    @dresdendoll @Optus Loyal customer means nothing. I’ve been with optus since 1999 I think and they don’t give a **** about that

    Hey @Optus! Your IVR sucks. I need to talk to a person about my account and there is no possible way to do that? Someone is attempting to change my account i.e. they’ve got my details from your leak. What do I have to do to get someone on the end of a communications channel?!

    @Narty007 Very likely Medibank, like Optus had poor API exposed object design using customer IDs which are often sequential. Very easy to hack.

    @Optus cellular internet is so bad right now it’s almost unusable. What’s worse is you can’t bother calling anyone, because you know it’ll be a two hour wait to talk to someone from India.

    @holmesianlove @Optus trouble is she’s been physically in an optus store twice now and each time just gets reassured all her settings and her phone are fine. clearly not fine.

    @holmesianlove @Optus here’s the thing- i’ve given them plenty of money over the years, even still paid for my australian accounts and mobile while i’ve been overseas. i’m a loyal customer, but the moment there’s a spot of trouble there’s nobody to help.

    After telling the optus chat line that my house had burned down and that I had tried repeatedly to get the nbn cancelled (which I am still paying for), she asked me, and I kid you not, if I had tried turning it off and turning it back on again. I…I don’t know how to answer.
