    @Optus @nanologies My App is not working. Hasn’t for days with similar messages. Can’t find bills, can’t use chat to contact anyone. A quick search on Twitter suggests this is more than an isolated incident, maybe Optus should fix it.

    @optus. What idiot designs an app that won't let you register an account,using an email address you've used in the past, asks you to message Optus through the app but then won't let you message because you've not logged in with your account?! It's real amateur hour guys. Fix it!

    @GladysB We haven't forgotten what you did, Gladys. Singtel putting you in a public facing position in any capacity is a huge blunder. We don't pay crooks, especially those that help themselves to misappropriate public money. No more Optus in this house.
