    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @SocialPiranha3 And then, doubtless, gave you a fake name and position number when you called his threat out I had an incident where an Optus operator made all manner of promises but, when I called back, no notes, no names, fake ID and number Telco ombudsman became involved

    I wanted to apply but I'm sorry the UX is ridiculously bad. @Optus just give an email i can reach and send all the info and my cv bc I'aint gonna talk to this damn bot and wait 5 seconds each time i put an info. It took me 1 min just to fill my basic account info.

    @Optus @optus_help 3rd day no NBN internet, so why do I pay $100 a month for no service? Superloop and Starlink looking very appealing right now. Maybe time for me to switch?

    @smd_donald Richmond beat West coast by 40 at optus late last season. Neither result is a reliable indicator of where they're at because they both suck. Teams go through good and terrible patches, especially when they're as bad as these 2 teams are.

    @xjet @qikka2888 I'll be able to get a better/cheaper plan through another provider that uses Optus as the carrier, I just had to test that Optus worked, and it does. So it will end up being the permanent internet solution in the bunker. And temporarily gets me out of trouble at the lab.

    As we speak, @Optus, @VodafoneAU, and @Aussie_BB are all down, with no signs of news as to why all 3 are all down at once. I’m calling it - there’s been a massive hack of some sort. #australia #geelong #internet

    @beeradmoore @robb_j_m Also, Optus have $10 for 30GB at the moment but will slow you down to 1.5 mbit when limit reached.

    @TeamYouTube I have spent an hour on the link you provided but it is not helping. My third-party provider (Optus) shows active until May 2026, but my YouTube app is stuck showing an expired date from October 2025. All i want is Help to refresh my youtube account's sync with Optus.
