    Hi @Optus , are you aware that your technical support line is malfunctioning badly. We have been trying to get through since last Thursday but generally can only hear the call centre background noise but no-one speaks to you.

    @steelite @Optus Yeah, I am unable to set up number share and have been on the phone to support for 3 days. Keep getting told to reset my watch, very annoying. Any idea how long and if this will be fixed? Considering swapping providers.

    @Optus Absolutely shocking service last night on Optus chat. I was polite but I got the impression the poor service was deliberate. I have only been with #Optus for over 30 years

    @buttsey888 @socialsandwich_ @TheRealALM I wish they were on Optus. Paramount+ is a steaming pile of ****. No option to pause or rewind the streams, or start from start if it's already started. Quality is 9HD like.

    @Optus I did raised it many times about network issue Optus users have in Schofields ( Ruth , Landon street) . This was never resolved, instead users were suggested to opt best available network !
