    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    @albericie @Optus Good luck! Feel your pain. Left the big telcos a few years back. With a smaller isp now - much happier with the customer service

    @Kapow64055083 Given what’s gone down I’m staggered that a huge telco would appoint someone with not just a cloud over them, but a bleedin’ hurricane. Why? What is the overall benefit to Optus, do they think the *** Rebellion is a permanent thing?

    @friendlyjordies @kbrspace It's such a cynical hire by Optus, lots of competition right now to try and get government projects for telecommunications, which they are probably hoping her connections will help with.

    @tchbastard As they're all vile, why even bother with Optus? Their "service" seems worse now than when I was with them 26 years ago, eg:3-5Mb down/Optus-AusPost, 355MB down/Telstra, now, same location 1.5km from a major regional town centre. Same rubbish for Vodaphone. Telstra,Aldi or Boost

    @Optus I have done this so many times I'm at wits end We have 6 service and paying over $600 a month I need something done asap please give me a direct line of contact with someone I am sick to death of explaining the whole scenario again to many operator's

    @friendlyjordies @kbrspace Dear KBR, I think this is an extremely poor decision - in light of other announcements regarding Ms Berejiklian's immediate future. To that end I inform you my partner and I will be cancelling our contracts which we have held since 1998 with Optus. We urge you to reconsider.
