    @smh @zoesam93 I’m with OPTUS. My mobile phone drops out to regularly and the NBN is so slow at times I have to tether the phone to my computer. Get to work on these mayters Gladys. You are now actually working for Singapore.

    @bkjabour Yes! My Optus mobile plan has been bugging the f*ck out the past week. Dropped calls, not ending the call when I hit the red button, coverage issues.

    Update @Optus customer service said to wait until tomorrow when they’ll get back to us. Ref: 24369613. They’ve now cancelled the service and connecting a new service and this may take ‘some time’. No specific timeframe.

    Absolutely no warning from @Optus that my broadband service is having planned outage for 2 bloody days. Do they realise people are working from home.

    @sativa_bell If you are with Optus, Amaysim uses that network and much cheaper. At present 5g still rolling out so unless you need super fast, would not worry about it.

    @Optus 56mins on the phone trying to get Tech Support. Call is terminated as I get through. Get hanged up on when I call back. Taken a day off work to fix internet connection problems. Wanna help or??? 🙄🤨

    People keep wondering why Aussies fall for these telemarketing scams it's because it's so difficult to get in touch with @Optus technical support I'm willing to give my details to anyone who calls me pretending to help fix my internet.

    @SteveMolk Casting devices struggle and apps for TV’s have been difficult. But my user experience has been okay. Fans seem to forget the issues that plagued Optus sport during the World Cup. Now THAT was disastrous. But now winning awards for streaming app and retaining the EPL rights

    @Optus You sent me an invoice with $0.00 and you blocked my internet. Because I owe $0.00 balance. So I paid $1, but now my internet is still not working for 7 days in a row. It's been 7 days since I contacted the staff every day, but I still can't use the internet.

    @Optus How about warning network when this is happening, it’s called customer service @VodafoneAU and @Telstra are all over me to switch. Maybe a credit for customers for lack of contract performance? Or do we switch?

    @hganjoo153 2018-19 in Australia was on flat wickets, except a bit of life at Optus. Adelaide Oval was a day Test. MCG was very flat and slow. How was it challenging?

    @Optus - CASE ID 100307922 - 1/2 - MY MUM’s OPTUS LANDLINE & NBN connection have been UNAVAILABLE since WED 3 MARCH. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE HAS ALSO BEEN NEXT TO NO MOBILE COVERAGE in KAMBAH WEST, ACT, 2902 since APR. 2008!!! My MUM has MAJOR HEALTH ISSUES & LIVES ON HER OWN

    @Optus My god your service is woeful. Five calls to the automated voice system trying any different option, all ended with them hanging up on me. Then i tried the app and messaging. They got back to me four hours later at 2am. What shite service. Am going to switch!

    @MarkMcGowanMP can you please do something about the woeful cell service for the perth mandurah line. Please work with optus/telstra to put repeater cells or something. It's 2021 and unable to have stable connection for majority of the train trip is pretty crap and impacts work

    @AlanBixter Oh that’s appalling. Very frustrating for you. 😔 Optus wifi was giving me 98Mbps download and 80 or something upload yesterday. Domestic service. @Telstra trades on its name. Mobile data is similarly glacial.
