    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    @optus_help So much palaver to have to re-enter WiFi password etc Everything is set to WiFi but still no joy with connection for small or calls. Poor service considering optus is always doing upgrades/maintenance constantly. Get sick of no service

When it comes to reception, Optus is constantly upgrading our network to provide better coverage. However, multiple factors can affect this, such as your hardware capabilities, software update, the building materials used in your home, and other signal blocking objects in your area. I have also checked your address from our end, and it looks like we haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area.     @xjet @qikka2888 I'll be able to get a better/cheaper plan through another provider that uses Optus as the carrier, I just had to test that Optus worked, and it does. So it will end up being the permanent internet solution in the bunker. And temporarily gets me out of trouble at the lab.

    @analyticflying @Optus I switched from @optus mobile to Woolworths who use the Telstra network. Considerably cheaper but much more reliable.

    anyone else with @Optus ? Have spent almost 6 hours with them online today trying to arrange an NBN service for when I move, transferred to numerous different agents only to have them tell me thay cant help me as originally promised. @Telstra here I come
