@optus has an appalling service system. Been trying to have problem with Fetch box fixed for 3 weeks to no avail. Message threads with 4 or 5 different people who all ask same questions. Told someone would ring me in 2-3 hrs, now almost 8 hrs & no call. They have no idea.

@Optus the worst of the worst in mobile phone and internet services. Absolutely shameful! And while I'm at it, how about employing enough people who speak and understand English! A big **** YOU to every optus employee and a bigger **** you to your employer.

@Optus I've spent nearly 4 hours on the ph this week and untold hours in the past month trying to sort out the problems YOU caused. I'll not be giving you 1 second of my time to send the details to a dm. I'm changing my service provider to Telstra. Your service is reprehensible.

A customer on the phone was like ‘you have really good service!’ And I thought she meant my phone service provider so I was like yeah my reception blah blah I’ve switched over from Optus blah blah. She full meant customer service

@Optus Will do, however multiple service agents have advised they can't do anything and have to wait for the order to process.

@Cyclify The only reason Telstra give a **** is that they cover more area and use this to justify gauging their customers. When you’re in an area with reasonable reception, Optus provides much better value for money. They will also offer you more for less if you tell them you’ve leaving.

I think I have a subscription problem, seriously these greedy broadcasters.. Netflix, Binge, Prime Video, Stan, Optus Sport, Kayo, Disney+, Spotify, YouTube Premium,.. what else you F** want my blood?! Bring back the monopoly of Foxtel, 1 throat to choke 1 monthly bill FFS
