@NBN_Australia @Optus 28 days to get nbn changed from 1 address to another what a load of crap surely in this day and age a click of a mouse should be able to make this happen very pissed of customer

Just looking at the latest mobile plans and @Telstra and @Optus no longer seem to include any roaming data – now that we are about to be travelling again. Whereas @VodafoneAU still has that great $5 deal. Pity their network here isn’t better! Roaming has always been a total scam.

@Msnintendique64 That’s so ******. I got the 11 Pro Max outright from apple because Optus here were ripping you off for the trade in scheme too. They’ve rectified it a bit now that they do 0% interest on the handset but the plans are terrible!

@Telstra I’m Telstra customer of over 25 years. I’m about to switch to Optus for 3 years with my purchase of a new iPhone because of your recent change requiring direct debit sign up.. I pay my account more often than once per month so I’m always in credit. Silly move @Telstra
