Hey @Optus How about you don’t close a case and assign it ‘Resolved’ status when nothing has changed! Just awful. This has been going on for a week. A week! #optusfail #crapservice

So @Optus still hasn’t solved my @OptusSport subscription problem. That’s despite providing their online chat with a plethora of detail. They really do suck. They just keep beginning the case anew and asking me to explain the problem

@kylielewis No - we were using zoom, but yesterday client site couldn’t use teams. Notifications from internet providers yesterday on network upgrades (blaming Optus hack). Wasn’t just me - others struggling to access as well. We’ve been very lucky so far, rare event

@PeterDutton_MP I don't agree with your assertion that the Australian Federal Government's response to the Optus hack has been slow. It has not. @ABCaustralia

@bentsolutionsau @ripcripz @jasonjordan I think any Optus customers should be allowed to cancel their contracts, due to Optus showing they don't handle data correctly, as it's not a fix they can do overnight. Customers will continue to be at risk.

@optus Your new billing system is a joke. I recently traded up a device but due to an error on your side you are charging me the full device amount. I contacted cust service and was told I have to wait until my bill is generated because you cant see this charge (1/2)

As a FORMER Optus customer, I've received an email saying my info had been leaked BUT it came thru on a new email of mine which Optus never had on their system. How the F... did Optus get this email?? Something not adding up.

@lenoretaylor Kind of messed up that not 1 'journalist' discussing the troubling fact that Optus, an essential service, is owned by an authoritarian foreign government. Absolutely insane that they can own it, but our gov can't.

@SenPaterson @Birmo After 9 years of Coalition cuts to services & the now resultant wait times for passports, you want the Labor Govt to pay for passports for affected Optus customers. Perhaps the LNP will next suggest a go-fund-me campaign to pay for the staff needed to issue new passports #auspol

@travishoughton @danilic The answer would normally be yes but your alternatives arent much better. The problem is systemic, the gvernment is making a lot of noise about optus being held accountable because the data retention requirements mean this will keep happening.
