    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @tezzyxoxo I used to be with Optus 20 years ago. I swapped to Telstra and never been happier. Make sure it's Telstra themselves and not one of their 3rd party suppliers.

    @Optus Thanks for the reply Rob but im good thanks. Just wanted to show the typical service one can expect when signing up to Optus. You’re probably a good fella. The company you work for however is a mess.

    @alexmakin @Telstra Yep. Several‘ve overcharged. Like Optus in 2000 charged me $70 for a period of 2 or 3 days after they were supposed to have cut off the service. “Prove you weren’t there”. I said I sold my house, I have proof. “Not good enough”. I WAS ON THE SPIRIT OF TASMANIA THE FIRST NIGHT. HA

    @neilorange63 @CannieW54 @Peter_Fitz Lol, your original tweet complaint was at 15 minutes. Optus is terrible, completely agree with you as a 20 year customer too. Nothing makes me superior at all, I just don't like judging people's character if I don't know them.

    @alexmakin @Telstra So Optus said they’d fix it. They kept doubling the amount they said I owed until I took it to the TIO. That was my first experience with the TIO, in 2000.

    Moved out today and everything’s been smooth so far...expect for the NBN set-up. @Optus, why do you have a 24/7 messaging system but j can’t phone anyone to fix these problems. What’s the point?? Love your work but please help.
