    Guess what. No @Optus callback when I was promised one. That's twice in two weeks. Honestly? I'm just awaiting the callback to terminate all contracts. That's not just me. That's the seven other businesses whose mobile, data and landlines I co-ordinate.

    @Geordioca @rashastolitsa21 It's mad. This Optus app has classic premier league games, internationals and s fee other countries games. Can't fault it. Was horrible at the start but they got their **** together.

    @Optus Hi, any chance you'll be improving reception between gosford and central for us commuters? Before switching from Vodafone, I used to be able to stream lectures whilst travelling. Now I barely get a signal and forget about zoom or any streaming.

    @Aerohaveno I’ve found I have had better communication with big companies like Qantas, Virgin and Telstra via Twitter. You tweet an issue with their handle and then they invite you to discuss with DM. BankWest and Optus to website chat well.

    @Optus Tried restarting phone, resetting network settings, cleaning the sim contacts. Still taking ages to get a text sent and over 10 minutes to send an image. iMessage working fine, message programs over the net no problems.
