  Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

  @devalara44 @JodiMcKayMP @ServiceNSW They certainly didn't think that through. As an OPTUS customer there have been a number of places I visited in remote western NSW where I had no coverage to log into the QR sites. No wifi either. Very short sighted on behalf of the government.

  If any of you are with Optus for your internet, when you get 20 plus drop-outs a day, do they fix it for 2 weeks and then it goes back to being woeful? Because same. Blaming NBN Co can only get you so far when you clearly have the means to fix my service.

  @Optus @NBN_Australia another #outage /fault! Postcode 3056 Nil internet from 4am. Work from home. Huge impact on my business. Last Tuesday’s outage took 9 hours to rectify. What’s happening??

  @RacingPedigrees @dernhelm29 My sister had to create an email account with Microsoft Live to receive emails from her financial adviser. They were never received at her ISP email address. My friend has similar problem with Optus, so uses AOL when they don’t go through #weird

  @Telstra It’s obvious you need another tower. It is easy to fix. Some people have spent thousands trying to improve signal at their houses as advised by your company and it’s done nothing. I have an open case on going with you. I know Optus has a better signal in the area. I await outcome

  Hey @Optus, I'm staying in a resort near Dunsborough in a well populated tourist area. I cannot even get 4G on my phone. When will you feel obliged to upgrade your outdated mediocre mobile netwrok. It's awful in WA anywhere outside Perth.

  @Optus I am an intermittent user. Watch the odd game now and again. Nothing but problems of recents??? Last season it was fine?
