    @VodafoneAU #Optus gave my friend a top of the line phone 5 months air time and data free for being a loyal customer of 30 years. Now that's a brand I want to be with! What have u done for me being 20 years and failed at all fronts to me!

    My internet was down for 2 months, it has only been back two weeks then you hit me with this shit. Like man, I have to use my missus hotspot to even play because I made the mistake of having Optus as a mobile provider as well. Highly disappointed.

    @Vass2016 @Optus Try over a year of being told our service works fine when it didn’t work AT ALL. Easy over 100 hours of calls (getting transferred multiple times having to explain the same thing) 🙄🤯🤯🤬

    @andrewzed3 @TurnbullMalcolm I have tried to use it after having @optus connect the business plan with a charity I volunteer for and it’s embarrassing. We will keep the ADSL as long as we can and try to find a better solution. Australian’s have been ripped off!

    Good to know it's only the customers and not Optus that's affected. #OptusHack It is a combination of your name, date of birth, email, phone number and/or address but it is important to know that Optus’ network and Optus services including mobile and home Wi-Fi aren’t affected🤬

    @Telstra BOTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! I applied to Telstra to establish a broadband at my new address before December 5! I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

    @Optus Mate. Soooo many people working from home, kids at home, trying to stay connected with family and friends. Not even close to acceptable. At least give us an eta for fix. Honestly just get it together.

    Disappointed with @Optus. Day 3 without home wifi. Neighbouring units didn't have the same problem. No explanation of what happened. Just "under investigation". No estimation when will it fix. @Optus needs a better customer updates. What is home without wifi! 😭😭😭

    @lavosaurus Optus increased my phone by $4 but they also subscribed to channels I don't need and I can't cancel that subscription. Not happy.with the service. Thinking of moving once contract is up.

    @lavosaurus Same. And I’m losing a discount I was getting so my bill is actually going up $10. So combined with the Sport charge it’s nearly 20 bucks extra just to keep the exact same service. I’m done with @Optus

    @lavosaurus I too am getting a $4/ month increase and extra data on top of the data I never use. So I too will no longer be an @Optus customer.
