    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    @Optus have “technical errors” if you are trying to get technical help with NBN. That’s what I was told when transferred to NBN tech help desk, after another ridiculous amount of phone time.

    Guess what. No @Optus callback when I was promised one. That's twice in two weeks. Honestly? I'm just awaiting the callback to terminate all contracts. That's not just me. That's the seven other businesses whose mobile, data and landlines I co-ordinate.

    @Optus To get an email from Kevin Torres, sent by Bruce Dornan I am unable to reply directly to, stating #optus Bruce has finalised his investigation “detailed below” in a resolution I agreed to. NOW THAT IS A BLATENT LIE. @TelcoOmbudsman I have not agreed to any resolution with Optus.

    @Optus your MasterCard ID integration is broken for passports. My middle name is now duplicated in my first name (I’m now First Middle Middle Last) and your call center has no way to fix it. How can we escalate to a technical team?

    @kbrspace I have just laid a complaint with the TIO, regards to continued dropouts in the Mt Buller region and your contractor not maintaining the transmitter. Last year it was the same problem and I received refunds. Trying to run a business with poor Optus services is almost impossible.

    @Aerohaveno I’ve found I have had better communication with big companies like Qantas, Virgin and Telstra via Twitter. You tweet an issue with their handle and then they invite you to discuss with DM. BankWest and Optus to website chat well.

    @Optus Aron, case number is contained in screen grab. Restore my ability to make outbound calls is what I simply asked for across the last 11 days. I don’t care why or how issue occurred. I simply want my service restored particularly given I am being charged for this.
