Neither are particularly helping (blaming each other) so I guess it’s the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman to assist! Been a horrid 24hrs

All up, I’m paying $49 pm but using iPad more bec signal is better with Telstra, & so don’t use Optus mobile as much anymore

Can't log in, can't change card, so PayPal will not be autopayed next time. (I'm 75, a cyberidiot, so no good at this; pls DM me.)
