  @Cjsavage696969 @KatieGrace2022 Optus could not cancel the services i wanted to cancel for 2 and half years but could send me a letter telling me small plan goes up by $9 this month. I disconnected 2 services that day due to inept staff and liers. Never composated either!.

  @pelli_69 @Optus @Telstra I was with them for years, then went straight to Aussie Broadband! One of the many benefits is that it has Aussie call centres & tech support.

  @Batman2242 Basically 2 mobile providers as Vodafone & Optus share a regional network but still have most of the cities on their own networks.

  Currently Sim confirmation is Huawei to Huawei but my sim is not here. I do have check Optus network response time when a request is sent. I've been timing everything for a very long time so I know everything and how it's supposed to be operating.

  @Optus gee what an awful service, been a customer for 24 years and I’m about to leave just because your business wont let me pay manually like i have for 24 years. Just awful. Not once have i asked for anything. Where is the loyalty to loyal customers??
