@IFM_Economist same thing happened with mine, I'm with Optus went from $70 to $75 (unlimited) a few months ago. TLS has always had premium pricing, hope the service (internet & customer) is ok

@Optus is there a contact number that can put me directly with someone from the financial support team? I’ve been waiting for 30mins now to be connected with someone online and if I call, there’s no option for me to chat to anyone. Horrible.
