Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

@Optus @nbn down in Turramurra. 4G working. Been out for over 1 hour. No message from @optus to customers. Work from here with international clients and rely on consistent internet access. Almost like a third world country. We have to do better. Imagine the productivity losses!

@Optus Hopeless - I’ve been online for 1.5 hours - Optus telling me there’s no problem- until I upload screen grabs from a lot of disgruntled customers- then it’s like - “there is an outage” - pretty simple, don’t bullshit, tell us straight up & fix it - NBN = no bloody network 👎
