@ClareONeilMP The responsibility for this breach rests with a number of parties. All must change their behaviour. Optus is the most visible offender, but multiple organisations, regulators, governments, and service providers failed to create an environment which protected these customers.

@danitreweek @shaw_davidm Tbh, I would spend some time lobbying Optus to pay the ~$1 million ransom. Hackers are very, very likely to delete the data they have stolen once a ransom is paid, as otherwise they'll never get paid again. Tbh I'd the random is paid your problems end.

@VicRoads @VicGovDoT It makes sense to get in the front food and reissue new licence numbers to Victoria’s who’s licenses have been caught up In this optus breach. It will be terrible to wait and have someone impacted when it could be avoided. Don’t understand what their is to understand as you say?
