Gee @VodafoneAU still can’t use my phone in at MIldura Centro. Phone shows SOS only while both Optus and Telstra have FULL signal in the shopping centre.

He left and I heard nothing more from ISP or Telstra. Eventually got onto Telstra. Their notes said the homeowner (me) did not want Telstra to do the job so the order was cancelled! How bizarre and absurd. 5 years later, I still have no NBN, but an Optus wireless service.

Dealing with @Optus is the worst experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies. It's 2023, how are you still so disorganised and dysfunctional? Just to change your mobile number they send you through endless loops of customer service reps who then refer you to the ****** app!

@rob0Z1 Yes thanks - apart from battling Optus because I changed carriers & they won't give me an unlock code to open my phone from their network. It's been since 23rd December....going to just buy a new one...so much stress battling them. How are you?
