    I was an Optus customer up until 2019 I think and I haven’t heard from them at all, so I’m unclear whether my data is involved or not. I’m feeling for the 10K people whose personal data has been released online. This is a huge huge mess and Optus needs to get its **** together

    I was an @optus customer in 2018/2019 but have not received an email about the data leak. How am I to trust them that my data wasn't leaked ? I hope it makes its way into @haveibeenpwned

    @alsotheabyss @LaurenBeldi I felt the same about filling out those forms even before the Optus incident. It really wasn’t very clear how they used the information, how they stored it and where, who had access to it, and how long they keep it.

    I received my #OptusHack email last wk. Ironically I rang @Optus a month ago to disconnect due to overcharging & poor customer "service". SO glad I took the $15 monthly bribe to STAY! Talk about bad timing AND a guy in #Optus Customer Retention who deserves a medal (more so NOW!)

    @BecL87 @Optus Worst in the world I reckon! I mean I’ve used some of the ones in the US and they’ve got it all over Optus! The sooner they’re gone the better!

    @couriermail You can go tell the @optus chief executive officer that hell yes we do see them as the villain. They left the door wide open for anyone to access this information and as a customer who has had their information completely compromised I’m furious. #OptusHack
