Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

@Optus Customer of 23 years. Tuesday you cancelled my email account, Thursday you cancelled phone and internet accounts. I’ve made over x12 calls/chats to fix this issue. You cant even find my account. I’ve been promised a call back x3 and never got one REF 100975147 #optus

@MyRepublicAU Working Day 8 of no Internet. Total 10 days. You still haven't managed to sort it out. Try to connect NBN with @optus. They say you still hold the line. Which you say don't. You rejected a connection for service on 2 February. Riddle me this. Fools.

@Optus And this makes no sense..Ridiculous that one stream is charged yet mobile is not I have been going through this with optus for 3 days Now I’m told my case won’t be dealt with till Tuesday 11 years with internet many more with mobile I’ll be looking elsewhere POOR FORM OPTUS

@rowey_au @OzzieOCE When I worked at Optus, I had people come in every day with reception issues with Telstra. The more remote you are, the better choice telstra is. In cities though, they can be unreliable.
