    @Optus @rico_wallaby Optus Customer's, consider your data has been compromised since over 9 million customers have been affected! Change Bank passwords / pins and cancel auto payments to Utility... providers just in case they get hacked at some time. You make payments directly💡!

    @AlboMP @SenatorWong @ClareONeilMP I am an Optus customer and have not been contacted by Optus. Hypothetically, if 30% of Optus customers incurred breaches to their passport and replacement passports cost $200+. A cost to Optus of +0.5b$. Can we depend on Optus to notify their customers that a breech has occurred?

    OPTUS BREACH: There can be NO TRUST between Optus and any customer that has been involved with that Company. Optus must provide all details of the breach to all current/ previous customers, so that those affected can attempt to recoup their individual problems/ issues

    My Niece and her Partner came for a visit around tea time. So we went out and got pizza/maccas. He's an Optus customer. Started pre-paid, now post. So they had DL, PP, CC, DOB. Hackers got the lot. Optus shouldn't have still held that info. #privacy #OptusHack

    @ProfPCDoherty Optus fought vehememtly against changes to the privacy act (2020). Not enough space to write, but if you search Optus and Privacy act, you will see they argued, they will keep customer data safe (rather than customers having more control over their own data).

    @Martin_Sanna @AlboMP @Optus Disgraceful. I’m working on a letter I’ll send to every company I’ve ever shared ID info with retracting permission to retain my info and asking them to destroy it. If I’m still a customer and it makes the relationship untenable, we part ways. Just need a lawyer to check it over
