    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @Optus Hey there. Just wondering if there is anything that needs to happen to enable 5G on an excising service? I remember there used to be a toggle in the app a couple of years back. But I can’t seem to find it anymore. So I just need to pop the sim into a 5G device?

    @Optus what is going on, I got a template email saying I haven't been approved for post paid but I can sign up for prepaid even those I am a prepaid customer and now I got a text message basically saying I have been changed to a postpaid contract? Ref 202520582A

    @Optus One example of many, I was promised years ago the poor #CustomerService we'll be improved but it has gotten worse including staff not reading feedback, promises not being kept, customers being blame etc etc etc

    @stiffuppercut @Telstra To be trueful I was with Optus years ago and it was slow and 4g use to drop all the time. But Telstra NBN I seen people without internet for months waiting for install because they cant get technician to turn up and Telstra you can’t call directly once it’s working it’s ok.

    @optus network status has our NBN cable as "reduced service" and "under investigation" according to their webpage for the last 24 hours. Maybe "not working" "due to Murdoch" might be more accurate?

    @aadi_joshi @Optus They don't read #customers messages before responding, they give answers not related to a person questions etc & standard template response are emailed out as I was told I am not approved for post paid but to sign up for prepaid even those I am a prepaid customer.
