DamagedByDan (@DamagedByDan) reported@Optus 2 bars of 4G usually means satisfactory receiving which neither my wife or I achieved. I don’t complain about speed on 1 bar. Download speed was so slow it did not support normal FB. Upload did not exist for text emails. That is unsatisfactory.

No mobile data, internet, can't send or receive mms texts. 4 hours 3 Optus humans couldn't help Friday night. They lodged a case. Ask a few more questions. Day 5 no resolution yet. Last month my home internet was down all day.. l had to ring Optus from a payphone as l couldnt get a signal at home.. 15km from Melb..! Couldn’t ring to check my mum, had to drive there.. her land line was out due to internet out also!

ACCAN (@ACCAN_AU) reportedAnother #TripleZero failure has been reported. @newscomauHQ reported a nationwide Optus #outage yesterday where calls to 000 did not connect. Australians should not have to accept “intermittent issues” as normal. We need enforceable reliability standards and better regulation.

Kevin Chen (@Defiantclient2) reported@antti_engineer @Telstra Signal strength is logarithmic. An additional 3 dBm can be a big difference. @Optus, a partner of Starlink, is claiming that the -115 dBm level is essentially unusable. And there are live measurements where Starlink hovers slightly above and below that number. Also, just look at the measurement in your own app there. The -112 dBm is about bordering going dark red and your own app describes -112 dBm as "Poor".
