Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

hey @newscomauHQ saw your article on @Optus about their incompetency and the hecking! They told me I wasn’t hacked and then a month later told me I was! Being trying to find a resolution and they are useless. Reach out if you want the story!

@redruby17 @Optus Telstra. And if you pay something per fortnight to cover your bill, keep yourself just a little in credit, the end result is you are never hounded because your account is overdue. And if you can afford it buy your own phone. Some things in your life need to be stress free.

@MrKRudd @gdgoz And for those areas with HFC it was awful with Optus threatening us that we would be cut off if we didn’t sign up with NBN. Then the Optus cable didn’t work and ended up using the Foxtel cable. What a mess for very little gain. Other countries much faster

@redruby17 @kathy_skidmore1 @Optus Their coverage is useless. I was with them a few years ago and will never go back. My friends are with Aldi and say it's fab

@Optus I need to port my number to a new sim, I can't do it online or over the phone due to the hack and I have a physical disability so I can't go to the store I sent my support worker with ID documents and he also got turned away due to not having power of attorney. What now?

Pretty unlucky to be a customer of Optus and Medibank, and just made my first ever random purchase from Mydeal last month. I feel powerless at this point to stop whatever’s coming.
