So @Optus still hasn’t solved my @OptusSport subscription problem. That’s despite providing their online chat with a plethora of detail. They really do suck. They just keep beginning the case anew and asking me to explain the problem

Hey @Optus How about you don’t close a case and assign it ‘Resolved’ status when nothing has changed! Just awful. This has been going on for a week. A week! #optusfail #crapservice

@bazmorganzx @Aussie_BB @Optus Glad it's not just me! Two rounds of "emergency maintenance" and still not fixed.

And please don’t reply to this with advice. It’s super patronising. I don’t want to change providers right now. I just want to save $13/month by going to prepaid, now that my plan has expired, until I decide some other things. I just want @optus to do some basic customer service.

I really hope @Aussie_BB fixed their internet issues tonight, the @Optus coverage in my apartment is shocking and I need not to be resetting the router every half hour.

@Optus @TechDesignau The Optus Store in Warrnambool is saying Direct Debit is the only way to set up a new service, so I left the store empty handed and put in an official complaint.

@nswpolice Perhaps start sending pings through service NSW app? Given Optus & Medibank have now made it impossible to trust a text message in Australia.

@Optus After a week of waiting on "My Optus" app for confirmation on Voicemail activation, I went in store to activate this morning. Could take 15min to 4hours. Still not working. "Invalid Number" on 321, still. I have a business to run. Wife's on a separate account is the same.
