@shadowlightrob Hrm okay. I have heard some people are having issues with their wireless/4g/5g since the fires have been going. Especially Optus customers. Thinking it could be related to high volume usage due to bushfire comms + wfh and lockdown folks too

@Optus having the worst experience of my life with this network.came to India and using my Australian to get a bill of 408$ citing roaming charges when I clearly called up customer care to move to a different plan! Now my number is barred! So much inconvenience

@franksting I moved to Optus ages ago. The "Telstra Network Better" is far less true these days. (Region SA many places have full Optus 4G and almost no Telstra. My house has Optus 5G, but not Telstra and is in metro Adelaide).

Hey @Optus you have hijacked our FTTP NBN home internet service and messed up our address with @NBN_Australia. @Internode say it will take days to get it fixed up by NBN. Reckon you could sling us a 5G modem while the damage is being repaired?

@Telstra Hi. I have run through the troubleshooting. Results say no issue. However the test simply checks if the phone can connect or not. It does not test for quality. Since yesterday I am only getting one bar on 4G. @Optus told customers of tower maint this week. Telstra affected too?

@Optus last night we had issues and our internet went off. I discovered that was a planned NBN outage. No problem. Today is fine but can’t access Optus sport

Hey @optus - any update on NBN outage ? It’s only been 12 hrs... Lucky I’m not working from home - oh wait, I’m TRYING to work from home - BUT MY INTERNET IS OFFLINE. 😡😤🤬
