    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @Optus I’ve been in touch with your network both at a store level and via phone to purchase a special Optus allotted number for a business and marketing opportunity but can’t seem to have the issue resolved of choosing to purchase a number that has been confirmed you have available?

    @TimothyJ_23 True, but still it's an event and really doesn't need to be shut down considering there's more of an outbreak chance at Optus Stadium than at Pinjarra

    @Optus your mobile service where I am right now in metro Vic is terrible.Probably lost a whole day of work already. Fix it.People are still working from home.

    @TPG_Telecom It has not worked the two times I've moved and both times I've had to be contacted. Unfortunately it was a very long call to get to not sending me a modem. I've already got a bundle of unopened TPG, Optus and Telstra devices I've been sent over the years and never needed. 😓

    The thing that struck me about #Tasmania's 'internet' outage was that I lost Optus mobile phone service. Appears Optus does not have a switch in the state. Understandable, but not a robust network design. Telstra mobiles seemingly less impacted.

    @Optus terrible terrible service. total non updates re NBN and tower outages. At least telstra (remarkably) are telling there customers something!

    @Optus Can't ring as have had NO SERVICE for 24hrs now! In flood impacted areas this is not acceptable. Some on other networks - Telstra - are running so go fix this in Northern NSW now please.
