    Just had the worst customer experience in my life from @Optus It took 2+ hours of dealing with barely legible Indians passing me from department to department. The worst was the โ€˜Tech Supportโ€™ woman who didnโ€™t even know what 5G+ was and had to look it up on the website.

    @eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.

    @DeadSlugg @Aussie_BB ๐Ÿซ  from Telstra to Optus to internode to iinet to Aussie bb but honestly youโ€™re probably right if the donโ€™t get their stuff together. It always starts the same, then you see the customer service start to deteriorate, then the service. Who are you with now?

    @SulloReport Moving it from Brisbane would kill it. Thereโ€™s **** all around Optus stadium, Adelaide is boring, Sydney wonโ€™t turn up. The only option is Brisbane and Suncorp. Never been but can only imagine the buzz Caxton street has over the weekend.

    @matt__nicholls @freocrood @chris_willo I haven't been to either so purely off tv, optus layout looks and feels **** in comparison to subi. Let perth people sit in the sun on wooden benches if it improves my tv experience imo
