@Optus @FairtradeAU I have been chasing Optus billing team from last 4 weeks for my refund of $105. Every time they process it and the other day I receive a message that refund is refused. PEN_01546786 is the reference number for my case. Really frustrated with the service.

@Optus Your Auto-Bill feature is utterly broken. Every and any link to try to make it work results in broken URL. Optus customers agree this is a common issue. You are a tech company at heart. This is unacceptable. Some would argue negligence. You should fix this ASAP. Thanks.

@tiredandstrong In Perth, to see the Freo vs WC AFLW practice match at Optus Stadium, you had to buy a full-price ticket to the Freo vs WC Derby, which I didn't want to watch or support. So I just didn't go. The AFL don't have any clue what people want.

I even as much of a Blind Freddie I am just watching highlights,with how things r with Optus Sport here in Western Australia know we haven't been good in midfield.They're just not what we need we need cm to be fit and unlock defences tbf
