@AnitaHeiss @Optus I had my service restricted because of $55 outstanding. When I called and explained it wasn’t showing on the app, so how could I pay it? They just paused and proceeded with the script.

@AnitaHeiss @Optus I’ve had two emails confirming my data had been breached even though I haven’t been a customer since 2005

@ServiceNSW I don’t recall ever providing a license card number. Communications and action has been slow, particularly Optus. More needs to be done.
