While it sucks big ***** that this happens, there is literally ZERO evidence that Optus has anything to do with it. What data was involved? Licence and passport *numbers* Not passwords. Or security questions.

@vernievalentos So you have an NBN box connected to an Optus modem? It's ethernet so I'd absolutely get a better quality modem instead of the Optus junk more than likely it's causing you the problems. Better equipment provides better connection and stability

Hey @optus you’ve just advised of your 6th upgrade for our area in the past 2 months. To increase the speed of the network. No speed increase so far, just a lot of interruption. Please do better.

@Optus seriously 2 of NBN outage in Mt Gravatt and nothing - just that there's a fault and your investigating it which we've had to find that information! Definitely not loving Optus right now, let alone in 2022! This is utter horses&$t!!

I say that @Optus should pay for all losses plus damages incurred by its customers due to data breach. I'm so glad I'm not an Optus customer, as they have crappie customer service. @haveibeenpwned

@MissOliviaPe @ItsImogenGreene Sorry to hear that, I received an SMS from optus to say they were upgrading their network in my area (Chatswood) this week, it's one of the reasons I've always used different vendors for different services. At some point along the line one of them will screw up.
