Soo my @Optus NBN is still not fixed. Everytime I call the help line they tell me the same things over and over. I’ve had to cancel appointments to wait for the technicians they supposedly booked. But none show. I’m so over this bullshit. It shouldn’t take a week to fix!!

@Optus I'm afraid your customer service agents and your store staff have already confirmed that it's not possible to re-deliver until the phone is returned. I'm being forced to locate other forms of ID in the next 10 days.

@optus my service tech who was supposed to arrive between 1-5pm today has not turned up. I took the afternoon off work to wait for them, but they haven’t arrived. This is the 3rd time they have failed to arrive.

@davidcrisp666 @NewtonMark @NBN_Australia Optus didn't give a shit once they realised they were being paid by NBN for it. NBN stopped caring once they realised the POS the Optus network that they'd bought was. The surprise when they "found out" about the state of the Optus network was laughable.

@Optus Thanks for the message Jono. But I find it quite strange that a company whose net worth in 2019 rose 13 per cent to $S3.9 billion can’t or won’t tell me when a $1500ish phone is arriving and takes over 14 days to “understand” an incident.

Another brilliant @Optus customer service experience. New phone delivered with 22 minutes notice to my home address whilst I was at work. Redirected by courier to @AustraliaPOS office who won't release the package as it's been air locked by @Optus. A Thread

@miriamcosic I changed to Optus from Telstra but my choice was between those two because of my cable connection, so I didn't have your problem. As you know, some connection issues are actually caused by the crap NBN so changing ISP doesn't help. For what it's worth Optus has been trouble free

Pretty poor form @Optus making a 74 year old woman hobble her way to a store to show ID just to upgrade a phone on an account she’s had for years….she has no drivers license or passport so wtf is she gonna do now?
