    Yes? More like NO! Just clicked over the 1 hour mark on a call to @Optus to sort out a fairly straightforward issue with my mobile account. @Optus used to have great customer service but seems no longer

    Morrison won't resign until he gets a job elsewhere; trouble is, he'd proven himself untrustworthy & unemployable. At this point, not even Optus would consider taking him on. At best, he can hope to run a criminal cartel based in the Cayman's. #auspol

    is there a worse mobile phone company than #Optus , customer support that is unhelpful and hangs up , and a website that is buggy and takes you round in circles to end up back where you started , angry and frustrated

    @blocka00 Optus can't have any complaints with ppl looking for illegal streams when they dish up shite like this, end of. Shambles of a service. Every other streaming service I've used runs without a glitch in my current place that has FTTP.

    @Optus Yes I did. I can only connect to T-Mobile 2G network (Edge). NO Data. I should be able to connect to AT&T but that does not work. I get a message try again later. I tried latter no luck.

    @OptusSport 720p max quality lol. Someone remind Optus we're in the year 2022. What a joke of a streaming service.

    @Optus Optus pause. They encourage you to "pause your internet" to spend time with family etc. Brag it's free, but don't tell you they'll still charge you. Essentially it's a con so they can charge you for something you actively "pause". Likely because they're network is so bad.
