    @Optus your customer service is woeful. Long wait times & when someone finally answers, they cut the call when it all gets too hard. Your message service support advises to call the voice support and your hold music tells you to use message support #goingaroundincircles #failure

    Again continued @Optus reception issues in 2284. Been intermittent call and text reception and no data reception. That's twice in the last 2 months I have had zero or next to minimimal reception. Always breaching their end of the contract

    @TheDanBarrett Probably runs on Optus' network, so it should be largely fine, but not great around Canterbury.

    @Optus Yea, it was fixed for 12 hours… it’s BROKEN again… honestly this has been going on for months now… not paying bill until you fix it

    I'm great at technology but my NBN is on my Optus network and my NBN is on Aussie broadband. My printer is on a MAC and my Xbox is on Microsoft..... **** you to the moon.
