    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @Axman6 @kjandbob @Josieamycashman If the phone call exists there will be a record of it, and if gone through an Australian service provider such as telstra or optus then the call would have been recorded.

    . @Optus fix ur net been on constant 300 ping all day and it’s been dropping out. Been hotspotting but have no data left

    @Optus Two business days doesn’t really cut it during a lockdown Sarah when vulnerable children on child protection orders need to access vital services. You’re not actually assisting with my issue at all. I want you to call the account holder back like Optus has promised 4 times.

    @brucerguthrie @Telstra I thoroughly recommend Optus 5G home Internet. Modem sits next to a window and there are no issues. No NBN to worry about and no dealing with Telstra!

    @D3C3P7AKONZ @Optus Ok I like their phone service tho. The customer service is actually ok for my phone plan but never take their internet hahahahah
