    I'm an #Optus customer, so if a hacker now has my #Optus email address, all I have to do is change to Telstra, or other Server and voila...one problem is solved! 🙌🙌🙌

    ISTFG @optus if you lot don’t fix ur ******* **** with my service randomly dying im leaving you lot I’ve filled out endless forms reporting problems nothing ever gets fixed it’s beyond a joke at this point

    @uren_gary @RedCruz19 Nah more to with it's too hard to fix when you add in real estates collects more private data than optus.

    I have not been an @Optus customer for over a decade, yet I received an email telling me my data has been accessed. Why do they still have my data? Why was it not deleted? Not good enough. 😡

    @Mel20017132 @Optus @GladysB Obviously you don’t know your Telco’s I do. Vodafone is the smallest carrier and has poor coverage outside of metro areas.

    Since having been a customer Optus I've got new address, new (different state) driving license, different credit card and I think a new passport. I even have new suite of account passwords too. Only thing there's the same is phone & email. So don't think I'm majorly at risk tbh.

    As someone who might be a part of #Optusleak, when does #OptusClassActionLawsuit begin? Maybe getting this going will get @Optus to pay attention and do something to help it's customers

    New Internet and Phone provider has my application, and it's being processed. Will cancel all my @Optus accounts in the coming week. If you stay with Optus, it means you are fine with what has occurred, I am not. #Optus #OptusHack #optusfail
