    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @Optus you would think after the recent security hack, Optus would up their game and look after their customers so they dont go to another provider. Worst customer service ever by far.

    @Optus your customer service still hasn't addressed my issues and is shockingly bad so after the next bill I am cancelling my service after years of being a loyal customer. Only question is as a non-Optus customer, how much is Optus sport for the EPL p/month with another network?

    @michaelJwyllie I have never been with them, except being with Amaysim, 10 yrs ago, they use part of Optus and 35 yrs ago I had Optus Pay TV!! I still got the email!!

    @michaelJwyllie My uncle is in the same situation. Was an Optus customer for a short period nearly a decade ago. Once they have established your identity, the details should be deleted. There is no reasonable excuse for keeping them.

    @Optus Hi Robyn, no offence but after speaking with the general team, no one is authorised to make any compensation or offer a resolution other than constant "you will be called". 10 days after complaint, still no call.
