Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

@OptusSport @optus So the saga continues. Lodged a complaint about changing my contract terms. Finally got hold of someone overseas to be told "everyone is busy sorry" I'm disengaging and will just move suppliers (phones already gone) They make you a bad person. Life's too short

@Magpie1954nBird Change provider. I had no end of issues when a Telstra customer twenty years ago. Got onto another (Optus iirc) to provide phone, fax and internet. After a certain number of breakdowns through them, Telstra as lessor became subject to penalties. Win, win.

- wifi bandwidth entirely taken up by massive Genshin update - decide to play My Time at Sandrock offline - Steam freaks out about not syncing cloud saves & can't find local saves anywhere - sees that Optus has a 24 hour unlimited data pass - try to buy said pass, constant errors

@RoadknightThe Straight to the TIO with that. I just kicked Optus’s arse via the TIO. They should start throwing free stuff at you once you raise a complaint - which doesn’t help your speed problem obviously, but it’s something.
