Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

Dear @acccgovau, @Optus supermarket bought pre-paid sims come in a sleeve that mentions nothing about the sim only being 4G. It is not until you remove the sleeve & get to the inner packaging that you see it uses the 4g network. Is this deceptive as per the legislation?

Optus are the WORST phone company ever. Currently in a bill dispute with them. So they completely deleted my access to view my account payments and bills electronically. They are refusing to give me any way to look at these records unless I pay my bill first. #optussuck

Hey @Optus I’m getting daily dropouts with HFC NBN. The support team have been unhelpful. Concierge service is useless. I keep asking them to log a request with NBN but they keep giving excuses. On the one occasion a ticket was logged, they closed ticket immediately.

@Optus another promoted tweet pushed on my feed just after i get another unhelpful response on DM for the home 5g service optus hasn’t delivered to me for over two months that it’s contractually meant to deliver. number 2 telco probably a good description.

@Optus there’s that standard line... of course you’ll be happy to credit for the downtime. you’re required to by law! i’ve been getting credited. it doesn’t change the fact that the service hasn’t worked since 23/3. doesn’t even drop back to 4g.

@bee_bee_gunn Dang. I’m with Telstra and CC w optus/voda. I guess we can probably rule out a specific network error between these. Weird!!
