@haimonas @drajm I've been lucky as I consistently get 110/15 on a 100/20 plan on HFC. I had heard that some of the HFC networks acquired by the nbn was in pretty crap condition (mainly Optus ones?), which caused a bunch of issues. but fair sure our one was a Telstra one initially.

Is this a local street/suburb thing, or a broader city-/network-wide issue. Should we expect resolution today (or not)?

@lasquetimeryl @Optus We are with Telstra and don’t have any issues. We have NBN fibre to the home. With Vodafone for a few months and they were terrible so we switched back to Telstra.

@Optus Sorry George that isnt close to food enough. Disruptions are fine, SOS for a week is deplorable. Im raising a complaint withe the TO. Mum needs medical support and we cant be driving all over town to call Drs!

@Optus I’ve got an assignment due Monday, and I haven’t been able to do any research thanks to the outage. Any chance we can get some sort of discount on our next bill?
