    the order. I ask why can't they just send the phone I ordered? They can't. Policy etc etc 9 I'm told I have to order all over again. Hey, @Telstra. Are you suggesting I order with @Optus or @VodafoneAU ???? Terrible experience. 3/3

    @Optus @TimYeatman @MichaelSmyth_ Is there anything else we can help with? The only issue at hand js mms not being received by non Optus carriers. Many Optus customers are complaining about the same issue of Mms not receiving by non Optus mobiles. This is the issue at hand.

    @Optus Your website seems to be down. (as well as your service status page) Trying to recover/set up an old Optusnet email address (gone ~10 years), not sure which team to talk to.

    @optus login: After 5 attempts, you will be locked out. Me: *logging in for the first time* Optus: Your account is now locked due to too many unsuccessful attempts to log in. No wonder I hate Optus with an absolute passion.

    @DrNg88 This was OPTUS, and it said it would try to help me and pass me on to a human expert if it could not.
