    Phoned optus customer care to report problem, voice prompts said was closed 3G optus mobile still functions, 4G receiving from Nerang damaged during yesterday night lightening storm, (thank you 3G long range and stood up firmly against it all, obviously a better design) @Optus

    @VodafoneAU #Optus gave my friend a top of the line phone 5 months air time and data free for being a loyal customer of 30 years. Now that's a brand I want to be with! What have u done for me being 20 years and failed at all fronts to me!

    Well well..email from Optus…never been a mobile user with them…BUT with Virgin Mobile..Optus purchased their customers!! So now I’ve got ***** hacking my banking, super & various other Apps. There’s 9 in total…so glad I ****** then off & went with Vodafone!! #OptusHack #Optus

    A radio host asked me if the gov can fix this. How? Make hacking illegal? Penalise companies for breaches? There are definitely areas they can influence (better regulation around data retention and identify verification in the @Optus case), but it doesn’t “fix” the problem.

    Optus offered me Mydata 5gb, they'll explain to you... bargain price, and there is unlimited I been a customer since they've began in Brisbane, and I used Optus since then. Even phoned and explained to name it Optus. because of the page, they needed a business, asking suggestions

    @BreakfastNews During oldful beging era of mobile phones, they was equipped with voicemail, I certainly detest technology that converting voicemail to text alot people are have unverified message if it any correct, ws great Optus surepage provided (demised) simular paging service operator typed

    @andrewzed3 @TurnbullMalcolm I have tried to use it after having @optus connect the business plan with a charity I volunteer for and it’s embarrassing. We will keep the ADSL as long as we can and try to find a better solution. Australian’s have been ripped off!

    @Telstra BOTS ARE NOT THE ANSWER! I applied to Telstra to establish a broadband at my new address before December 5! I now a month later have a house full of teenagers in a rainy day and no ******* internet! Why can Optus or vodaphone provide fast service, and Telstra not?

    @Riogallica Didn't know you could contact NBNco. I've had 3 NBN boxes **** up (nearby lightning 🌩 strike) Contact provider. Ausie BB, 1-3 days. Next door has Optus, 1-2 weeks.

    @Telstra It’s not been a short term outage issue. It’s been a problem for an extended period of time. I have customers that come into my office and anyone with Telstra can’t access our app/website due to poor service. Optus and Vodafone customers are fine. I have to provide the clients with wifi details just so they can interact. It’s substandard.

    I wanted to apply but I'm sorry the UX is ridiculously bad. @Optus just give an email i can reach and send all the info and my cv bc I'aint gonna talk to this damn bot and wait 5 seconds each time i put an info. It took me 1 min just to fill my basic account info.
