@Optus Why? The issue has been escalated TWICE..and still it’s dropping out. Your tech crew are apparently ‘baffled’ by it, although talking to several people in my neighbourhood this is a common experience with Optus NBN in our area.

@Optus What I am asking for is a list of outgoing calls made from my phone since my last bill. I assume you must have this information somewhere but your customer support representative either doesn't understand what I want or can't access the info.

@Optus Yes they said there were unplanned works. But mate people are working from home here. Not just my complaint. Isn't it a but unprofessional to do this while people at home. Haven't been able to work at all! What are we meant to do, not even being compensated any other way

@NBN_Australia Noone has been able to give me answer and we going into day 4. With all do respect I I dont want the customer care stuff I was told by @Optus that network team would get back to me. I jist need this fixed and it seems like get sent around I circles.

@WDP_HeathGeorge Sign up with a VPN service that offers free or refund period. You might be surprised how much quicker things appear. Not all issues are bandwidth. I’m with Optus and all my traffic is routed through Singapore….VPN fixes that
