    @Optus It looks like the Optus telephony is back. The Optus NBN is still down, now for over an hour. It's a nightmarish morning for Teams calls. What's the ETA? I'm managing my work with my mobile hotspot with Telstra. Those who have Optus mobile internet have no plan B.

    I 🙏 @Optus for 0/10 customer service while currently in Pakistan.20yrs loyalty misplaced (saying that aloud sounds weird now). The best part is the inability to access some banking facilities due to a unsolvable roaming block caused by an app. Your internal comms are appalling.

    @Optus Thanks, but this doesn't help me. I, and presumably thousands of other Optus customers, require an itemised bill to claim a portion as a work expense for reimbursement. The current 'tax invoice' does not contain the details I need.

    @JosieJoJo007 @Optus I have spoken to Tech team and they have said there is multiple issues still not resolved. I am like you no emails just being drip fed ones from this afternoon but none overnight or this morning. This is beyond ridiculous as a Health Professional!!!!

    @Optus hey, I've got an eSim I wanna activate on my iPhone 14 Pro, and the app says I can't because it's not eSim compatible. It clearly is. Phone and message help are both useless, is there some way I can do this? Can I get a QR code?
