    Thanks VicRoads for making it so easy to have my licence flagged against unauthorised accesss. While Optus claims this part of my personal details was not included in the hacking, you never know. Have no confidence in what Optus is saying.

    @tazgecko @ownedbyhoundies @hughriminton I have been with them for years. Still no contact, no reassurance, no advice. Just ignorant silence. Day after day. Funny, when my internet connection went down for 5 minutes 2 days ago Optus emailed promptly offering help that was by then not needed. What are they good for?

    @VictorDominello I don’t intend to become an Optus customer again. I am affected by the data leak. How can I get Optus to pay for my replacement licence please?

    @jenpryor1 @hughriminton This (“here’s your bill” almost seconds after “soz and oopsies we lost all your personal data to some seriously bad dudes!” is totally lacking in strategic intelligence. Sure, while your phone works, you probably owe some money but Optus owes more in good will atm. Just stupid!

    @suzannelolsenau Having inadequate security to protect your customer data is a severe fault on Optus’ account.

    @VictorDominello Where - comprehensive advises? You didn't mentioned Equifax-Optus should have notified all impacted Cust 2 register. Why Optus failed to encrypt all these data, never responded to Spam mail received through Optus, ACMA advised ISPs to monitor, Track & block spammers, CEO-Jailed.

    @hughriminton I’m an Optus customer who has not received a single communication from them - no email no text no apology no heads up nothing.
