And I don’t care if I seem pissy or petty. I am pissy. And $15/mth is not petty in my household. @optus absolutely forcing contact via chat or web self-service, where there’s no access to what is obviously a standard offer. It’s dishonest.

@Optus Yea thanks im not the only one with optus here thats having issues When i try n call and someone answers the no smoking symbol replaces the reception bar and hangs the call up But i can still go on net and sms Just cant call or receive calls

Thanks NBN, @TurnbullMalcolm, Optus, Telstra for the absolutely crap internet. Non-existent at night. (Meanwhile neither @NBN_Australia nor @iinet have got the satellite working (but it's a crap option anyway) – sad that that's the laughable excuse for NBN.

@Optus @Optus I am incredibly disappointed in a 3 month unsolved issue which you have created. After my employer not telling you to port my number, you still did and you set up a personal account without my approval. I have an oustanding bill you cannot work out if you will cover (1/2)

@Optus I understand you are upgrading radio antennas/base stations for 5G, but you have removed low frequency bandwidth in the Haymarket NSW area for >1 week now (i.e. phone calls are unstable and data is slow). Do you have an expected date of completion?
