    @RavenZech2 @Optus I got a txt yesterday never took banking or licence details but email,phone no. Address, dobirth. I know they have sent emails to some maybe it depends on how much information they took

    Literally is there a Negative Brownie point that the @Optus Call center person receives when he/she takes a cancellation request. Call @Optus for Cancelling your service and you will be led on a sweet merry chase for hours on hold. Pathetic support

    @Optus I've read the support page and am well versed with the requirements which ARE being met. The point is; the streams WERE 1080p, but after recent App "updates" they no longer are. No matter what you tell the end user, you guys are not providing a 1080p stream.

    Absolutely sick of @Optus Last 2 months on $ 30 prepaid you give me 2.76 of my data. When for years , and on your website, says 30 gb to 10 gb. So why 2.76? Day after I recharge I get a message saying low data Been customer 30 yrs with other phones also No more
