as recommended whilst on hold!! Where they say that the Chat will get you a response without delay!! Yeah, right!!

    For the past month, I have been receiving SMS's from Optus for another person's account with details. I'm not an Optus customer. I live overseas but have an AUS mobile number. #OptusDataBreach

    @manypossai @Optus This is all because the LNP ran the visa dept into the ground , then turn around and say look how bad this dept is going if it was in private hands we wouldnt have this problem . FFS thats what they tried with Aus Post till Christene Holgate turned the PO around .

    A week of frustration with very poor customer support from @Optus (no surprises), @alintaenergy and @RexAirlines. Do better you bastards.
