@royfrancisbrown @ssharwood @NBN_Australia @Telstra I thought they acquired it, then realised what a steaming pile of crap it was, and decided not to bother using it. Optus and Telstra cable largely shadowed each other anyway. No point having both for the majority of locations.

@sdomsta @Optus The irony was in my setup I couldn’t even login to the Telstra app - was stuck in some loop were I basically couldn’t do anything other than wait on the phone for hours.

@adambspencer See, when I was with optus it’d be a few times every hour. Now, I understand, the system is under duress; even in our house, there’s six people viewing, streaming listening. But it’s not as bad now as it used to be. (With Aussie Broadband now.)

@joshh_dp In recent years I’ve gone Optus > Telstra > Voda and I can say that at least Optus tried to come up with compromises whereas Telstra basically told me to suck it up. I haven’t had to seek support from Voda yet.

Just signed up to #Optus. Receive product, need help installing/starting up said product. On phone placed on hold for an HOUR and a HALF only to be told there's no one who can help me and to hang up. App doesn't open up past pending screen. Not a good first impression here.

@ConZ0503 @Optus Con. Go TPG. That’s why I left Optus. Same experience and continuously having capacity issues at night . They allowed me to leave my contract early, as they acknowledged the issue, but unable to resolve. Never again @Optus .

Be warned of these sub hub subscriptions, especially Netflix, you can pick it, but there is no way to link it even though they say you can. watch your sub monthly price, cause you will get charged again. The setup is poor, Don't trust Optus. #optus

@thedockerdave We will see how many dockers fans show up this week, though because you won a few more may venture out. Country WA hard to get to Sunday night games. Optus had want to improve the amount of food etc they had to sell, pretty poor. Restriction was ridiculous we sat closely anyway

@optus, 4G speed have dropped dramatically this weekend. Where I am, it’s dropped from around 15–20 Mbs down, to around 2–3 Mbs down. 😳
