Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

@downforce @Telstra I agree regarding price. I went to monkey mia on optus and was sos the whole time. Wife on telstra was 4g, full signal. Good for me if I don't want to be contacted lol

@Optus I lodged a complaint to your company on 5th March . I received a response on the 9th march telling me an investigation would be conducted . I have not heard anything since . I was also ( in the response ) told to go to another company

@WheatWatcher Yeah! Stick with @Telstra 👌 Service (connection + customer) isn't epic with Optus. Guess I know what the $40+ a month extra goes towards at Telstra!

@trevorlong @Optus Wait til you are inside somewhere and with no service..... Optus signal inside anywhere sucks even though their coverage maps show conflicting messaging

@CosmicRami @dvcotton @cwmagee ... your ISP. Depending on your specific ISP they'll haul it to a data centre. Could be Global Switch on Harris St Ultimo, or Equinix down at Mascot or a few others. If it's Telstra or TPG or Optus it'll go to their own DCs or Telstra an exchange. Chatswood or Kent St.

To make it even better we are using @Optus 3G for our home internet and apparently they require months and a lot of sms updates about updates to network to fix issues! Pretty hard to run a business with phones and internet dropping out constantly!

@Optus Are there any fixed line/landline outages in 3205? I'm trying to help my mother as her phone line is down, and your website support pages are also unavailable. She's a senior and requires use of her phone urgently.
