    @Optus FIX it. Seriously it's cut out again. I pay for a service that continues to cut out and has sice I got it. How is that fair.

    @optus NBN outage I have no internet in Roselands 2196 since 7am today, I can't get through to you to report it, your 24/7 help app chat is not responding. Where is your commitment to customer support?!

    @Optus I've been trying to recharge from optus app and website for the pass 2 hrs The website telling me just wait for 10 min in the last 2 hrs and whn I got to optus app I've to wait for customer service for over an hour they said It's been more than 2 hrs and I still waiting.

    Dumbass optus can't even provide customer service blames the outage on weather but areas that have no nbn never had even been hit by weather and its 100s of kms away it used to be good now its 2nd rate

    @Chincemcmahon @Optus @NadiaM1000 There is heaps of NBN outages in Sydney today. 3 of my Sydney buddies offline at the moment and I think it across several service providers. Issue with NBN infrastructure impacted by severe weather. Hope you get back online soon
