Clare O’Neil had planned to go to the AFL grand final. She cancelled, issuing a generic good luck tweet, as she worked on the Optus problem. Dutton complained that “O’Neil has basically been missing in action on this issue,” & “found time to tweet about football” - P Hartcher.

@Martin_Sanna @AlboMP @Optus Disgraceful. I’m working on a letter I’ll send to every company I’ve ever shared ID info with retracting permission to retain my info and asking them to destroy it. If I’m still a customer and it makes the relationship untenable, we part ways. Just need a lawyer to check it over

@Optus Who gives crap abt new iphone, I'm paying U for a service i cant even use. This is ridiculous i have had no service since 24th Sept 2022 u promised it would be fixed on 30th Sept at 2000hrs YOU LIED. I won't be paying my bill.
