    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    So who is everyone switching to now that @optus has exposed its customers to identity theft. Have been a both a private and business customer for years but not anymore. I won’t use @Telstra either due to their poor customer service so what are the other options. #OptusHack

    Love @Optus and the lies they give their customers No outages in my area then 15 minutes later oh there's an unplanned outage for the next two weeks You guys need to get your act together 😠 thankfully you've given me a massive discount or I was going to switch carriers

    @Dom_Nguyen Hi Dominic, ID Support NSW is working with Optus to support customers with NSW government-issued credentials, such as a NSW driver licence or birth certificate, if they have been impacted. 1/3

    @ServiceNSW I've just been turned away from my local Marrickville service NSW branch despite having a CIRS, a completed change of licence number form and copy of Optus email confirming I'm impacted. "Until your details have been used for fraud we can't help!" #OptusHack

    Hmmm...wondering if it's worth changing mobile service provider. I'm genuinely pissed about the @Optus hack that has left my identity compromised and the way Optus have handled it but in reality this could happened with another provider i guess #OptusHack
