  Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

  @3AW693 Maybe identity fraud or misrepresentation is more rampant than believed with the use of false names / addresses etc, which presents an even bigger issue for Optus in how they actually signup and check identity documentation.

  @Optus disgusting services. Phone out of service for hours and called 5 times. Each time after a hold of 30 mins they disconnect the call! Shame on optus

  @SamsungMobile @SamsungAU @Optus Optus store rep advised Samsung are telling them all Flip 3's are to be repaired or replaced & they won't touch them. Also recommended not to buy Flip 4 in future, same issue will happen... I'm in Optus contract, $900 cancellation. This is not ok

  @troyhunt Did he use the sample data? Or just sms any oz mobile number, with a ~1/3 chance it was going to someone who is or was an Optus customer? How waa he caught? Used his own cell number/sim? Not hiding his tracks (amateur)? Probably didn’t read Kevin Mitnick’s books.

  @Optus For the love of God Optus, does your technical support have any actual technical knowledge. I just spent an hour trying to explain, my modem is fried. NO POWER is getting to the device only to be told to press the reset button to see if any lights comes on!

  The comms from @ahmhealth about their breach have been far superior to @Optus about their breach. I'm not even a current AHM customer and they're out performing the place I am a customer.

  @Optus dear optus, I live in Pascoe Vale and for a number of days have not been able to send emails to gmail and Hotmail accounts. When I rang optus they said there was a problem in the area and they would keep me informed. However I can find no record of such an outage. Help!
