Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

@albericie @Optus Good luck! Feel your pain. Left the big telcos a few years back. With a smaller isp now - much happier with the customer service

@Optus @NBN_Australia Just off 1.25 hour call with Optus and NBN support which finally ended with them noticing an outage in our area! You couldn’t see this at the start of the phone call!? And why is this NBN outage NOT shown when our address is searched? #FAIL #INCOMPETENT

Wow @Optus never late with a bill the whole time I have been with you but I can’t get a new phone unless I agree to direct debit? Why? I have never been late with a payment since I’ve been with you lot, way to make your customers not feel valued not.

@Optus Thanks Mary. VoLTE working happily. The issue is specifically when calling Telstra mobiles. This seems to be a known issue in the tech community.
