@Optus Train your staff to stop lying and don't make promises you don't intend to keep. provide customer service as you promise you will do. Stop treating customers like "you poor thing" and acknowledge you consistently provide **** service because you all read from the same script.

@Optus You really want to help, so why send me an email with a no reply email address. I have no idea what a 'desk tap' is, so that's going to look good in your copy to the Ombudsman.

@NBN_Australia @westjgames You always say "report to provider" but they can't change it. Optus are no longer taking on fixed wireless contracts because it's slow, unreliable and get too many complaints. We are left with 4G. I'm in SW Vic hardly the outback. I've wasted too many hours/days. Bin FWirewless.

@Optus I don't need a patronising call from your Complaints Resolution rep. I haven't done anything wrong. Optus is the one who has failed to live up to its promises 3 times this week. Talk to me like I am a paid up customer, not like you are going out of your way to call me. Grow up!

- you can cancel your Optus contract at any time - you only have to pay out the device repayments - you can transfer your number to a cheaper option - you can pay that final bill as you can afford to, don't have to pay it all at once
