    @Optus Nope. That is not an answer. Are you saying that you are impacted by the NBN outage and cannot provide service at this time? It's a straightforward question. You should be capable of answering without imposing on me to endure your call centre.

    @Optus is there anyone in optus who can fix my issue. Port out from Telstra to optus 5x days ago and having issues with receiving sms and calls from other networks. Tried calling support many times in last few days with no luck. My case number is 15348263439.
