    @Centrelink I was booted off hold because of an @Optus outage and now I can't go back on hold because all the operators are busy. How do I know when to call back? Online services is saying I need to speak to someone on the phone or in person to resolve my issue.

    @Optus hello why is the system down? And why have you not notified customers? This is ridiculous. Atleast give us a time estimate. If you don’t make another announcement with updates soon I’m buying a Telstra sim and never looking back at you.
