    @Optus My fetch set top box stopped working so I contacted support. They after much discussion finally agreed to send a replacement unit for the faulty product. Now I have a $100 bill for it. Please explain

    @StanSportAU I’m using a latest model Apple TV and internet speed (just tested) is 108mbps, so it’s not a bandwidth issue. Others having to he same issue. Also happened to Optus when they launched - live is hard! - but Kayo shows it’s possible
