Optus has me blocked but how can they actually think that a) blocking customers is okay and b) not having a working text message service is okay? I haven't been receiving text messages ALL WEEK. This needs to be resolved.

got sick of optus and their bullshit of not helping me with our wifi not working since we moved on march 4th so i just ordered a telstra modem and will be cancelling my optus service when it arrives

I have to say the @Optus #5G product is abysmal.. even in central CBR. Severe disruptions for weeks, no apology, only patronising texts "good news - we're upgrading" 😵 Why am I still being charged for a product that doesn't work? Affected customers deserve a refund!

Went with Optus instead. Connected a few days after I signed up to a plan vs Telstra that disconnected me before the date in the contract and never got around to connecting me up in the new house. Have had no problems either.

@KeenoPaul Thanks heaps Paul. Very weird. I can access on laptop via phone (Telstra) hotspot, but not on laptop using @Optus NBN. There's 3 sites I can't see via Optus - all hosted by @WebCentralAU. Not finding other sites a prob. But yes, sites slow when viewable. Investigation continues!

Having home internet with @VodafoneAU and phone service with @Optus and living in Armstrong creek means I never have both internet and phone reception/4G. If this tweet gets through it’ll be a miracle. (Yes I’ve spoken to staff inshore, nothing can be done)

lowkey wanna go return my single sim phone and get a dual sim so when either optus or telstra is ****** and it takes 3 weeks to fix i have either to fall back on (all provoked by having no mobile data/no sms for 3 weeks)
