    @Optus Why didn't you answer the 5 questions I asked? I don't need you help, just answer the questions. Or would it expose the fact that Optus gives customers' numbers to "trusted partners" and I think, correct me if I'm wrong, and these partners pay Optus money in exchange for numbers.

    @Optus Your offshore service is shocking! I called weeks in advance before I moved to make sure I have internet. Your service staff told me didn’t need any connection, just plug in the modem. Here I am Friday night. Just moved. No internet!! Now I gotta wait for weeks to have internet!

    @baoyusi @_PhilipCummins @Rowena_SW I’ve been with Optus for years, and only started having issues at my last apartment. Telstra seem like my only option for my phone, because they offer the best reception, but I hate the idea of giving them my business and they are much more exp. I don’t know that I have a choice.

    @NBN_Australia @Optus , what support are you able to offer? See previous tweets.☝🏼 Let me clarify this. You are the retailer , described as the service provider whilst @NBN_Australia actually does the physical service to infrastructure? This is an ongoing issue.

    Thanks @Telstra for changing me to this “upfront” mobile plan. You’re now taking the money from me prior to delivering the service, instead of afterwards. Now I have no recourse if your service provides me with problems. Time to take my business to @Optus

    @Optus Took 2 days for CRT team to post a msg that it will now take another 3-5 business days to look into and get back to me. Not awesome support here.

    Power outage and @optus barely seems to be working for me to hot spot my phone. What a super fun time to be working from home 🤯🤪
