Again!!! The damn connection, fix it!!! Since September!!!!!! Don't contract @optus 5g it is a terrible service, not reliable, constant disconnections, terrible support. I regret moving to this service.

Dear Optus, apparently no one wants to talk to me about my phone reception issues. I’ve been passed off 4 times and nothing has been resolved. If there’s an emergency here I’m ******. I have no way of calling out.
