    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @kimworldwide @Optus Apparently, they‘re working on network upgrades on our specific 5G tower. It might be the same tower you’re network is connected to. Let’s hope it’s over in a few days; they said 30/06.

    I’ve had pretty good service from @VodafoneAU for a gd decade but things have clearly changed. I can’t believe how disgusting and disrespectful the guy I spoke to on the phone was today. Are ppl with Optus happy with the service? Or is it Telstra or busy when it comes to 🤳🏻?

    @Optus lol at those steps, especially number 6. Does logging a fault go in the WON'T FIX backlog or do they actually get actioned? No doubt it would be resolved with COULD NOT REPRODUCE anyway…

    @Optus Not a specific new issue with service…just ongoing low signal. Get one bar on a good day. Has always been a challenge getting Optus signal on the island, however a move this week to the Ventnor side of Cowes has shown significant problems. Frequently no service.

    New phone, @Optus. Don’t have in stock. Tell me it will take a few days. Doesn’t arrive. StarTrack says never left depot then, can’t do anything without Optus. Optus starts query then no contact. A lot of back and forth. We get a bill for new phone. DON’T EVEN HAVE MY NEW PHONE.

    @Optus Yes, 24 hours ago. I got off the bus today and heard people complaining about @Optus and having no service in Drummoyne. I talked to them, exact issue i was having from the same time. Then the guy in the shop I went into complained he couldn't pay for his items thanks to @Optus

    TIO contacted Optus, who in turn called me and agreed to my request and cancelled my contracts with them. They will look into why sales staff incorrectly sold me the Galaxy Watch 3 when it was impossibe to support the product so it does not happen to others.
