    @Optus Hi Jono, checked the outage site you suggested and it’s saying no outages in our area! But we have no internet! Both boxes just keep flashing!

    @ssharwood @NBN_Australia Hmmm, I get Optus notifications about NBN maintenance v. often, have never actually experienced any noticeable change let alone an outage. Granted many are overnight, & none of this is a strong predictor for what ur TLS/NBN experience will be.. But I'll be interested!

    @Optus We already called ur support page like 50 times and every time u just say to reset it. Never helps. It’s just bad, and we pay for the top thing as well

    @Optus I'm not frustrated with interruptions. You always announce work but our signal has never improved over the last 2 years and data speed is still slow too... you have not improved any optus signals in paddington
