@Optus My NBN is so slow right now it reminds me of the ******** government that came up with it

  • MarkGL74 MGL © (@MarkGL74) reported

@optus what’s up with your nbn service. Been slow all day. Now barely any speed at all. Please acknowledge the problem and provide updates to customers.

  • MehmetUlubasogl Mehmet Ulubasoglu (@MehmetUlubasogl) reported

@Optus @optus_help NBN service is disastrous in Australia. They lure you into a service, but then do not provide customer service outside business hours. You keep explaining the problem to a chatbot over and over again. “How can I help you?” literally becomes a nightmare!

  • MGloban Gloves (@MGloban) reported

@Optus is there an issue with nbn in Melbourne. Neither nbn or Optus suggesting issue however the speed test is less than 5 mb/s

  • DrChillies Dr Chillies (@DrChillies) reported

@craigkellyAFEE If the starlink service can bypass the su givt firewall, then I will definitely ditch the local nbn. I hope all consumers will consider similar move too unless optus and telstra fight against this

  • gwynne007 /. Gwynne (@gwynne007) reported

Awful customer service from Optus, trying to upgrade NBN plan and chat agents just giving up halfway through for no reason. Should just be a simple no touch process online... No store in North Sydney to help either.

@LisaNEdwards @Optus Your tweet sounded like optus hadn't put in the nbn order though. Not that nbn's orders were slow.

@Mr_Apostulou @NoticerNews @Everyone All mobile carrier towers in Australia are designed to transmit emergency calls to Triple Zero (000) from phones on any carrier. This means that if you're in range of a tower from Telstra, Optus, Vodafone (TPG Telecom), or other providers, your 000 call will connect through that tower, even if it's not your own carrier's network. This "camp-on" feature ensures the call gets through on any available coverage.Telstra handles all incoming 000 calls from mobiles and routes them to the right emergency service (police, fire, or ambulance), along with location details. You just need to be within a provider's coverage area for it to work reliably. This setup is mandated by regulations from the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to guarantee access during emergencies. Jimmy what you are saying is not logical if the Optus network will not accept the 000 call it should switch to the next available carrier. Optus phones have to be good at this as they have poor network coverage pretty much only part of the coastal fringe and not much more!

I predict Optus Telstra and the nbn will go bankrupt. This is ridiculous. Cancel your membership subscription get an iPhone with an unknown provider like me. Do not complain u were warned Optus. Sky news Sunrise KIIS FM Hope 103.2 60 minutes 2GB Today lawyers Albanese Susan Ley!!

@Optus we have been with internet coverage at home all day. We have contacted you multiple times and been told a technician will contact us. But so far, nothing! Terrible customer service! We have confirmation from NBN that the issue is at your end.
