@tbn97 @Optus @Telstra After 22 days of wait and no update, today the cust rep just said “do you want to cancel this and order something else” It’s like a joke! To be honest had no issues with Telstra at all!

Optus straight up the worst telecommunication company I’ve had the displeasure of being with. I’m going to have to pay just under $300 to pay out my iPhone that is worth $150 so I can leave my godforsaken plan. I’ve been holding in this rant for months!!

@Optus So you're staying your start-up fee is huge?? Maybe you should charge a little less, like no start-up fee. Have you thought about that? You know just charge people for the actual service rather than stealing a bit of money up front...
