(I'm an unhappy Optus customer!) A few days ago I recieved an email to say that I didnt need to do anything but my monthly rate was going up by 30+%. Sillyingly I then agreed to a 2 year cheaer deal. They then said my new phone will take two weeks to arrive. I thought thats ok...

As expected, Network is pure **** on both @Optus and @Telstra at the @ausgrandprix once again. 5G Towers just simply can’t handle the traffic. Thought they would have learnt from last year, guess not.. #AusGP

@NBN_Australia i love all the tweets from people ASKING FOR HELP NBN CANNOT DO A THING u need to call ur ISP nbn does NOT deal with customers u have to go threw telstra optus iinet aussie broadband who ever ur ISP is and they can put in a request to NBN
