currently on the phone to @Optus and they have really thrown their staff in the deep end. this poor dude has no idea how to deal with this situation, it's disgusting (and not his fault, btw)

@Optus Dear Optus - You hiked my mobile phone plan by $4, gave me nothing extra and will not budge on it. You are now losing $300 per month business due to your intractability and utterly useless offshore customer service. NOW is when you should be working on customer retention!

My drivers licence was exposed during the @Optus security **** up, I only found out today... I pre-emptively applied for a new licence before Optus even bothered to reach out to me... I still think all bills should be waived until the situation is resolved. They can afford it.
