    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    @Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

    Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

    @ConZ0503 @Optus Con. Go TPG. That’s why I left Optus. Same experience and continuously having capacity issues at night . They allowed me to leave my contract early, as they acknowledged the issue, but unable to resolve. Never again @Optus .

    Hey @ParamountPlusAU why can’t we watch Live football on demand? What’s the point of paying for a premium streaming service if you can’t start a match from the beginning whilst being broadcast??? Optus, Stan and Kayo all do this?

    Be warned of these sub hub subscriptions, especially Netflix, you can pick it, but there is no way to link it even though they say you can. watch your sub monthly price, cause you will get charged again. The setup is poor, Don't trust Optus. #optus

    @eldantehicks That's not a paramount issue though. Kayo, foxtel go, optus is the same. They all lag a little behind. You need to not look at Twitter IMO

    @NBN_Australia Thanks for your response Sherief. Thankfully this outage was only 30 mins. After the last one (48 hrs) I feared the worst! Unfortunately reaching out to my provider @Optus is a waste of time - their service is non-existent. I need a provider that actually has service.

    @optus, 4G speed have dropped dramatically this weekend. Where I am, it’s dropped from around 15–20 Mbs down, to around 2–3 Mbs down. 😳

    @Murdr__ I was with mate communicate for 3 years, completely Australian service with Aussie support people, only ever had to call them to disconnect/reconnect service to a new property. Only reason I switched was bc my partner works for optus so I pay **** all for internet now

    @Optus each unwanted halt in the streaming gives me the time to tweet about the crap #Optus internet at Charmhaven, which Optus won't investigate, or fix.
