@FootyonNine @Channel9 You get a positive test and all those close contacts to that person are now ineligible to enter! Bad idea and smacks of Victorian desperation! Optus is open I believe, just quietly.

  • paul_grealish Paul Grealish (@paul_grealish) reported

@ClyveRose @Telstra I'm told Aussie Broadband lives up to the hype. I'm with Optus and haven't had any issues in forever.

The constant message I've received from each @Optus expert is that this is outside their expertise but the NEXT person would definitely solve the issue. In the end, turns out they were all incapable and now I have to call in tomorrow. (3/5)

  • Kjayne_ Kayla (@Kjayne_) reported

Work starts at 4 and goes till midnight. @Optus - hahah no. Internet down from 1:30. Welp looks like I’m not getting paid for today

  • nadimcsharbean Nadim C Sharbean (@nadimcsharbean) reported

@Optus Jono, don't sell me this. I've been trying to chat through the issue in your app for the past TWO HOURS! No one is responding.

  • scott_mckissack Scott McKissack (@scott_mckissack) reported

It is now 35 days and counting without the NBN. NBN are blaming storms on the 9th-10th June, Optus have an increasingly angry customer who is paying for a service they can’t use. Neither can say what the fault is or when they plan to fix it.

  • blimeyoriley7 andy riley (@blimeyoriley7) reported

@Optus without home internet for 48 hours & have been speaking with support “experts” throughout… only now they tell me the area has an outage which is likely to go on until 4th august!? Surely this severe an issue is something you proactively reach out to your customers about!?

  • the_outraged Beowulf (Him, He, That bloke, You mean *******) (@the_outraged) reported

@Optus Seems to have quietened down last 15 minutes (fingers crossed) Bloody scammers. Been getting 5 calls a day from 'Amazon' or Ebay or NBN... fun and games...

  • the_outraged Beowulf (Him, He, That bloke, You mean *******) (@the_outraged) reported

@Optus That's great - how do i stop this from happening time & time again on your network? Reporting it won't stop this from happening will it.
