    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    The removal of superflious equipment (boxes, cables, etc) should have been part of the project @NBN_Australia ran. I spent over an hour in an online chat with @Optus to get someone there to understand the issue and book me a tech. And now i'll need to do the same with @Telstra

    @Telstra @Belong Mobile where is 'the network you don't need until you do? Telstra outages page not showing any outages for 4207 but I have SOS only. I've had more outages with the Belong/Telstra service in a couple of months than I had in 15 years with Optus. Not happy Jan!

    Does anyone’s @Optus @OptusSport Internet/WiFi just consistently cut out recently? Been like this for 2-3 months after having the same issue 6 months ago. Why is it Internet so unreliable? And now it has completely dropped off!!! What am I paying for? I need a new provider!

    but! The scam wasnt very interesting after all. All they did was call and say they were from Optus, and then login to the mobile app authing with the phone number they called from. That would trigger an authentic Optus SMS, and tada account takeover.

    @Optus . Worst customer service ever. Called Tech support on 10 th March. Two appointments where the technician failed to arrive. Problem still not fixed, and we have to wait for our case manager to call on the 28th March. Telecommunications Ombudsman will be contacted.

    Hi @Optus - any reason that I can’t call landlines on my iPhone 8 Optus mobile service at the moment? I can call mobiles no problem but calls to landlines show “call failed”. Based in West Footscray
