@Optus is there a problem alongside Blacktown atm? I'd be fine going and getting 110mbps and then suddenly dropping to a slow speed of 500kbps for a few hours before suddenly returning back for a few moments. I'm trying to see if its my router that's shite cos I can't figure why

@Optus Again, we've had no internet since yesterday. Call centre not answering. Can't speak to anyone about why, and for how much longer? Understand these things happen, but your customer service is appalling. After decades, it's time to switch service.
