@Optus Getting an activation code for a set top box that shouldve been sent allready to the customer via, email or txt or letter. But not a single one had occured. In fact the incompetent support staff gave us the previous activation codes for our broken fetch box instead 2/2

@Optus A working home phone and internet would be nice since i pay for it. Down in our area for 10hrs now and the best Optus can say is "we are currently investigating". Customer service well below par. 1 day to reply to your chat for each message, at this rate it will take 6 months
