    Most recent @optus update:Someone (new guy) ran me on the phone yday about 'my' prepaid phone that wasn't working. I was confused. He said it had to have been set up in a store with photo ID. I was even more confused because this has never happened. Now I'm worried about IDfraud.

    @blowanarteryy @Optus Our net has been great my issue is there bullshit excuses when issues happen it turns into the generic. Check our website for updates generic answers. Its infuriating

    . @Optus fix ur net been on constant 300 ping all day and it’s been dropping out. Been hotspotting but have no data left

    @Optus Says there's no issues when I do an address lookup, but the speed which I get here says otherwise

    @D3C3P7AKONZ @Optus Thats so ****, I remember some of the net issues I had in Japan, like when it wored it was good, but sometimes it would tank to 1mbps on speed test or less and it was annyoing af. So much worse when the company won't help
