    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @karinstark79 @AlexBallhausen @Middleton_Says This is true in SA too. Telstra is awful where we live 30km from Nuriootpa and only ~80 from Adelaide CBD as the crow flies. Fortunately, Optus put a tower up and some get decent coverage but a lot are still with Telstra and the risks are massive.

    @AlexBallhausen Yes. Worked in Dubbo for 3 years. I was with Optus so phone went down about 10km out of town. Telstra work phone was better- worked for maybe 20km past the 60km zone. Absolutely appalling coverage in the country.

    @Transperth I would like to note mine and others extreme disappointment and frustration at the lack of event buses to today's Home Derby at Optus stadium (659). In 35mins not one bus! Normally they come every 3-5 mins. This is pretty average service and frankly not acceptable!

    @Optus why ******** does my internet just keep dropping and taking like 20 minutes of trying to reset/unplug and turn back on the modem constantly for the past week. I’m honestly getting so sick of this ****!

    @jesscav98 Hey Jess, we're sorry to hear you are having trouble with your My Optus App. Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling? We also recommend checking that your phones software is up to date and the memory is not full. If it continues, please DM us. Thanks - Mary
