Yum Cha (@chdjyumcha) reported@VictorDominello It’s gross negligence on Optus’ behalf. I’m disappointed and would expect fines to be issued. They should cover the costs of any replacement documents. A non-production, exposed endpoint with PII data is very poor. Had nothing specific to me from them, just a generic apology.

Judy (@sewviolets) reportedI have had so much trouble trying to sort out this Optus fiasco. I changed passwords to accounts and used the apple generated passwords and so many sites won’t accept them and I can’t get in. (1)

Why do we suddenly expect them to start moving?Why not force them to commit to a certain date? People need certainty. Optus and Service NSW have treated people abhorently.
