    @Optus Hey George, just went through the process of cancelling a service through the chat app. Second service I've cancelled this year where the same question of transferring the service to another person is asked... Kinda just curious what the success rate of that is?

    $50billion bungled on @NBN_Australia and I'm sitting here in inner Sydney since mid March with no date for nbn outage to be fixed and @Optus wanting me to upgrade my nbn plan....which doesn't work to get a hybrid modem with 4G backup. #AusPol2022

    @Optus Watching City and Liverpool, pressed pause. Tried to go back to the game and it took 15min. Lost its place despite the “resume” feature. Had to start again. I changed over to Optus and the connection is terrible. Please figure it out if you are are going to charge people money.

    I've been using it for 4 months, but I've been suspended 2 times for unknown reasons and no paid balance. The staff couldn't help me. So I lost more than 1 week of usage. @Optus

    @Optus I've reported this before without much success. My phone usually detects them as spam. If I call back the number it says this number does not support callbacks, is this a usual sign of spam callers?
