@Optus There are issues. It’s not working. I’m already in my way to work. I’ve already tried the chat support with no success.

  • Teh_Jkr essi (@Teh_Jkr) reported

Optus: “here’s 150gb of extra data because you’ve been with us forever (and we lost your data shhhhh) Also Optus: “sorry, website is down, app is down, nothing is working, change your password, you can’t change your password.”

  • Krozbolt Michael Bath (@Krozbolt) reported

@XBLbanished @Optus this seems to be configuration issue which is triggering the Oppo lock. Until this is fixed, you can use your sim in another phone and if you need to use your Oppo phone without network access, you can hard reset the device with the sim removed in flight mode to regain access.

@PaulFletcherMP @SkyNewsAust You don't like hard work do you Fletcher? How do we know that? , your record of incompetence in regard to Optus and as a member of the LNP. This makes up for the times you bludgers put down the tools and closed Parliament to avoid hard questions being put to PM Walter Mitty

@david_obrien Hi there, David. Mobile connection on trains sometimes varies in that your mobile connectivity is moving at such a speed that by the time it attempts to connect to an Optus service tower, it is moved in another direction to another tower - Jim (1/2)

@Optus I have had an atrocious experience in getting a new phone & have now advised I will be billed over $1300 for a cancellation of a service that was misrepresented to me and told could be and was changed without issue. How do I talk to someone to without using chat?

  • LunaB65353431 LunaB (@LunaB65353431) reported

@Optus any idea when your customers in Paddington/Bardon/Milton Qld will get phone and internet use back? Outage for over 24hours is not acceptable!

  • DonOfTheDeadMk7 Don (@DonOfTheDeadMk7) reported

@andymac5415 @Optus LIAR! If the internet was **** you couldn't tweet at them to moan like a big woman.

  • Olfella 💉💉💉💉😷 (@Olfella) reported

@3wombats I am with Amaysim (optus) with bring my own phone for $10month unlimited and 4gb data (which I hardly ever use and it has rolled over to 59gb available). Pennytell has similar plans with Telstra network so lots of choice re plans out there now you own your phone.

  • JohnBirmingham John Birmingham (@JohnBirmingham) reported

I owe @Optus an apology. Turns out it was my @NBN_Australia modem which was garbage.
