    Optus don't ever huge rip off there main game is fooling people into paying off over-priced devices with tagged on way overpriced internet costs. Have had two hours/day internet now until 3rd August is a crap rubbish service. Say maintenance for faster internet it was working 👹

    Trying to transfer my service to @Optus. Spent 4 hours messaging on Wednesday. Last might lost my service from the old provider and spent 90 minutes with Optus this morning swapped between 3 people and having to give the same details three things. No phone which is costing me $.

    @Optus Trying my patience once again. Why is everything so difficult! Go in an Optus shop, no you have to ring a number. Ring the number, takes 90 mins for the most basic tasks! What utter incompetence. #Optusfailing Use Telstra instead no one is this bad!!!!!! #PoorMobile

    @Optus in the last few months it appears you guys have launched 900mhz 4G in the area around RedEdge Centre Toowoomba and is shocking, data speeds slower than 3G and stuff failing to load, it is so bad when my phone prioritises Band 8 I lock my phone back to 3G

    Hey #Optus, not a regular tweeter but your concept of customer service is flawed. Introduce a new identity system with emails sent to an unknown address. Staff which either face the brunt or more bothered in using their own phone. Now waiting for a new box. Poor,poor,poor...
