    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @Optus Why is it we can never watch a #mufc game start to finish? It’s either your app or the NBN connection that breaks at some point. Same again this morning. C’mon now. You’ve had 4 years to get this right. 6/10.

    Did @Optus just get rid of premium channels from the fetch tv service? Apparently, you have to pay for them now (after years of having it) and if thats the case, that is absolutely ordinary to say the least. Might have to move elsewhere. #Optus #fetch #poorservice

    @Optus just spent 30mins of my time asking questions for when the mobile service in my area will be fixed on your website chat bot and didn't hear from anyone.... i only could hear crickets🦗 Very hard to work or do anything for that matter when nothing works.

    ******* @optus. Returned my leased phone in perfect working order. No scratches, battery works... it's fine. They say it's not fine and want $500 damage fee. What a scam.

    @Optus Great business or the worst crooks business plan , when you need help for more information, they put you on hold for couple of hours and then the line is off again than you have to wait on the line again.

    @RealPhilGold @dobes Let me tell you about the time @kels_316 was up a tree fiddling with a yagi antenna and only getting the faintest HSDPA signal on Telstra, while I was standing on the ground with a decent 4G signal on Optus.

    @Optus I've given you all the information you need....everything is on the 32+ hours of chat...I need a technician to fix the problem....please advise when they will attend tomorrow
