    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @chdyctt I cancelled a contract with Optus 10 years ago due to their relocated contact centre. Was awful, but Telstra ended being cheaper believe it or not. In saying that, communications need to be explained easy & not written by AI and signed off.

    @saline Hi Samela, so that we are on the same page, you have an Optus service and your service is getting cut off at night, especially when you call your colleague Brenda?     Further update, Mum was just on the phone with Optus and apparently Optus (an internet provider) isn’t able to call NBN to fix this, they can only text message them. Or at least that’s the line they are spitting out about the network degradations DO YOUR JOB!!!

    @keating01 Isn’t OPTUS & Telstra’s outage breakdown a strong reason NOT TO go digital on everything under one system of Government control? How many different services went out - not just 000? Can’t bank, buy petrol, grocery, use your card! EVEN WORSE is if we have a power supply outage!

    A guy moved into a new apartment. Only “official” internet was FTTN NBN — $90/month for a pathetic 30 Mbps down max. He called Telstra and Optus.
