@Optus - is your web chat service run by bots only? I was told I was being connected to an “expert” who had a name, but the responses suggested it was a bot or at least a person employing copy/paste service. #CustomerService

@Optus the customer service from you guys is so bad. I get told my nbn service is being cancelled imminently because of an internal system error and im an 1hr into a call on a Saturday morning to trying to fix it. Thanks for messing up my plans

@ivaforgotton after 15 years I'm changing , mine uses the Optus network and the last few months it's always network unavailable and they have slowed my download speed to almost zero so it's impossible to ever use my data allowance.

@mattjcan @Telstra Why can't we roam across mobile networks so if vodafail and optus have coverage in this area then people would not be left without service
