    @Optus @82Ames Chat sessions initiated by the Optus app should provide rhe same input. No reference to the outage even after providing the postcode.

    @Optus 8:50pm 8Sep21... NO INTERNET & NO ONE ANSWERING OPTUS CUSTOMER SUPPORT 133937 We just want to know what is going on. The internet is a VITAL UTILITY. @Optus has no emergency contact numbers or outage information!!! Leaving ur customers in the dark is unforgivable.
