Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

Spoke with 3 different ppl at Optus, all stating different information regarding removing my ID from their system. Latest person refused to remove it, mind you I haven’t been a customer since 2017. Beyond frustrating, awaiting a return call from someone higher up #OptusDataBreach

@Optus There is nothing to be followed up. Optus provides absolutely shocking service. Half of the people have no idea what they are doing. Optus was not able to even tell me what I actually ordered. I am not surprised that you have security issues.

@bratat22 They say the Telstra incident related to employee information, not customer info. I'm still trying to work out how Optus even had 9 million customers.

When i told ING fraud team I was an optus customer and noticed some weird things "Microsoft? Yeah. Let's cancel your card. We can't confirm at this stage what it is, but many ING customers are reporting this issue, and they're all Optus customers too."
