Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

Analysis: This brings us in line with Europe's GDPR. Unfortunately it doesn't undo the last weeks' damage (and won't be applied retroactively). I'd also like to see law that requires orgs to bear costs of replacing ID docs, which the gov't pushed @optus to do. #auspol #InfoSec

If the guy interviewed @abcnews left @optus & @medibank years ago, why do they still have his data? There needs to be laws that require companies to destroy people’s personal details when it’s no longer needed, especially if you’re no longer a customer. #hacking

@HenryBurlingame @Optus @Equifax Too late. I'm getting emails from maybe Equifax changing my login, which I never requested. I had to contact the media. No way to speak directly to Optus.

I spoke to @Optus about cancelling my service and part of the package to keep me was a 12 months subscription to Equifax - so wait, do I need it or not? I don’t think it should be an optional extra 🤨

@Optus Considering it's taking a while (was told issue began 30th Sep) i had number share working on 9th Oct with Watch3, i was then gifted a Watch5 and after following your instructions on removing and adding new profile my issue still remains. While the expert tried everything
