    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    Advice appreciated. Optus has exposed by medicare and license number. Not willing to do anything to help. Is there a class action? Do I have to pay for a new license as well as going through the time consuming application process? Advice appreciated. Thanks!

    @anna_prole @revardin Ive been thinking the same thing. Whats the common denominator here? Do they use the same outsource? Is it a breach at the datacenter? Did the optus breach meant more then customer creds were stolen? Did they access RDP details, that sort of thing?

    @MarkDreyfusKCMP We need “right to be forgotten”. Optus was holding and using my data from 7ish years ago? I’m not even a customer anymore. If I choose a company should be able to attest to the fact they have removed me from everything.. Bad data and security habits 4 Optus.

    @Optus @iDesignGuyau Optus senior experts says there's an issue with mine trying to remove my old profile from my account and because they can't, my number share issue remains in place.

    @Optus Like replacing the old IMEI with new IMEI, the issue still remains. With no ETA given i personally have no hope this will be fixed.

    The three entities were: 1. Singtel Optus, Australia's second-largest mobile carrier, with the same attack used here 2. Medibank Private, one of Australia's largest health insurance companies, with AFAIK an undisclosed attack 3. an unnamed employment service provider (ESP)
