@Optus No matter. Telstra 5g is a ripper. My company used Optus exclusively until 5g. You losing business down here left right and centre.

@Optus Already contacted Customer Care and they said it looks fine to them :) but your games specialist didn't know the difference between lag and packet loss, so not sure what I expected!

@yaakov_h Outgoing SSL isn't available with Optus Net, apologies. Happy to forward the feedback to the Optusnet product team although this does not necessarily mean there will be an forthcoming improvement I'm afraid. It's just a basic e-mail product with limited support. Sarah

@johnsy123aus I flicked the NBN earlier this year. Went to Optus 5G wireless. No more outrages, no more waiting weeks to have a problem fixed.

I have a problem with my ISP - @Optus. They’ve asked me to call back in “between 15 minutes and 4 hours” when the problem should be fixed. So you mean after 4 hours? No, “it’ll be fixed between 15 minutes and 4 hours”. So it’s safer for me to call back after 4 hours? “Yes.” FMD!

Hey @Aussie_BB can you switch back your mobile service provider back to Telstra? Optus coverage is crap and keeps dropping calls! 😡😡😡
