What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

@Optus you seriously need to lift both in terms of service provision and customer service. Ongoing outage in the middle of lockdown is bad enough followed by the maze to actually get hold of a person who then just tells you to hotspot? Not good enough
