Harry Gregory (@Hazkypreos) reported@RFC_Centre One thing I found interesting watching the game at Optus. Time after time Sonsie was manning two players when the dockers were coming out of defence and usually stuck between both of them. There was never any backup from another team mate. Other than one error he had a good game.

Sriram Narayanarao (@Sriramcse31) reportedCustomer care asked me to recharge roaming packs, validity packs, and top-ups, but none work because the SIM cannot connect to any network here (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone AU).
-
Benjamin Bavea (@BBavea) reported@KendallJenner Optus struggles to cover here too. It isn't as bad as Vodafone, but it doesn't seem to have any better signal than Telstra & they're like double the price. It's in the small hours of the morning when signal drops. One NBN fibre connection between 150 struggles.
-
ACCAN (@ACCAN_AU) reportedAnother #TripleZero failure has been reported. @newscomauHQ reported a nationwide Optus #outage yesterday where calls to 000 did not connect. Australians should not have to accept “intermittent issues” as normal. We need enforceable reliability standards and better regulation.

🇺🇦Hans Orph🇺🇦 (@HansOrph) reported@Optus TLDR: after being run around for two days and 47mins, the frustrating lack of the lack willingness to own a problem and solve it through their the lack of either ability or care from staff in the call centres. Along with being told it would be an additional seven days..1/2

Icanhaveaopinion (@whateveryeahnah) reported@Optus left for another provider because you left me on a higher plan than new plans. No second chance, screw you like you screwed me. Bye bye. NEVER AGAIN.
-
Ashtyn (@Ashtyn1212897) reportedGood morning @Optus just wondering if there is any intent to address the unlawful use of customer information by member of your remediation team, or is the intent to sweep it under the rug like the $100M unconscionable conduct fine amongst your other scandals #optus
