@Optus have “technical errors” if you are trying to get technical help with NBN. That’s what I was told when transferred to NBN tech help desk, after another ridiculous amount of phone time.

Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

@FreshOuttaFkks @Optus yes, i was with them for abt 10 yrs, between dodgy service & total incompetence, i left and never looked back. There is no reward for loyalty these days. Aldi Prepaid all the way. Data rolls over each month, 5 phones for less than $100 a month. I have about 900 gig ill never use!

@Telstra You get paid to say that but your network is dog shite everywhere. My phone is fine, the problem is you. Most stupid and common response from you. I put an optus sim in the same location and got 55 mbps when i got 3 mbps on yours. Give me a reason why i should pay more?

I can compare this to Foxtel, Kayo & Optus who have consistently provided good service (2018 WC an exception). Why do you have to wait 24+hrs to watch a reply of a game. That is just armature hour right there.

@miriamcosic Yeah we went with Optus. They're fine. Telstra's the other; more expensive, but better speeds allegedly, and hopefully better service. Basically, Optus and Telstra (and Vodafone) have the most towers, hardware, etc. And sell that on to other retailers.
