Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

@Optus I had this exact same problem a few weeks ago, and it took over 3 hours of chatting to someone to get it fixed. I don’t understand why it doesn’t just work? The app works fine, but I can’t change subhub stuff on there.

@Optus needs to rethink its customer services. I was stuck with a flat battery, with child in tow and #Optus store at Melbourne Central would not assist with charging my phone so I could make a bank withdrawal. Not impressed will now change my provider. Mon Staff no help.

@Optus how long does it take to process a credit for payment of a replacement license. I’ve had two chat sessions confirming you’ll issue a credit but it’s been over 4 weeks now. Your chat has been of little help
