Someone need to shake up the @optus and @Telstra. Poor management, inability to provide quality services. At the price Australians pay for the services. @elonmusk you can make a fortune in Australia by bringing in your own telco to compete with these two networks.

AND ON #FerchTV we had the Optus variant on ethernet and even tried the mini (returned it wifi awful) our TV signal then became too degraded and didn’t want to spend $250 plus TV Technician got prove it so ended just used it as catchup and steaming. Now FireStk & AppleTv

My local Big Issue guy in Subiaco,is an Essendon supporter. He was very excited today because ex-Eagle and 7 sports reporter @adrianbarich had given him tickets to tonight’s game at Optus, @WestCoastEagles and @bombers.

@Optus In the past 2 days Optus has texted me to say they are putting a requested refund of $436.44 onto my credit card. I made no such request. This looks like they are closing my phone/internet account after decades with them. Help!
