@Optus Just tried to set-up a prepaid eSIM. Chose new number, then entered credit card info then entered passport info for authentication. Authentication failed but you’ve already taken the $30! Have no login info to sort this out. And you’ll prob take another $30 in a month.

@Optus why did I wait 8hrs for customer service to answer my chat in the app...only to be told to visit a store. I am only asking how to cancel our NBN. So your customer service staff now can't actually provide customer service

@7NewsAustralia @Optus Wake up Australia. NSW Service and Centrelink have all had multiple cyber security breaches in the last 2 years. The same places that refuse cash purchases. This is no accident. Go digital free!

@Optus We are not getting messages to our mobile while overseas. Your online services are not rendering the login screen to access our account while overseas. All your support lines are toll-free numbers in Australia which we cannot dial from overseas. HELP! #Optus #Support

@fanCRTCProfling Every telecoms and privacy regulator in every country should be reviewing the processes and practices of mobile operators to determine the degree to which they fail to adequately safeguard against SIM jacking .. data breaches (e.g.Optus) weaken safeguards
