@Optus I appreciate your note. I ended up walking down the street to Telstra and getting a pixel for 60 a month. Thus ended a sixteen year relationship as an OPTUS customer.

Optus. Still that dreadful buzzing continues outside our property. You haven’t sent anyone to investigate let alone fix it. The ombudsman in my next phone call

@Optus Last year I ordered a new phone online. It never arrived. 20 hours of being flipped from the Philippines to India and back, store staff who wouldn't help. No one took responsibility. Move your call centres to Australia, employ more store staff, and sack the CEO.

@Optus Chloe, I could barely use the internet on my phone last night let alone check service coverage!
