    So @Optus still hasn’t solved my @OptusSport subscription problem. That’s despite providing their online chat with a plethora of detail. They really do suck. They just keep beginning the case anew and asking me to explain the problem

    Hey @Optus How about you don’t close a case and assign it ‘Resolved’ status when nothing has changed! Just awful. This has been going on for a week. A week! #optusfail #crapservice

    Hey @Optus I can't get ur customer service to resolve an issue i am having with billing. It seems that I have to go to twitter every time I need customer service. Why aren't ur customer service teams doing their jobs?

    @TheDalyPlanet Streaming sports is dangerous.. Amazon had problems with rugby and football here in the UK, Eleven Sports went bust in months and in Australia Optus had to give up rights to sports events mid Match. The delay as well means Twitter is ahead of the action.

    @DanieTreg Suddenly I'm reminded of back when you couldn't send SMSes between Telstra and Optus phones. Not that I could anyway - I had an analogue phone until they switched off the analogue network. I still have that phone somewhere...

    @Optus Thanks for link. I have 2 bars 3G but that fails to load any web content and calls are unable to go through. Not sure if it’s the network or my brand new iPhone 12 that is just not working on 3G. It’s not that I’m well off the beaten track either. Drive 5 minutes and I have 5G

    @grozerown @Scamwatch_gov @MoneySmartTeam I got caught by this... I am not stupid. I had legitimate contact with Optus last week and was expecting contact from them. I realised half way through the questions it was a scam, but they still got some personal info.
