@JayeAntonio @Optus This whole thing has been horrible to read about. I’m sorry Jaye. 😞 I hope you can get everything sorted soon and be compensated!

@Denisey_pooh @ServiceNSW @Optus emailed and said both licence & card numbers were exposed and recommends applying for a replacement licence. The issue is that only changes the card number. We are not getting a replacement licence with a new licence number. Is this good enough is it? 🙄

The attitude from #optus seems to be we lost your data but it's up to you to fix our mistakes. #optusbreach

@Kendo468 @ClareONeilMP I also only found out via complaint that Optus left out fields in their notification email - I had more data exposed (eg address) than they had advised me of. Australians need to know they can't trust the emails sent to them!

I'm a past Optus customer and received a call from the Optus Sydney Customer Initiative asking for personal details because I didn't have my account number. No need to change your licence and passport numbers? We need to change it because you can't trust crims and Optus.

@Optus @RunnerSA18 @Optus I've just discovered (via complaint) the notification sent to me wasn't correct; fields of data that were compromised (eg street address & phone) were left out of my list. Australians need to know even those email details may be incorrect. What will you do about this?

@TheProselytiser @Optus I called them and they said they didn't know anything about it. It was then I realised they were going to be of little help. I am still looking for the released list online, but all the links have been removed thus far.
