See, the problem is my fault. Because I’ve been with @Optus for 20 years, I'm treated like crap. I should churn every few weeks like everyone else and I’d probably have implants by now.

@optus @3AW693 @abcmelbourne 1/ So apparently wife got a call yesterday claiming to be from Optus. They asked about speed tests and if she was happy, she was a hood customer and always paid on time. Mum replied yeah sometimes speed is slow and freezing. #Optushack

Hi @Telstra just had the worse experience in your store today. Currently paying for services I’m not using & need two new phones. What is your customer relations number? I’d swap to Optus if we didn’t need rural service. How do I get serviced???

Ooooo, while I was annoyed tweeting at @Optus the connection came back! The issue still remains, loyalty isn’t rewarded and it’s just new customers that are treated with any kind of deference. Should find me a new provider.

@Rileythedude Not all games would be played at Optus. Realistically you'd see some be played at Joondalup, some at the WACA and a couple down at random WAFL grounds
