  @Optus @Teh_Jkr Don’t be loyal anymore. You get nothing for being loyal, swap providers every chance you get. They all treat new customers way better than anyone long term. You could ring them and tell them you’re leaving but that’s a lot of effort that they don’t deserve.

  @missrobinson I made Vodafone give me a new customer discount by asking them after 20 years why new customers get better treatment, do I need to switch to Optus for 6 months to come back as a new customer.

  @DumbFoxFurry Every single carrier is so *** telstra pre paid costs your kidney for a 7 day recharge optus is Optus and vodafone has garbage coverage in my experience

  Home internet is down, BUT, according to Australia's "Lightning Fast" NBN... There IS no outage... Yeahhhhhhh.... The "Not Online" indicator light says otherwise. Optus are now "confirming" there's a problem... 🙄

  @DAM01983 @Optus Haveing the same problem they need to fix all their services I barely have phone coverage at all anywhere it just cuts down and says no service and the Internet is ridiculous dropping out all the time they find people up they can't maintain a service
