    @NBN_Australia @Optus 28 days to get nbn changed from 1 address to another what a load of crap surely in this day and age a click of a mouse should be able to make this happen very pissed of customer

    @MyArgue $170 p/month holy crap, you should have a private satellite for that price, iinet has good deals and the best customer service, optus like to believe they are too big to fail, so they'll rip people off wherever possible, just like telstra and vodafone.

    @Optus We've had the same thing said since Sun 21/11/2021. It is now 24/11/2021. Give a proper update. What has been done? "As soon as we can" is not exactly useful considering in the past month my NBN connection has been down for 19days on top of this...

    What a customer service model hey? Isn't competition stiff enough @optus that you can just push your customers back out your door? Anyways, I got him sorted by going to a different vendor and you reinforced why I don't trade with you.

    @xssfox I got an esim and then broke my phone. Optus wanted me to call them from my phone to fix it. Be warned its not as awesome as it sounds.

    @Optus I have had my identity stolen by someone who has used it to obtain a phone and contract from you. I cannot speak to one of your collections people because customer service require a mobile number. I don't know the number because I have never used your service. Please help.

    @Optus trying to get hold of your customer service team with 0 success. Trying urgently to assist my elderly MIL whose landline is down! Urgently needs addressing as is connected to her emergency button!!

    Trying to help a friend out today. These #phone store staff are useless if you have a service or hardware problem. 'sorry, you will have to call customer service'. No, i'm here in your store. 'sorry, we can't help you, we only sell phones' #Optus

    @davina_labi @Optus I’ve been with Optus since their beginning and I’m ready to walk. Their customer service used to be triple A. Now it’s so bad I’m over it.
