    @Optus Sure when I get a spare hour to sit down and locate all the required information to do the identity check. Which requires a working internet connection sitting in front of my laptop. Currently “on the fly” and rebooting modem all the time mitigates against this.

    @Optus Why oh why do you decide to 'upgrade' a mobile service in the middle of a week day..? I'm offline and have been for a while. I'm trying to run a small business!!!! WTF??

    Its 16:56 on 6/6/2022 and I've just had to reboot my @Optus 5G broadband modem because it was disconected from their network again.

    Hey @Optus It will be a week tomorrow since my internet service went down. Your comms have been awful. I run a business from my home and need a connection urgently. Please advise.

    @Optus why is your service (customer, technical and general connectivity) so bad?!?! I have had countless issues most recent one being 1001238048, none of which have been resolved. I have spent thousands of $ on your useless services and demand that you resolve my issues!ffs!

    @Optus And I will continue to let everyone know how bad @optus is until my numerous issues have been adequately resolved.

    @Optus I am very unhappy with your 'customer service'. I've been tryign to cancel Fetch tv for two weeks and every time I phone the Optus call centre who have no idea what they are talking about. I've been promised twice that is has been cancelled & a return mailbag will be sent.

    Gotta be honest tho, I just realise how amazing the telecommunication service providers in Aust especially the Optus there plan is started from $10 dollars which is give u 5gb of data…etc

    @Boeufblogginon lawyer, ex Optus, was the Minister for Communications, Urban Infrastructure, Cities and the Arts He's in part responsible then for NO JOBKEEPER for the Arts sector and its running down
