    I'm getting same from #Optus - quality of the "high-speed" #NBN is shockingly bad.

    @albericie @Telstra24x7 They are both pretty bad. Optus are however more responsive when you complain. Telstra have an escalation system which looks good but I found it mostly window dressing. Sadly, we have a 3rd world system.

    @Scarlett_Morgan Raise a concern with your provider to see if any local faults are effecting service or if they can offer any advice. Ask them what 4g coverage is available and if it may be suitable as an alternative or additional solution. A non optus branded router could be an option as well.

    @Optus Hi, Casey. Thanks for your messages. It’s an ongoing problem. It’s nothing to do with outages or modem problems. If you run a NBN service on worn down copper while the rest of the world is on fibre, you’re gonna get consistently poor connectivity.

    @Optus hey team is there a better way to talk to you about something rather than through the chat function in the app, which never seems to work, and I get asked the same question 5 times by 5 different consultants because they don’t read the full message thread?

    @Optus @TimeOutBeats Nah, I find it harder to talk on the phone with the support team. They are based overseas and don’t seem to understand me half the time or vice versa. Could we maybe move the support team to Australia and give jobs to the Australian people, it would help our country so much.
