    @Optus For the second time within one week, Optus restricted my service data and calls for bo obvious reasons. My account balance is up to date and in fact its in credit. It happened at 10 pm where no technical services are available to help their customer. I am definitely going to TIO

    @crumpetscalling @Optus Apparently now local calls don’t need area codes but there’s some sort of outage going on.

    @Optus what's the update on NBN cable? Still under investigation over a day later and thousands of customers still in the dark unable to receive service I hope you guys this is unacceptable service I don't want a DM I already got one and it was like talking to a brick wall.

    @Optus after the 3rd week in a row having the same issue, then leaving customers without internet for a few days without providing solutions and just raising it to higher departments is not a service I like to pay for. When I was promised it was fixed last week.
