@Optus I've spent nearly 4 hours on the ph this week and untold hours in the past month trying to sort out the problems YOU caused. I'll not be giving you 1 second of my time to send the details to a dm. I'm changing my service provider to Telstra. Your service is reprehensible.

@Optus argh... been on the phone for an hour and a half trying to sort out a bill for 5G service that you should have cancelled. Honestly the customer service is TERRIBLE

@maxrushden @TheRealBozza Oh goody It’s not like Kayo ,Binge, Netflix , Disney , Amazon Prime , Optus Sport already costs a fortune now we have to subscribe to another service for one competition .
