    Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

    The only things Optus had that could have been leaked were my name (you've all got that) and my date of birth. Not enough to do me any harm. So I'm safe, but only by pure chance. **** Optus anyway. So many reason I'm an ex-customer.

    @VictorDominello I was turned away from my local service nsw when I had a CRS number and my email from optus saying that my ID had been compromised. Then I was told to contact IDCare who said that ServiceNSW are considering the event low risk.

    @gurambae @Smizzy777 It is a silly Q … laws for telcos & anyone dealing over the phone contracts require “identifiers” (including DOB) when dealing with customer accounts Passport No only used if someone doesn’t have Drivers Lic etc What’s NOT stupid is how Optus let a hacker breach security ?

    @BreakfastNews The problem with this advice from the cyber security expert is that #Optus CANNOT tell you exactly which of your personal ID details have been taken. i have to assume that my license AND Medicare number have been taken as they can't tell me. 😡

    @OccupyMyGov I got the email yesterday from Optus 😣. Worst part? My email program removed 3 TRACKERS that Optus has inserted in it. Really guys? Really? After the damage done to me. Wow.
