    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @andrea_weymouth @DaveMilbo Yes they can, by shutting down your Broadband connection as Optus did to us. Warning - steer clear of Kogan (Vodafone) #NBN.

    @CHAVinBelmont Really good tbh, had some off field issues few years back of woulda likely been in England set up by now. Has elite intent scores at about 170 these days would be well suited to Optus. I can stomach Bancroft getting the call over him but Kurt Patterson FFFFSSS NO

    @albericie @Optus Shameful. Same-same with #Telstra. One of the many major problems with selling off public assets, call centres sent to Manila & Mumbai. Underpaid call centre staffers don’t give a rats arse for angry Australians. Language barriers often excused though intolerable IMO nowadays !

    @Flansq @Optus so frustrating getting the oh DM us and no response yet, wish @Optus would just acknowledge you have an issue right now. I can't even call/text or do anything with mobile right now.

    @albericie @Optus Yeah, what's mad is that centrelink (and to an extent, public hospitals) are just as bad if not worse, and all their outsourced centres are here in Aus.

    @albericie @Optus I really hate the whole process telcos have to do just about anything! My theory is that they make it so painful that people fear reporting issues or opting out of their service providers

    @DaveMilbo Similar story here - we had super strong and reliable cable with Optus, and were forced to go with NBN, and have had regular dropouts and unreliable service ever since. Not happy, Jan.
