Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

@optus Your number 02 8049 0557 keeps calling my mobile. I would answer the call were it a human being rather than a computer that eventually puts one on hold until your staff deign to speak. This is really unacceptable customer service.😡

turns out #4G on #Optus or #Amaysim is faster than @NBN_Australia to download 65MB file from @ITMastersCSU as NBN (25min) was slower than 4G (30sec) on this file - it was network or router not server

I've started using Amazon Music bcoz it's a part of the he deal I have with Optus but I've noticed that the app is **** compared to YouTube Music. It feels like a web app, not native. Anyone else notice this?

How would scammers get my phone number I have saved on my sim card as Aaa me and my phone number and actually ring me so it is displayed? It was Amazon recording. I have asked optus to explain. Anyone else have this problem?

@Optus Wouldn't be getting any devices or anything that has a network connection from here Been upgrading the towers for the last 6 months Internet connection has been bad very bad

@Optus The "My Optus" app is frustratingly useless. It shuts down if I try to load half it's functions. I've called several times and advised to uninstall and reinstall, which I have done MANY times but the app STILL doesn't work.

@Vass2016 @Optus Try over a year of being told our service works fine when it didn’t work AT ALL. Easy over 100 hours of calls (getting transferred multiple times having to explain the same thing) 🙄🤯🤯🤬
