    @Optus If only you did believe in the importance of connection #Optus I’ve spent last 4 days trying to connect with you so you could fix a problem you caused. Hours on the ph, misleading and wrong information. Deceitful behaviour by Optus reps. Will be cancelling. Stay clear

    @Optus wtf is going in with your nbn service in Sydney northern beaches. Every f*cking morning it’s either slow as hell or just not working at all. EVERY DAY. Don’t tell me it’s nbn other people who have nbn with other providers are fine. I am so sick of this fix your ****!

    @TonyBrain2 @Optus Yep. Am one more phone call, then one hail mary to the Telecom Industry Ombudsman away from doing just that. In-store tried but couldn't help.

    @JordanTHFCFFC @PGFC_1035 @tom_mc_c I guess the question is, how many of those people who started to support the glory for that final at optus, have come to a single game since? Considering our attendance rates have declined dramatically, I’m guessing not many if any.

    @Optus I found that when I flicked my network to everything but 5g, I could use data, it is only when trying to connect to 5g. Also, When I first messaged with lat. & long. of the cell why could your team not see there were no recorded issues in the area & have started toubleshooting?

    @Optus It is really hard to check network status when I am out and about trying to use data that isn't working... Just sayin' You know you could be proactive and if there is an outage on data on a cell site or a region, telling people on that cell about it via text

    @Optus Right, so I’ve tried again from a different handset on factory settings. Still doesn’t work. Handset tests fine. My area says there’s an issue with a tower but I tried from 3 other areas up to 20km away, still didn’t work. All other contacts send and receive fine. One doesn’t.
