@Anthony_Klan and the little communication this optus customer has had has been woefully inadequate and wrong! Today I rec'd a txt saying my driver's licenses from multiple states have been exposed... what multiple licenses?!?!

SA Gov has finally got their **** together re the Optus breach. Just had to sign in and click a button to apply for a new license. Approved in 5 minutes and new license already up on the app. New card coming in the post too. Easy.

@Optus Why haven’t you replied? You seem to have finally sent me a follow up message saying what data of mine was exposed, BUT the email says ‘Dear Customer’ so it seems like a phishing scam? If my passport details have been released by you, how could you not know my name?

Damn! by chance ran into person i get my special medicine from and bloody bank ATM is on fritz. First thought was bloody Optus but woman in front of me also couldn't withdraw.

Woes @Optus continue. Optus has not be able to fix number share problems with the new @AppleWatchUltra for over two weeks. There are many of us suffering this issue. Optus are clearly struggling to fix this. @zollotech

This is just stupidity now. Better #infosec is never valued until after the fact. Will you people just exercise some simple password hygiene and maybe multi factor auth?? Comeoooonn @mydealaustralia - the @Optus scare should've been a wake up call to sort your house out.
