Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

It’s a shame the government didn’t include an internet bonus in the budget because our service is ****. I’m sick of complaining to @Optus & my local members. Just give $800 for 12 months of high speed internet for every Australian in the budget! #nolongtermplan

@Optus We spoke to an Optus person on the phone who said there was an outage in the area and they were working on the problem. The Optus app told us the same thing. That was almost 3 days ago and we’ve heard nothing since. We have people trying to work from home who need the Internet.

@Optus Service is down for the second time during a flood crisis. First time it was down for days. So far it's been down all day. Northern NSW. Just not good enough.
