Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

@Optus Thanks for reply. I’ll come to your store. I may end up switching bec I need to cut costs. Your signal isn’t good either in 3121 area. All up, I’m paying $49 pm but using iPad more bec signal is better with Telstra, & so don’t use Optus mobile as much anymore

@Optus been on the phone since 8am. Internet was supposed to be installed May 13th. No one showed, next available is June 25th. Horrible horrible service. Been on hold to speak to manager for 25 minutes now.

@Optus basically my terrible credit won’t allow me to take over the ownership the current owner doesn’t live with me but would like to keep the internet connected at my new address as long as i keep paying

@yaakov_h @Telstra I have my family on a Voda business plan with shared quota. Pity you have a coverage problem. Voda & Optus share a lot of towers so their coverage is usually the same but they use frequency bands differently so some devices don’t work on 1 network at a location.
